Abstract

SMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Fredshoes is one of the manufacturing company engaged in the production of safety shoes of various sizes, where business, combined with various motifs design life style fashionable your brand modern and unic prioritizing market appetite and transform safety shoes. Business process that has been happening is part of the production will be doing the production if there is an order from the customer. During this time, the company was not able to complete orders every month an average of 20 pieces of safety shoes received as scheduled because the recording of raw material inventory done manually which resulted in the accumulation of customer orders and can lead to errors in the calculation of the raw materials required.Based on these problems, the authors use the stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in designing the system. The material of the raw material inventory planning using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to assist in the planning process of the production of raw materials.Based on the results of testing applications on SMEs Fredshoes it was concluded that the application has been made to produce information regarding reports of customer orders, reports the plan needs raw materials, the report plan needs raw EOQ, reports best-selling products and reports raw materials are often used which can be used by the SMEs as a basis in determining the ordering of raw materials. Keyword: inventory, raw materials, economic order quantity, application

Abstract

UD New Sehati is enterprise small middle which active in production and sell may kinds of chips. Payroll system in UD New Sehati calculated based on amount of work day. Overtime calculated based on letter instruction overtime which determined by owner and calculated by hour. Besides that, The employee get bonuses based on the active work employee which assessed from amount of product which has been produced, amount of work day, amount time of delayed and amount of overtime which shown be in the shape of the best value until the worst to make easy the owner give amount of bonuses. Time works for male employee consist or two shifts are morning shift and day shift and nothing overtime. The time work begin at 07.00-16.00 WIB and for day work at 16.00-21.00 WIB. Change shift do every week. Time work for female employee at 07.00-16.00 WIB and nothing shift. Employee presence write by coordinator employee  so that at risk in mistaken in recording. Begin Friday the owner must be count all salary for employee which will be give the employee in Saturday. From some problem happened so that give the solution in the shape of information system payroll employments which can help in storage data employee, make shift schedule, information overtime, letter instruction overtime, storage presence, storage overtime, give bomuses and calculated payroll employee which produce report payroll and report outcome finance for owner and  slip salary to employee

Abstract

Indonesia a rich country in a wide range of plant includes various types of medicinal plants. However, the lack of media information which presents knowledge of that information cause ignorance among the public. The problem faced in documentation of knowledge on medicinal plants stand on the biological data which is complex and heterogeneous due to derived from a variety of sources of research and the use of the terms used is also different. With the implementation of this technology expected to be able maximize the presentation of information so that it makes encyclopedias app users to obtain the desired information.

Abstract

National Standart of College ( NSC ) is a policy created by Indonesia Government to arrange period of study of college student. NCS is arranged in Ministerial Regulation of Education and Cultural no. 49 of 2014. On article no. 17 clause 3 mentioned that Bachelor has 4 to 5 years maximum period of study and Diploma III has 3 to 4 years maximum period of study. According to Stikom Surabaya data center, the students of Infomation Systems department who able to graduate in predetermined time is in low number and have decreased every year. Wherefore, the students doesn’t have planning and motivation to complete their study in time. Based on the issues, therefore a feature of self planning and motivation application is developed to help increase student’s ability to complete the study in time. The application is engaged by SDLC ( System Development Life Cycle ) method. The function of SDLC is to describe the stages of self planning and motivation application in making. The result of the trial is the application able to help to plan the final score accord to the target of each subject per semester. Also the application able to give motivation and as a motivation reminder fot the student in every semester.

Abstract

Regional Water Company (PDAM) Surabaya is an engaged  instantion in the field of public service. One of the company's mission is to provide superior service to its customers. Thus the analysis of customer satisfaction becomes important to know whether a given service in accordance with the wishes of the customer. There is the problem based on the analysis of customer satisfaction. It is how to analyze customer satisfaction and generate a report that will be used as a repair and improvement of customer service quality. Analysis of customer satisfaction application is the solution to these problems, where the application can perform in the process of surveying, data analysis, and reporting of analytical results. Customers can fill a questionnaire online, after that the data collected will be analyzed by using a characteristics calculation system, satisfaction index, and the importance of performance analysis. the analysis results will be a reported  and will be used by  the management of PDAM Surabaya  as an evaluation of service quality.

Abstract

HSE (health, safety, environment, dan module and training) department is one of PT bangun Sarana Baja department who support wokshop and company operational. But with the delay in the approval request from the demand for workshops, it creates workshop preparation time is reduced and the incidence of additional costs, such as employee overtime costs and cost penalties from stakeholder (ninecone) in the field. Next issue is the absence of  reports for requirements needs and purchasing needs of all parts of the workshop, it makes the general admin recapitalize back in the form of all the parts at any time if required reporting. Based on these problems, then the author made the application workflow approval requests for workshop needs based on web, where  in this system there is a data input request form, data input purchase form, the allocation needs form and features of approval online to send a notification when there is a demand needs, so as to solve the problem of approval delays that could hamper the process of the workshop. The conclusion on trial results that have been conducted, the application workflow approval requests for workshop needs can be done online, able to generate reports of recapitulation demand needs, the purchase requirement report, allocating demand report  and data recapitulation report from all section.

Abstract

CV. Dwi Star is a company engaged in the field of importers of stationery, such as a stapler, perforator, cash box, stick note, display book, tape dispenser, glue, binders swing clip, calculator, and others. Stationery has various brands, such as Eagle, Phoenix, Pronto, Retype, Fastener, Bofa, Nashua, Pentel, and others. The goods were shipped from abroad, with prices following the dollar exchange rate, so that the sales price is uncertain (unstable). Is currently marketing the product on the company's CV. Dwi Star conducted by a salesman. Salesman has a dual role in his work, that salesman not only did the ordering of products but also offer the products, finding new customers, and collect debts.Salesman will going around in various area in Indonesia (except Papua). The process of roving salesman in one area takes one week to three weeks. In the process, salesmen will offer their products by bringing a catalog that contains information on products. The goods list (catalogs) are placed in a folder with the current total of about 49 sheets containing dozens of products types and kinds of this product does not include the same number but different product types, sizes, and colors. Salesman also perform the billing process to customers who still had debt. List of the bill will be created manually by the enterprise admin. Salesman collect the debt from the customer and the customer can pay off the debt in three ways, namely transfer, demand deposits, and cash. Confirmation of payment is only be completed by a salesman and a customer, and then salesmen will confirm it to the current company admin after the salesman back to the company. It creates opportunities to  cheat by the salesman.In connection with these problems, it is proposed Operational Information System Design Based Salesman Android that can be taken anywhere. Android-based operational applications salesman is devoted to help the salesman operational performance. The salesman operational applications provide useful product information to assist in the search speed of goods and prices thats up to date, can order the products, the addition of new customers, and displays a list of customer billing sent by e-mail to admin.

Abstract

UD. New Sehati is small and medium entreprises (SME) which stand since January 2000. This SME move in production and sell many kinds of chips. The sell activity in UD. New Sehati begin from registration of stock product, registration sells, order, retur, barter and report which is connected sells. The problem happened is indispline ini registration administration sells, management income, order which directly to owner which is not written by employee, registration flow stock product, retur, and barter, with doesn’t have report which connected sells. The solution to solve problem is made information system which can made to save the master data is needed. Registration stock product in warehouse and shop, registration transaction is happened, history from the registration and manage that data become the report which connected sells to make easier the owner to do control and evaluation, with can take the decision to make bisnis strategy in entreprise. The conclusion result of test and try which has done information system this sell is produce result nineteen (19) report with connected sells which can used by the owner as subject for evaluation to take decision and make strategy of business in entreprises.
