Abstract

CV. Berkat Alam Sejahtera is a company engaged in the Gas Industry. CV. Berkat Alam Sejahtera sales in the process can be made by cash or credit. Customer confidence by making payments receivable directly to field officers can also pose a risk of abuse by field personnel. The administrative staff also often experience difficulties in the reporting process when managers need data of a customer sales and receivables suddenly because among the data is still not linked to one another. Based on the above, the company needs a sales application that can perform control of payments accounts of customers using SMS (Short Message Service) Gateway is also expected to address the delay in receivables collection customers with reminders customer receivables beginning of each month and increase customer confidence in making payments receivable with confirmation in the form of SMS so that customers feel safe and comfortable. Hopes that these applications can overcome the problems that had occurred, and increase sales and improve service to customers.

Abstract

Abstract:PT Qta Travelindo Jaya Surabaya is a travel agency company that has been supported by the application, but the application that is not met expectations, for the development of applications based only on immediate needs with different platforms. This resulted in no integration of data between parts, occurs redundancy of data, not optimal application usage, budget development of Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) is not controlled, and the disjointed IS/IT with business objectives.In order to overcome the constraints mentioned above, it is necessary to Strategic Planning IS/IT. In drawing up the Strategic Planning IS/IT used method of Ward & Peppard so that IS/IT can be aligned with its business strategy. In this method the synchronization between the company's objectives with the aim of IS/IT. Besides Ward & Peppard method, there is a method of analysis or ancillary aspects, as follows: Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT), Finance, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Industrial Markets, Competitors, Political Regulations, and McFarlan.The results of the Strategic Planning in the form of IT/IS document. This document contains the Application Portfolio namely Sales Information System (Invoice), Mobile Web Application Airlines plane and hotel, and webstite Gotravelindo. Documentation is made for three (3) years of the coming period and will be used as a recommendation IS/IT development be focused, IS/IT strategy aligned with business strategy, and can determine the competence of the resources needed in the IS/IT Qta Travelindo PT Jaya Surabaya

Abstract

Dinas Pendidikan ( dispendik ) surabaya is implementing the element of local government in charge of teachers and contract workers in the city of Surabaya. The labor contract to extend the service life of each year. Extension of the term based on the results of the assessment carried out by energy performance contracts passed. Abstract

Abstract: PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company who works in furniture field. The company’s production is based on the customer orders. The average of the company’s transaction reaches about 3000 products, yet 31% of them delayed. It is caused by several things, which are the absence of scheduling method, the machine’s functions are not optimized yet by the company, and also order data recording with production scheduling are not integrate yet. This research results an application that can compare four methods of scheduling. The four methods are EDD, FCFS, SPT and LPT. The comparison of methods is aimed to get the best method that will be used by the company for scheduling. It requires some stages to make the application, the first is requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and the last are integration and testing. From this research, its result is about 96% which means that the application is feasible to use, and the user trial results are about 91% which means that this application can be accepted by the company.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Shoes and Sandals Suroso strive to improve and develop the industry, one of the efforts is to find out information about the costs of production are used to determine the cost of goods manufactured correctly. Currently, SMEs do not have a basis in determining the cost of goods manufactured according to customer order. In determining the cost of goods manufactured, SMEs just do a sum the raw material cost and direct labor cost, without counting the factory overhead cost. The resulted of the selling price of shoes and sandals are charged to customers is not as expected by the SMEs, so the profit can get unstable then. Because these problems, the author makes an application that can calculate the cost of goods manufactured is based on estimated cost by determining the raw material cost, direct labor cost, and factory overhead cost. Based on trial results on SMEs Shoes and Sandals Suroso can be concluded that the application has been made to produce information on the estimated raw material cost, the estimated direct labor cost, the estimated factory overhead cost, the estimated cost of goods manufactured, and reporting of customer order in each period, so the information can be used by SMEs as a basis for determining the selling price of its products.Keywords: cost of goods manufactured, estimated cost, customer order

Abstract

Transportation Department of Surabaya in particular the Deputy Transport Infrastructure which has activities that organize and establish management and control communications infrastructure. Problems faced could not be monitoring the progress of time and project work in the field. So the evaluation and early identification of problems that arise in the field so the prevention and settlement can not be immediately implemented and carried out repairs upcoming activities.To cope with the problem it was designed monitoring and evaluation information system penmbangunan facilities and infrastructure, the system is run by media websites that will be accessed easily through a smartphone, phablet, tablets and devices that can access other internet used by field supervisors.It was concluded that the application to assist and facilitate the task of the stakeholders in the process of monitoring and evaluation of development projects at the Department of Transportation in Surabaya. Abstract

UD Dwi Mulya Plastik is a company that produces plastic ore based house appliances. To fulfill customer’s demand, it requires sales forecasting so it can reduce the risk of over production or under production. The sales is represented as time-series data. In this work, we utilized an Artificial Neural Network method that commonly called Improved Elman method to do forecasting of the time-series data. Based on our examination, it is shown that the smallest value of averaged MSE (0,29) as well as MAPE (12,69%) for ‘timba cor’ can be achieved by using learning rate of 0,50 and the number of input data 12. On the other hand, the smallest value of averaged MSE (0,011) as well as MAPE (15,23%) for ‘waskom’ can be achieved by using learning rate of 0,30 and the number of input data 12. It is commonly understood that the maximum value of MAPE to be categorized as good forecasting is 20%, hence, it is concluded that the Improved Elman method in this study is considered valid.

Abstract

Letter is an important document in Surabaya High Court because it supports the business process activities Surabaya High Court. Therefore, the data must be complete mailing, distribution and storage should be timely letter should be well ordered. The conditions at the Surabaya High Court incomplete data writing letters, distributing archives are often delayed because of the long groove applies a system or procedure is too complicated. To solve this problem, so the storage and recording of the letter needs to be converted into digital data and computerized. To meet these needs it is necessary to be made application mail handling incoming and outgoing mail at the Surabaya High Court. Stages of making this application begins with communication, planning, modeling, construction, and operation. Once tested, the application management of incoming and outgoing letter can handle the recording process incoming letter, handle the disposition of incoming letter, handle the process of making a number of outgoing letter as well as recording your outgoing letter so, can generate data incoming letter, the data disposition, the data outgoing letter, and several reports including archiving reports, statements disposition, disposition tracking reports, and reports of outgoing letter.

Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has a Cyber Campus Information System (Sicyca) intended for students and employees. Users employee for itself consists of educators and education personnel. One of the critical success factor in the implementation of a system that is when the systems were well received by users. Based on the results of the initial questionnaire intended for users Sicyca employees filled out by 23 educators and 23 education personnel, There are as many as 58.70% of respondents still not happy with the display interfaces now, 54.35% of respondents said time loading time over 10 second and 56.52% of respondents of the total educators are still not satisfied in terms of functionality. It is necessary to repair with some development on the web Sicyca especially in the use of web programming language which was originally still using ASP, will be developed using PHP. This application also provides information on the development of employee performance that is displayed in the dashboard.
