Abstract

  PT. Elang Jagad is a company applying strategy Make-to-Order in inventories of raw material. PT. Elang Jagad often have inaccuracies in fulfilling orders from it’s customers according to the number and order fulfillment time that has been set (due date). So PT. Elang Jagad experiencing problems calculating material requirements planning such as, customer order fulfillment are  often experiencing delays, which will result in lost customers (stock out).Through the analysis of data in 2011 and 2012, showed the inaccuracy due date in order fulfillment to customers. From the analysis of the data issues and order fulfillment, then the required material requirements planning that completed with the method of calculation of the lot-for-lot.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the information system is built to reduce the excess due date fulfillment of customer orders. Examples of the company's customers are PT. Arga Arta Utama and PT. Nakula Sadewa, the average percentage of inaccuracy due date in order fulfillment in the year 2011 by 88 %, whereas in the year 2012 by 79 %. Presence software comparison of the percentage of inaccuracy due date fulfillment of customer orders in 2011-2012 at 0 %. So that the inaccuracy due date fulfillment of customer orders can be reduced and PT. Elang Jagad do not lose customers (stock out).Keywords : Material Requirements Planning, Lot - For- Lot, Due Date

Abstract

Library of Surabaya government provides the aim of ensuring the service which is always oriented to the satisfaction of the people. For that reason, it needs customer satisfaction measurement procedure. However, Surabaya library has difficulties in processing data, analyzing data, up to the present report. It has an impact on delays and errors in reporting the results of the measurement of customer satisfaction. To overcome these problems, it was made an application as the solution of analyzing the effect of service quality. The process of making the application starts from data processing to determine the value of the variables. The results of the process were analyzed using linear regression method. This method can indicate a causal relationship to know which types of library services affect customer satisfaction. Further analysis of the results can be presented in the form of a report automatically as the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction in Surabaya library. At the implementation phase, this application is used to demonstrate the feasibility of testing the value of 100%. Based on tests on sample data questionnaire in 2012 for public library service, the result showed that service quality influences the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

: During this time, foood stuff determination with applying balanced nutrient for hospitalization patient have been controled. For outpatient food stuff determination which applied balanced nutrition, need to be consulted with nutritionist. The outpatient  can’t determine their food stuff independently where it can be supporting their healing phase.Based on the issues that has been described, then it is needed an application that can make consultating easier for the patient. Thats why it is created a food stuff determination  application based on nutrient status for  outpatient.This  application  can determine nutrient status , calori need and food stuff based on desease story of the patient. This application using antropometri to determine nutrient  status  and using  harris benedict formula for calori need. Then to determine a  food stuff that suitable with calori’s need of the patient are matched by nutrient consumption. Those  application will be run based on web then  this application can be used widely, because it is in order to be acces whenever and wherever by public.Based on the test result, it can be concluded that  this application has been fullfilled the  expectation. This application has been able to determine nutrition status, calori need and  food  stuff  which is suitable with calori need for outpatient with specific desease story.

Abstract

Jotun is one of the most outstanding producers paint in the world. PT. Handal Cahaya Sakti (HCS) is one of the Jotun dealers, which distributes ship paint in Indonesia. Actually PT. HCS has four main problems. Firstly, there is no accurately inventory information. Secondly, the process of data search needs long time. Thirdly, the accounting process of paint selling price still uses calculator. Lastly, the stored data that is not computerized and managed will be the useful information for the company. Based on those problems, the sales information system design hoped can improve the performance and decrease the error. The computerized data will be easier to be back-up, searched and managed.

