<![CDATA[Minister of Health of Indonesia has issued a decision in the context of performance assessment of health human resources in health centers. PHC Kalirungkut in this case has not been fully to assess the performance of health human resources in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health number 857 / Menkes / SK / IX / 2009 as was recommended . Performance appraisal is currently done by the health center is still in the process Kalirungkut manually. This can lead to errors such as human error , data loss , and data can be corrupted. To overcome these problems , then made a solution Design of HR information systems performance assessment Kalirungkut health in health centers . This application can perform data management , calculate the value of the performance , to reporting the performance of existing health human resources in health centers Kalirungkut . This application also can make the data more accurate calculation and timely , which will minimize the calculation error occurred. Based on the test results , it is known that the application can provide detailed information on the performance assessment of health human resources obtained from the collection of data effectively , so that the performance assessment can be done on time and not to be a delay granting any performance appraisal report has been completed.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract:
One indicator of the success of the process of selection of new admissions is information about the results of a complete and accurate selection . During the selection process of new students are still using manual processes and not computerized . In addition , there are still obstacles with the students entrusted and the presence of various factors such as fatigue due to the amount of work piling up , so that errors can arise in the process of selection of new admissions.
Application selection of new admissions is a development that is used to handle all obstacles and problems in the selection process for new students is on STIKES Hospital Foundation . Dr. Soetomo . Type selection is handled by the application 's selection of new admissions there are two types of values and questions . Application selection of new admissions system is created dynamically , so that in the future if there are additional categories of test users can add it easily.
Once tested and implemented to users in STIKES Hospital Foundation . Dr Soetomo , selection of new admissions applications this may help the assessment team work . This is evident from the application to facilitate preparation of reports required by the leadership to assist in decision making.

<![CDATA[PT. Pancaran Semangat Jaya is a company that moves in the field of Javanese magazine publishing named “Panjebar Semangat” which first published in 1933 until now. Currently, the administration of staffing is done by a subdivision of administration and documentation noted manually and the result is edited using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications, and then printed and stored in storage. This leads to a process of data search and check, as well as making the report which is reducing the working hour for the employees.Based on the problem, a solution is offered in the form of staffing administration information system that would connect the employees in every division inside the companies by using a dna-based client server and a waterfall method. This method uses sistematically approach and a serial ranging from the level of the needs of the system and heading to the stage of analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The result of this research shows that the staffing administration information system may help PT. Pancaran Semangat Jaya to record and processing data by quickly and correctly. Moreover, that information system is in line with the needs of the company which has been proven by the outcome of the trial that has been implemented into eleven usual employees, three chief divisions, and one documentation administrative subdivision with the results of 82,7 % and included in a very well category.]]>

<![CDATA[To be able master the abacus, it requires plenty of time and intensive training to master the operational of the abacus. Although in several schools and in institutions abacus course has been taught, but it does guarantee to be able to master the abacus. Especially for someone who have not been taught the abacus in school and have not completed a course the abacus would have trouble even those who are not familiar with the abacus. To be master the abacus we must have books about how to learn the abacus and we must have a real abacus tool for exercise the abacus.One of solution is to be able master the abacus with developed application using smartphone technology based on android operating system can be used as a tool for daily exercise in order to familiarize with the abacus.in a series of trials that have been done, the abacus application can be running on some version of the android operating system such as Gingerbread, HoneyComb, Ice cream sandwich, Jelly bean and Kitkat. On this application there are two learning modules consisting of learning abacus and learning arithmetic using abacus. In addition to the learning modules, the application also features learning abacus and learn arithmetic operations.This application also provides exercises, on the features of this exercise consists of the exercises of arithmetic and a matter of exercise where users can perform exercises to hone his ability to learn the abacus.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) or PT. Pelindo III is a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in the sector transportation. Duties, powers and responsibilities of this company is to manage the public ports in seven provinces in Indonesia. PT. Pelindo III has a vision "To be the perpetrator prime harbor service provider, is committed to spur national logistics integration". The company uses information systems and information technology (IS/IT), today the development of the IS/IT companies to only fixed requirements of this moment can be seen from the development of the IS/IT to meet the demand of the concerned division, not based on the vision, mission and goals of the implementation of IS/IT. PT. Pelindo III have adequate IT infrastructure but are not used efficiently, the impact occurs the gap between IT and SI because it is not clear how the selection process and management of IT infrastructure. Companies in some periods also perform change management due to several factors, one of which is the change in the business environment this triggers for change management (update) in the IS / IT are there but do not pay attention to the condition of the existing SI, this has resulted in some SI often experience decreased performance.To resolve these problems, needed solutions that look different elements within the company as a whole as a whole and have architectural principles as the basis for the development of the IS / IT that is enterprise architecture planning (EAP). <![CDATA[Hospitalization is essential in Bima Hospital. Inpatient services are service activities to patients in the hospital, occupying a bed for the purposes of observation, visit doctor, administration of fluid and drugs. In the period 2000 through to 2012 Party in particular parts of the hospital inpatient having problems processing of patient data. Search history of patient data, frequent loss of patient data. Cost overruns the process of final payment patient. Another problem faced by the hospital is difficult to make regular monthly report.To overcome the obstacles in the hospitalization, the hospital needs information system to registration patient , the estimated cost of care, loss of medical record patient and can be make report for executive, patients and Kemenkes. With this requirement it needs to make hospitalization information system in the RSUD Bima.]]>

