Abstract

A sexual preference disorder or Paraphilia is a deviate act that is hidden by the subject. It appears to be ignoring or hurting other people. Currently, Police institutions have implemented ways to know about this sexual abnormality. However, in the identification process there are similar symptoms that leads to the same conclution of the specific kind of paraphilia. In this case, it can cause a mistake in determining the type of sexual preference disorder along with the limitation to psychology staff and time limitation also made the solution to the case to be delayed. Based on the problems above, then the expert system is made that can help part of the psychology especially to those who do not have a clinical background to diagnose this sexual preference disorder to expedite the process of the psychological test and not to delay the settlement of the case. The certainty factor expert system will identify every symptom that is experienced by the problematic person, and the system will produce a diagnosis of sexual preference disorder result towards the problematic person. The trial result of the expert system application shows that the system is capable to identify the type of the disturbance in sexual preference with the accuracy of 93, 3%. The following result is made based on the input that is given by the user and compared with the diagnose result that is been done by police expert clinical psychology in the amount of 15 cases.

Abstract

UD. Adi Jaya Makmur a trading company which sale of tools and building materials. UD. Adi Jaya Makmur established in 2003 with the owner is Mr. Boedy Purwanto S.E. At 2010, that company has new a strong legal entities with obtaining IMB (Building Permit) and a Business License (Business License Trade) with number 510/22032/404.6.2/2012. During the running of the enterprise business their found variety of problems, there are many customers who late to pay the installments, amount of uncollectible, have difficulty to know the payment deadline of customer and less detailed financial reports to the company owner. From the existing problem, then created a desktop-based sales application with title “Design Build Credit Application Feasibility Analysis On Sales Information Systems at UD. Adi Jaya Makmur” wich able to give the maximum contribute to the progress of the company. Application made can also give information, corporate customers information policy, credit provision and the sale to the owner of the company.In helping companies analyzes feasibility credit provision to prospective customers using methods 5c.5c consisting of character, capacity, capital, collateral and condition of economy .To appraisement creditworthiness to prospective customers 5c, by using the method the company gave priority weights and character based on condition, appraisement vidual purposes, and the needs of companies. Based on the trial test and evaluation, note that Design Build Credit Application Feasibility Analysis On Sales Information Systems at UD. Adi Jaya Makmur with desktop-based can be a platform for business owners to advance their business. Can develop of cash and credit sales system better and easier on monitoring. And can reduce the company's losses due to the many doubtful receivables.

Abstract

Construction project management planning will require manpower requirements, the calculation of labor cost budget, number of employees, the arrangement of activities and time required to complete each activity. So far, only managing assessments of workforce needs. This is because of the experience and do not know the technical calculations in calculating labor costs. As a result, the project failed and declining consumer confidence.Handling solutions to create budget planning application labor costs in building construction projects. The system is built to calculate the labor requirements, needs labor costs, and time required to complete the project.This application generates information report labor cost budget plan, the amount of manpower needs, and schedulling of the project. Based on the result of experiments performed, the application can help the process of planning manpower requirements, and planning labor costs in building construction projects.

Abstract

The selection of the supplier is a very important because it can affect performance in fulfilling the raw materials. Supplier selection process at PT Makmur Sentosa Alindo International (AMSI) is done only by checking the prices of goods at the cheapest per supplier and the availability of goods, so that the quality of raw materials and the accuracy of the number of orders that are not purchased in accordance with the desired. PT AMSI should be more careful in their purchases of raw materials. PT AMSI require additional criteria such as the accuracy of the number of orders and the quality of raw materials in the raw material supplier selection thus obtained as expected. PT AMSI requires a decision support system that generates suggestions or recommendations based on the results of supplier selection criteria condition or expected. Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) is a method of decision-making by many criteria. With the supplier selection decision support system capable of generating suggestions or recommendations based on the results of supplier selection criteria desired condition.

Abstract

Chicken diseases often fear chicken farmers. In many cases, chicken diseases can reduce egg productivity of chickens. If there is one chicken affected and it doesn’t handle quickly and precisely, it indirectly can cause the other chickens affected as well that could potentially lead to death. On the other hand, there are limitation number of chicken veterinary in rural areas. Hence, the affected chickens cannot be handled as soon as possible. In this paper, we build an expert system with certainty factor method that is able to diagnose the chicken diseases computationally. Testing results shows that the expert system can identify chicken diseases with accuracy of 92,8%. The results were obtained by testing through 14 chickens that bear chicken diseases. Keywords: Expert System, Certainty Factor, Disease chicken

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Supramedika Prima Perwakilan Surabaya is a sole importer of medical devices and reagents from different brands in Indonesia. It’s customers are clinical laboratory and hospital in all region inside the east half of Indonesia. As a sole importer, this company must have a sufficient amount of inventory in order to complete each of their customer’s needs. In the mean time, the sale manager of this company is having a difficulty in estimating the amount of goods needed to be sold in the upcoming period. This issue needs to be resolved in order to prevent any customers that would stop buying goods from the company. An application to provide a forecast of goods demand in the future is needed to solve the issue. According to the data pattern test, the sales data has a close similarity to the seasonal and trend data pattern. That data pattern is best solved by using a specific method for forecasting, the Winter Exponential Smoothing method. After tested, the application could produce an average error from the results of forecasting at 13,2%, while the success level of implementing the Winter method is at 85,7%.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of RIS is necessary for Imaging System or commonly called Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). RIS give feedback information to PACS about patient information and inspection, as well as to be able to track the entire life cycle assessment of the patient, from the initial booking to the end result. PACS and RIS have different tasks and complete each other, whereby RIS handles the functions of text-based computing, including transcription, reporting, ordering, scheduling, tracking, and billing (Huang, 2004).There is RIS workflow processes that can support the performance of the Unit of Radiology. In the Radiology Unit there are several problems, such as: (1) the need for integration between RIS and PACS, which radiographers do not need to input the data on patients who will perform imaging and (2) The need of role screening to ensure that the patient is in the waiting list has come and is ready to conduct the examination. Radiology Information System can be integrated with PACS and DICOM modality that uses a standard 3.0. This is supported by several considerations, such as: (1) an intermediary HL7 can be integrated with the Hospital Information System (HIS), (2) MWL module can be integrated with MPPs Service modality, (3) intermediate HL7 can be integrated with PACS, and (4) Radiology Information system can be implemented and support the performance of the Unit of Radiology.The existence of RIS is necessary for Imaging System or commonly called Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