Abstract

Foundation Fund Sosial Al-Falah (YDSF) is one of the zakat fund management institutions infaq/charity in Indonesia, precisely located in the city of Surabaya, which is an utilization institution of communities funds and has more than 220.564 benefactor from the private circles and the communities general. YDSF provide information to the communities in the form of financial statements that are presented in a monthly magazine. For the time being financial statements are presented each month in the magazine has not been explain in detail on the type of fund receipts collected and the amount of type of distribution that occurs. Responsibility for the financial statements conducted YDSF can lead to decreased values of accountability as an fund management institution of communities. Based on these problems, YDSF as amil zakat institutions should perform its functions is public accountability the financial statements, need a making application financial reporting zakat infaq/charity based on the PSAK 109. By using PSAK 109 on the reports generated by the system, YDSF can accountable to the public so that receipts and distribution YDSF to be transparent with the details financial statements of the which attached based on each type of fund, among others zakat funds, infaq funds, waqf funds, non halal funds, and amil funds. As for the reporting that have been generated by the system based on the PSAK 109, among others, statements of financial position, statements of changes in funds, reports assets under management, and cash flow statements.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning writing letters arab media in general use book “Lembar kegiatan Belajar” (LKB), in the form of a pattern of dots forming letters in arabic but sometimes in LKB there is not tutorial of how to write letters arab. Book tended  to be informative and one direction. Interactive learning can be applied to one of them on android. It can replace the learning that is assessed to be inadequate to write basic Arabic letters.Applications write arabic letters android-based learning is an option to replace the media book, because there are some features that the introduction of the Arabic alphabet in the form of motion pictures that provide info manner of writing the Arabic alphabet and features a user exercises in writing the Arabic alphabet then the system will give you the info is true or false. Matching gestures using $N. Methods $N will perform template matching gestures or point coordinates are specified by the user writing input. In addition, there is a quiz. Applications written with the Arabic alphabet gestures technologies built to show the procedure of writing the Arabic alphabet with animated motion picture in accordance with the rules. This application can also interact with humans, because applications can provide value information from the user to exercise.

Abstract

Car oil replacement is one of a must to do list to keeping car’s performance.  In car oil replacement service term, not all shop has a standard. Car oil replacement time reminder service is still done manually, so that sometimes customers forgot to replace the car oil in time. Promo information only does setting banners in the shop. This resulted process of service provide is not optimal. It cause services is not provided optimally, where it will impact on shop and customer’s loss. Based on this issue, car oil replacement service information system has been made to help provide recommendations appropriate standards as specified for car oil replacement service. This system also can be used to support car oil replacement reminder and booking service which will be done using Short Message Service (SMS).

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) to provide services in handling technical problems of low voltage network must have a standard time for acting as executor outsourced at PT. Haleyora Power. To monitor the performance of third parties are still using manual recording of which has a risk response time and handling time is always reported good, but complaints about delays in response time and handling time is still very much. This led to the performance of a partner company of PT. PLN (Persero) can be monitored and lead to poor image PT. PLN (Persero) in the eyes of customers.To overcome these problems is developed monitoring applications handling low voltage networks based on Android which has several important features: monitoring functions are handled by the short message service (SMS) supervisor, dashboard map, monthly performance reports in the form of charts and PDF files.The trial results were made known that the application can produce interference notification, response time, time management, SMS monitoring supervisor. For the report, the application can generate reports such as monthly performance dashboard, dashboard maps and performance reports in a PDF file. It can be concluded from the test results are known 1% response time is not standards-compliant, 99% has met the standard 45 minutes. For a time there was a 50% handling that is not standards-compliant, 50% has met the standard of 120 minutes.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a guide and instructions for Muslims, therefore it is necessary to know the contents of the Al-Qur’an. But there are difficulties in finding a Qur'anic verse that corresponds to the topic that you want to search. One of these factors is there are wide variety of topics contained in a surah and surah have a different topics, while there are 114 surah and 30 juz in 6236 surat in the Qur'an, so if we search manually it will take a lot of time. So we built an application search verses of the Quran by using the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm based on Android. The algorithm used to perform string matching exactly with the order of the characters in the string are matched and highly effective in searching a pattern or patterns of words. This algorithm will perform matching keywords entered by the user with the translation of the Qur’an, and displays the results of our search according to keywords. Based on the test that have been conducted, Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithms in the process of finding verses of the Qur'an on this application has an average accuracy rate of verse produced is 60% and the rate of speed of searching is 1,25 seconds.

Abstract

Existing conditions, introduction of information media culture generally use the book, where in it contains names and images of culture and culture is not explicitly about the description of the culture, so that the user understands a little less on the diversity of Indonesian culture. As more and more Android-based smartphone users, it can be used to help introduce Indonesian culture by developing Android based applications. This application is designed to convey information such as name, picture, and description of the traditional house, traditional clothing, traditional dances, musical instruments and traditional weapons area. On the application displays cultural features, these features cultural displays one of five categories of culture, then features the logo of the 33 provinces, this display features 5 categories of culture from one province. Another feature is the search, the user can input the keywords of the culture in this feature. With the construction of the introduction of mobile applications based on android Indonesian culture, can help introduce and visualize the community, especially the students in the study of diverse cultures such as traditional houses, traditional clothing, traditional dances, musical instruments and traditional weapons area of 33 provinces in Indonesia. Where the 24 respondents have high enthusiasm for this application and 6 respondents had low enthusiasm.
