Abstract

Junior high school Al-Falah Assalam Tropodo 2 has a number of students ranging from grade 7 to grade 9 as many as 630 students, at any level of the hierarchy there are 7 classes and each class has 30 students. With the current number of students, the school experienced a problem with timeliness and accuracy of the content. Timelinessand accuracy of the content in question is the number of data that must be processed at the time when the school administration management processes such as data processing value data of students, students ' attendance data, data ontuition and student report cards processing is done manually. This resulted in a report on the administration of the school could not be completed on time and the result ofthe process of charging data become less accurate. Based on the above issues, the school wanted to devise a system of academic information wake. Analysis and designof academic information systems on SMP Al-Falah Assalam Tropodo 2 it generatesdocuments in the form of specification of the needs oftheDeviceSoftware (SKPL)Designand software architecture (DAPL). The document can be used as the basis for software development. The hope, after the designwas developed to overcome existing problems on SMP Al-Falah Assalam Tropodo 2 Sidoarjo.

Abstract

ABSTRACT CV . Adijaya Electronics is a company engaged in the sale of spare parts audio. The existing problems in the CV. Electronic Adijaya during the running process of sales administration still use manual way, this causes problems in recording sales transactions, procurement, searches the price of goods, calculation of stock, sales returns, manufacture and sales reports, and memoranda piled up going to lose sales note .              The solution offered is the Design and build a sales administration application that can generate a computerized data and facilitate the implementation of the sales process.Results from the study showed that the application that was created to help sales, procurement, searches the price of goods, calculation of stock, sales returns, manufacturing sales report and assist the needs of users on CV.Adijaya Electronics . Keywords : Applications , administration, sales

Abstract

Mr. Coffee is a coffee field sales business that began to develop in 2013. At the current sales process owners can’t perform recording sales precisely because poorly supported by adequate information coffee sales lead to errors in the recording of sales, so the impact on stock control materials raw coffee warehouse that often have out of stock of coffee which ordered the customer, and the customer who still has a receivable purchase coffee on previous transactions. So may result in losses for the parties Mr. Coffee.Based on this problem, then created a web-based sales information system that can help provide information about the registration of the sale of coffee, coffee stock management of raw materials using methods Reorder Point (ROP), and the management of customer receivables.Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation of the system, recording sales on Mr. Coffee-based website is to provide information for the company to make record sales of coffee, coffee raw material stock control in the barn, and the recording of customer receivables on previous transactions.

Abstract

Library Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya as part of Institu Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya utilizing website to provide information quickly and easily to the user library. As long as this has not been done in the implementation of evaluation about website quality based on perception en user as a feedback to website management so that the user be satisfied against services.Based on analysis problems of relation between website quality and customer satisfaction. From dissemination of questionnaires conducted to end user website retrieved samples as many as 70 respondents. Data from the results questionnaire done testing variable with test validity and reliability. Next do a test data and test normality assumption as a condition for the next step, namely the multiple linear regression analysis.The results of test are obtained that the variable include usability, information quality and interaction quality a positive and significant effect against customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Mega Auto Finance (MAF) is a leasing company that provides credit service to purchase Yamaha motorcycle. The process of the credit services includes the customer’s credit in the form of address, phone number and so on that can change at any time, the loan application, approval of the loan application and loan repayment installments that are used as loan payments report for determining the list of delinquent consumers will be given on the collector. The company needs to perform data management in order to avoid delays in the process of credit approval, credit arrears report creation and reduce the time in search of data.The process of loan application data management must be done quickly to build applications motor credit records. This application is expected to be able to manage consumer data that can change at any time and reduce time in the loan approval process and recording payment of installments to facilitate the making of payments report. The payment report will be tailored to customer data so that the company can provide customer data accurately and arrears on the collector. Applications that have been made can manage customer data pencatatn, motors, credit application, credit approval and credit payments and generate reports loan payments and credit arrears so as to assist the company in improving the service. Keywords: Credit Application, Application, Data Management

