Abstract

PT. Kusumantara Graha Jayatrisna is Kusuma Agro Group subsidiaries engaged in architectural and civil. The company currently experiencing problems in terms of management control of cash flow. The planning of cash inflow from receivables record that 5.3% people are late paying between 1 to 30 days, 5.3% people are late paying between 31 to 60 days, 4.1% people are late paying between 61 to 90 days, and 5, 3% people are late paying more than 90 days. These problems can lead to the imbalance between cash inflows with cash out of the company. Based on that issues, made ​​accounting information systems and receivables controller in the form of a computer application that is able to control the receipt of cash from accounts receivable that are not experiencing delays. The application generate customer’s receivable information (cash receipts from accounts receivable statement, cash receipts plans of receivables statement, aging schedule report), corporate debt (cash expenditure statements, cash spending plans statements), cash flow plans statement, and profit and loss statement. With this system, cash receipts from receivables be on time, so that the problems of the imbalance between cash in and cash out of the company can be resolved.   Keyword: accounting information systems, cash flow, account receivables

Abstract

Information Technology Marketing & Trading (IT M & T) 3rd regional area of PT. Pertamina (Persero) handling multiple processes that one of them is the asset management. Activities of the process includes analysis of hardware requirements of each business unit as East Java, Bali and West Nusa, and do hire and purchases, until the distribution of hardware to each business unit. In managing the process, used in some application such as SAP and the other application which development by them, such as asset management application, helpdesk, and application of OpManager, which was mainly the implementation of asset management application have not been audited to ensure IT alignment with business goal. To measure the alignment between business processes, applications, and the company´s business strategy is necessary to do an audit information system with standard COBIT 4.1. Because the calculation of COBIT  can represent the maturity level of a company. While the asset management process in PT. Pertamina(Persero) is based on company policy with the intention of improving the quality of existing processes, the audit focused on internal business process perspective of Balanced Scorecard. The result of this audit declared that the asset management process maturity level is at its managed and measured to indicate that the organization has had performance indicators, monitor and improve processes and have auxiliary devices for process control. Abstract

PT. Bali Sinar Mentari is a company engaged in the field of business travel services in Bali. In company like this, giving promotion is one of important factor in helping the sale of services to customers. The problem is managers have difficulty to determine which customers have the right to be given promotion. Based on that, company required system to classify the potential customer to be given promotions via email. clustering customers can use K-Means method. This method must use the physical data, not abstract, it is same with the data used in problems in grouping customers at PT. Bali Sinar Mentari. In this final project, the application of clustering system can be run in line with expectations. Abstract

Academic information system is a web-based application that is designed and manufactured to process data related to academic information, including data of students, employees, Presence students, academic assessment, appraisal and qiroati Tahfidz, course schedule, the mandate of teaching, and assessment of student personality . Each member of the academic community have different access levels to different SIA. The level of access that is tailored to the needs and level of importance of each system user. SDIT AL uswah Surabaya is one unified Islamic elementary school that has problems ranging from frequent mistake inputting data, loss of data that has been collected, the data is not completed and the provision of information on the Presence of students, academic assessment, appraisal and qiroati Tahfidz, schedule of subjects, teaching mandate, and personality assessment of students who are not up to date. One good solution is to build a web-based academic information system to facilitate students and parents to determine a student´s academic information for teaching and learning as well as manage data well. The results obtained by using this system is to show students´ academic information online and up to date, Reducing errors in input data, and manage the data well and are less likely mistakes again.   Keywords: Information Systems, Academic, web

Abstract

In order to maintain the resilience of the stock of rice which is flattened on the regional division/Sub regional division Perum BULOG required equity stock from surplus areas to deficit areas corresponding to the number and needs with good conditions. Perum BULOG as the State-Owned Enterprises through the activities of public service assigned to the regional activities undertaken movement. The processing of the data movement is still simple that regional is very difficult to do the checking of the resilience of the stock items in the warehouse, it will lead to constraints on the distribution of the activities of the regional movement into a slow, this is because not having the information system supporting the activities of the movement in the Perum BULOG Regional Division East Java. Designed to wake up the system of information on Regional distribution of the goods Movement Perum BULOG Regional Division East Java will help create regional governance process movement an efficient, competitive and accountable. The method used is the regional activities of the movement of transport method, use methods of the cost of the smallest (Least Cost) and Modified Distribution (MODI). Abstract

Food ordering using the telephone is a common way adopted by most of the restaurant to handle the delivery order. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the author on 9-15 September 2011 with 20 respondents, found the fact that in ordering food by phone, customers often face constraints include a time-consuming ordering process, the cost of a phone conversation increasingly along the length of time on the phone, and difficulty responding to the other person´s intentions because of signal interruption of communication service providers or manner of speech that are less understood. One solution to solve these constraints is make the online food ordering application based on mobile application that is aimed for customer at chicken mania fast-food  restaurant. Through these applications, customers can easily view a list of the latest food menu offered by the restaurants and make online food ordering. Abstract

Now, franchise business in Indonesia are growing than before, especially culinary franchise business that is currently increasingly in demand. But not the least of the franchise that failed. Factors affecting the failure of the franchise that is not all people understand about how to calculate and analyze the feasibility of the investment before the opening of business because everyone has different educational and not everyone can analyze the feasibility of the investment. By utilizing information technology, then made ​​an application prototype information system feasibility analysis of investment calculations that can help the franchisee in calculating the BEP and ROI Feasibility and Investment Analysis. The information system is expected to generate output in the form of the cost of production reports to determine the cost of production to be sold, the report projected income statement to calculate the net income derived, Break Event Point report to find out how many units must be sold so that all costs can be covered, the report return on investment to know the percentage of results obtained, and investment feasibility analysis report to see feasibility an investment in a franchise business. Abstract

In the company there are many difficulties in recording and processing of production data as well as recording of financial transactions that occur, PT. Ramli Executive is a company that engaged in producing garment and clothing. PT. Ramli has difficulties in recording the raw materials used for the production process, labor and production process costs (overhead) used to manufacture a product, more and more developed variants Moslem-wear often experience delays in determining the cost of production. With information system, hence made a information system is expected to be a calculation tool of the cost production. This computerized information system that includes an accurate calculation of costs can increase a company´s competitive advantage. The information system is expected to generate output information in the form of cost of goods manufactured with the method of Activity Based Costing, the cost of the activity report,the  report selling prices, the raw material usage reports, and the reports of labor. Application of system production cost can be used as a basis for determining the selling price policy and to know the gross profit from a product. Abstract

UD. Remaja Motors is a business entity engaged in three areas, namely the sale of goods, sales of services and warehousing. The company is indirectly every day will provide service to its customers. But this time, customer service is still not up. The Company does not have adequate systems to manage customer data and also do not know the needs of its customers. Customer Service Information System by implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which is useful to improve service to customers, both in terms of sales of goods services and sales services. Desktop applications provide the recording and processing of customer data and customer transaction data. The system also provides information that will be delivered to customers via SMS Gateway integrated with the desktop. While the web application provides the facility online catalog and ordering system stuff. After doing the design and manufacture of the system, it is expected that the system can provide a solution to overcome the problem of transaction services directly and more efficient, easier to obtain information, and the company can maintain good relations between companies producing services through continuous service to customers.   Keywords: information systems, customer service
