Abstract

Car thefts lately very prevalent both intensity and location of events that makes PT. Meaning of Various Business Ambassadors become restless for delivery of goods. In general, only the form of car security alarm installation and assembly has been widely known existence. While it never developed a tracking system and vehicle safety position, which can be accessed online and can not be monitored by cell phone or mobile phones (HP) as it also requires a monthly fee for the expenditure rates can make the monitoring of vehicles that have been provided by several companies that providing mobile tracking service. PT. Various meanings Ambassador Enterprises need a tool and application that can monitor the vehicle position and disable the ignition remotely. Then designed and built a Car Security System Based Geographic Information Systems, Car Security System for which it can monitor the vehicle remotely and provide a sense of security on the company´s automobile operations. The system is based Geographic Information System (GIS) where the system that include a map to determine the existence of such vehicles are seen on the map using the Google Maps API. Abstract

Kita berada pada era banjir data seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan internet. Biaya internet dan biaya media penyimpanan yang semakin murah mendorong masyarakat industri untuk menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam rangka mendukung jalannya perusahaan. Kaja Kangin Warung merupakan warung makan yang berada di daerah Ubud dimana saat ini hanya menggunakan sistem kasir dan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk strategi bisnisnya. Untuk saat ini data yang terkumpul belum diolah secara maksimal dan belum memiliki informasi berharga untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengembangkan descriptive analytics bagi Kaja Kangin Warung. Warung yang merupakan unit kecil ini memiliki urgensi yang lebih tinggi untuk mendapatkan penangangan berupa business intelligence system, mengingat bahwa perubahan strategi sangat penting untuk pengembangan warung. Descriptive analytics akan dikembangkan berbasis web application berdasarkan kebutuhan dari manajemen akan informasi yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Adapun sumber datanya diperoleh dari data historis transaksi penjualan warung. Kegiatan PKM ini menghasilkan 10 halaman yang menampilkan visualisasi bisnis sehingga dapat bermanfaat dalam menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan bisnis Kaja Kangin Warung.

Abstract

The tourism sector, as one of the main contributors to national foreign exchange, relies heavily on the growth of the hospitality industry. Improvements in this sector are expected to enhance service quality and strengthen the overall image of tourism. However, the hospitality industry is highly dynamic, with fluctuating room demand influenced by both internal and external factors, creating challenges for accurate demand forecasting. This study develops a hotel demand prediction model using internal variables (occupancy rate, reservations, cancellations, and lead time) and external variables (events and visitor numbers). The Random Forest Regression method was employed, with predictive performance evaluated through a proxy demand index. The dataset was obtained from Adiwana Unagi Suites, Ubud, Bali, covering historical time series data from November 2021 to July 2025 with a total of 18.674 transactions. Evaluation metrics included Mean Absolute Error, Mean Square Error, Root Mean Square Error, and R-squared, applied to each hotel room type. The results demonstrate strong predictive performance, with R-squared values of 99.83% for test data, 99.95% for training data, and 88.24% for three-month prediction data, accompanied by low error values across all metrics. The lower performance in the three-month forecast may be due to the proxy demand index not fully representing actual demand. Overall, the findings highlight the potential of machine learning approaches, particularly Random Forest Regression, to support decision-making in hotel management. The model can serve as a reference for room pricing, allocation, and operational strategies, enabling stakeholders to adapt effectively to fluctuating market demand.