Abstract

Pusat Kerja Sama Solusi Sistem Informasi (PKS-SSI) Stikom Surabaya didn’t have calculation standard for making cost estimation, effort calculation and optimal work schedule in the making of SIPERTI AAK. Until now PKS-SSI making cost estimation based on past experience which made approximately 10% of the project going off-scheduleIn this research the calculation solution created to assist PKS-SSI in calculating SIPERTI AAK’s development cost estimation is using Function Point Analysis (FPA) method. The FPA method can generate effort value and optimal work schedule for the development of SIPERTI AAK.After this research had been conducted it is found that the total function point is 524,52. The effort distribution found at 63,65% for software development, 14,97% for on going activity, and 21,38% for quality assurance. For best in class software organization the effort is 124,99 person-month with 15 month work schedule and Rp. 941.455.183 software development cost. For average software organization the effort is 182,37 person-month with 17,01 month work schedule and Rp. 723.801.655 software development cost. And last for worst in class software organization the effort is 321,45 person-month with 20,55 month work schedule and Rp. 458.754.054 software development cost. Keywords: Software, Cost Estimation, Function Point Analysis

Abstract

Randu Padangan village is one of the villages in Gresik Regency which has a population of approximately 4500 inhabitants and many farm fields and plantations. With increasing population led to the need for land for settlement increased and many citizens who sell and buy land for the necessities of life. Related to it Governance in particular village government party in charge of handling and serving information land experiencing difficulties in terms of land information services. It looks at the data search process a very long land until it reaches 2 days and the presentation of data on land that is still difficult to understand especially on imagemap map data blocks with the current data block is still separate. This led to theinformation given to the citizens of less accurate. Based on the problems described previously the village of Randu Padangan requires a land information system that can assist the Government in conducting logging landand provide information that is accurate and speedy land to citizens. The results showed that Randu Padangan Village Land information systems can assistthe Government in conducting land and logging provides information on defense, so the  land information service can be quickly solved with accurate and timely.

Abstract

Currently the Office of Cooperative Sidoarjo regency, especially in the Seksi Bina Usaha Simpan Pinjam experienced a problem that is on the dimension of time is the amount of data that must be processed, the process of health assessment done manually, and there was no warning system regarding Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) or Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) who have not submitted reports Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT). On the dimension of content is input weighting process aspect, the process of checking the standard tables assessment is done manually. Based on these problems, needs analysis and design application health assessment KSP/USP. Analysis and design are expected to produce a document on which to base the development of software applications health assessment KSP/USP. After the application design was developed to help the Department of Cooperatives Sidoarjo District to provide the required information, and assessing the health of the KSP and USP. After analysis and application design health assessment KSP/USP of this, it can produce documents in the form of Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Software Architecture and Design (SAD). Abstract

Abstract:  The selling process of computers in CV. Data Baru currently ongoing manually. So far the sale of computers in CV. Data Baru can be done directly or indirectly. For the direct sale customers can come directly to the store, while for the sales are not directly usually customers ordered the stuff by telephone and email.The impact to the customers who are derived from out of town have to wait to certainty whether there were any supplies of ordered computer. Catalog computer information also could not be known directly by customers. CV. Data Baru need an application that can do the computer selling process. Application designed is expected to ease CV. Data Baru in the online computer selling process. Application designed to produces information report sales of computer, payment customers report, and reports supplies computers.

Abstract

Tracer study is one of the elements in the assessment and accreditation of academic policy making, especially in the preparation of curriculum. But in the process of the tracer study in STIKES there are some problems, and that problem is uneven distribution of questionnaires, costs a lot, waiting times filling out of the questionnaires are too long, problems possibility of mistake entering the data and the problem of data security is not guaranteed because there is no distribution of privileges. To solve that problems, STIKES need a web-based system tracer study. stakeholders can access the system to be able to answer the questionnaire quickly, so that the data from the questionnaire can be processed quickly and accurately. With this application can help the STIKES in conducting tracer easily and quickly. Stakeholders can do a tracer study questionnaire online that can be accessed anywhere. STIKES parties can see the direct results of tracer study reports and graphs based on the desired criteria.