<![CDATA[Ard Motor is a company engaged in the sale of car spare parts. The company offers customers two ways of payment are cash payments and loan payments. In the process of granting credit, the company assesses the credit worthiness from the customer’s debt, the amount of credit purchases will be proposed, and the business value. But the problem for the company is many customers are already overdue its payment. This is due partly intentional factor customers in payment. Besides making lending decisions are subjective only give a decision worthy or not.Overcoming these problem, therefor the application to determine credit worthiness was made. The parameter that used is the number of purchase transactions, the amount of debt, purchase frequency and value of character to assess the customer, In order for credit granting ratings become not subjective therefor in this application fuzzy logic methods are used to support the decissions. The results from evaluation it can be concluded that the application can generate a percentage value of credit worthiness so it can be more accurate, and the application can determine the priority lending who was worthy so that companies can provide credit payment to the right customers.Keywords : Credit, Feasibility Assessment of Credit Applications, Fuzzy Logic]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: System for recording incoming goods, transfer of goods, and re-filing order goods inventory at the warehouse PT. Telkom Akses Surabaya still using manual systems. The lack of systems that store and archive evidence for a history of the demand for goods. Re-filing goods orders due to inaccurate calculations done using estimates warehouse clerk, inventory resulting void because the goods ordered are yet to come.Need a system that can be used to manage incoming goods, goods out, and re-filing order goods, so inventories of goods in warehouse PT. Telkom Surabaya access can run optimally and not experience emptiness inventory. The system can also print the form of demand for goods that can be used as archival storage.With this system implemented, no longer experienced warehouse inventory vacancy. <![CDATA[Abstract: Police Department is one of the functions of govermment in country, maintenance of security and good order of society, law enforcement, protection, auspices and public service (Indonesian Police Department, 2002). Every day, case or incident often occur arround us.Therefore, Police have to do reporting occurrence or in termed as (incident reporting) to record all incident. Incident categorized into 2 types, criminal (theft, robbery, and other) and non criminal (fires, landslides, and other). To overcome the problems that exist today, then I made a new system were underway that would later help Police department especially GRESIK Police Department Resort in doing incident reports. This new system is expected to overcome the problems especially incident reporting in GRESIK Police Department Resort. This system refers to (Regulation of the head of Police in Indonesian Republic, 2009) which contains with the standart incident reporting.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: First of all, the development of technology, which has been developed at this time, has encouraged the acceleration in several fields; especially in the field of information technology. Associated to the requirement for information that has increased, commonly, parking management use a ticket to sign in and out of motor vehicles that has been parked. Along with the difficulties often encountered by users of parking services such as difficulty on finding an empty parking location, parking services where users have to revolve - around looking for an empty parking lot, and certainly not to get a parking space, in addition to the parking service users often forget where previously parked vehicle. The purpose of the present study was to identify a result to combine and develop the existing parking system environments by utilizing the parking area sufficient support for the implementation of the parking system settings. In conclusion, through a system of information that has been created, will make it more manageable for the user services and parking services manager, furthermore the aim of the thesis is expected to be one of the experimental developments in parking management.
