Abstract

The purposes of this study were to find out (1) the relation betweenself efficacy, family social support and self regulated learning (2) the relationbetween self efficacy and self regulated learning (3) the relation betweenfamily social support and self regulated learning. The populations of thestudy were students of 8th grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah. Thetechnique sampling was cluster random sampling. The study used SelfEfficacy Scale, Family Social Support Scale and Self Regulated LearningScale to collect data about self efficacy, family social support and selfregulated learning. The data were analized by regression analysis. Theresults show that (1) there is very significantly positive correlation betweenself efficacy, family social support and self efficacy (r=0,837, p=0,000),(2) there is very significantly positive correlation between self efficacy andself regulated learning (r=0, 836, p=0,000), (3) there is very significantlypositive correlation between family social support and self regulated learning(r=0,418, p=0,002).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between mother andchild communication with depression in adolescents. Samples of this studywere students of ‘Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 02’ Depok(Sleman), Yogyakarta, 17-18 years old and living with parents. The numbersof samples in this study were 90 people. Quantitative analysis was carriedout using quantitative method; data was retrieved using a scale of depressionin adolescent and maternal and child communication scale. Data analysistechniques used was the Pearson correlation. The analysis indicated a highlysignificant negative relationship between maternal communication andchildren with depression in adolescents, with a correlation coefficient (r) =-0.325 with (p) = 0.002 (p <0.01). Maternal communication and childrencontributed in influencing depression in adolescents was 10.5%. Based onresearch that has been done, the researcher concluded that there was ahighly significant negative relationship between maternal communicationand children with depression in adolescents. The better communication isdone on the child’s mother, the smaller the occurrence of depression inadolescents, whereas the lack of communication on the child’s mothers,the greater occurrence of depression in adolescents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the Critical Success FactorsModel for implementing e-learning in the Islamic university and to proposestrategies derived from the perspective of holistic, consultative, andemancipatory. Analysis of CSF was trying to uphold the organization usingresearch methods to identify the purpose of management as essentialelements that were important in achieving the effectiveness of the changeprocess. Data were analyzed from depth interviews and focused groupdiscussion with university leaders, chief of Puskom, and quality assuranceunit, referred to the number of CSF, which were grouped into 4 groups,namely: leadership, structural and cultural design, technology, and deliveryof content. The result of this study shows that every element of highereducation institutions is prepared to be able to attach them to e-learningin supporting the development of career or profession. So, we need theability of universities to manage the change process through discussionswith the proposed design objectives (goal).

Abstract

Behavior emerges from a continuous process, which begins with theindividuals perception, internalization of the concept, to the covert behavior.Behavior is the result of experience. This study aims to test models ofdelinquency. Delinquency as a continuous learning process of behaviorfrom mild to serious. The subjects were junior and high school students asmany as 182 people from 3 schools that obtained by random. The datawere analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) showed thatdelinquency was a behavior that basically formed an ongoing basis. Familieshave the highest impact when compared with peers and the media.Conditions will be worsened if the child has a strain in delinquency bringlight and progress to serious delinquency.
