Abstract

Abstract PG Kebon Agung is one of the companies in the processing of cane into sugar. The main product produced by PG Kebon Agung is white crystal sugar. The process of production in Kebon Agung consist six process stations, those are milling station, purification station, evaporation station, cooking station, rounding station, and finishing station. This research focuses on finishing station. The defects that often occurs are torn packaging, dirty sugar and broken seams. This research aim to determine the causative factors that bring up the product defect, determine the ability of processes in finishing station, and determine the improvement suggestions to reduce the defective products. Data were analyzed using six sigma methods through define, measure, analyze, and improve phase. The results showed that the biggest defect type is torned packaging at 61,64% The Finishing Station at PG Kebon Agung is at the sigma level of 4.00 with DPMO of 6,159. Factors that cause defective products are human, method, material, machine, and environment. The priority for improvement is planning a frequent maintenance, implement SOP at finishing station, And provide training for workers.

Abstract

Abstract This study was aimed the risk source, to evaluate, and apply K3 (occupattional health and safety) system of Anugrah Batik Industry. The research was conducted with observation in the Anugrah Batik Industry Laweyan Solo with 20 of employee and data collection were interview and take the picture that using as data processing. The data observed is identification of the dangerous potension in Anugrah Batik Industry consist: membatik, nglorot, mbironi, washing of the batik cloth, and risk assessment. The result of the study showed that risk control before carried out the application of K3 many found dangerous event can to be injuring for body of the employee. It could be concluded that risk control to minimize the potension of danger can be done by addition APD, so that the result of the risk assessment after applied the value potension of danger on batik activity can be minimized. Abstract

Abstract Management of the waste transportation system is one of the service systems provided by the government to the community in terms of environmental cleanliness. The waste management information system that is still manual makes it difficult for users in terms of monitoring and managing the garbage transportation system. The author designed a web-based waste management information system using the PHP, HTML and CSS languages. The system was built, besides being used as a data base storage and member registration, system operators can track the fleet with the help of the OpenStreetMap (OSM) application. The information system built also allows interaction with the community through online system registration. Making a system starts from identifying system requirements, such as creating context diagrams, data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams. Next is the design of data base and form which is then done by designing web applications. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan pembukaan kantor cabang baru di kota Solo dari PT. YUDORI Jaya Mandiri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memfokuskan survei tempat dan peminatan masyarakat, SDM dan analisis peluang kelayakan investasi dengan menggunakan data perusahaan secara historikal. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis aspek kelayakan peluang usaha dengan SWOT dan memprediksikan nilai pengembalian investasi dengan pertimbangan nilai BEP dan pengukuran Payback period berdasarkan syarat-syarat yang diajukan oleh pimpinan manajemen Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah layak untuk membuka cabang baru di Solo, namun ada catatan primer dalam penanganan SDM, yaitu kurangnya tenaga binaan. Secara finansial sangat memungkinkan karena bedasarkan pengukuran Payback Period nilai BEP akan kembali dalam 16 bulan. Kata Kunci : SWOT, BEP, Payback Period, Data Historikal

Abstract

Abstrak Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) sebagai anak perusahaan Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) merupakan salah satu tulang punggung untuk produksi Minyak dan gas Indonesia. Warehouse operation dan Material Distribution atau biasa di sebut WOMD, merupakan bagian dari SCM (Supply Chain Management) Department di PHE WMO ,Hasil evaluasi didapatkan bahwa biaya operasional WOMD merupakan tertinggi ke 2 di SCM (Supply Chain Management) department khususnya adalah biaya Material handling (bongkar muat material).Untuk itu langkah-langkah efisiensi perlu dilakukan dan WOMD mengadopsi system Cross Docking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji keefektifan implementasi metode Cross Docking dan mengetahui perbandingan biaya operasional Biaya Cross Docking dan Non Cross Docking. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode Komparasi yang di lakukan di Divisi Warehouse Operation dan Material distribution PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore – Lamongan Shorebase dengan sampel data material handling dari tahun 2017-2019. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang significant antara besarnya biaya operasional dengan menggunakan metode Cross Docking dan Metode non-Cross Docking. Dengan menerapkan metode Cross Docking WOMD Department bisa menghemat biaya Operasional kurang lebih 80-81 % per tahun khususnya biaya Material Handling. Selain itu juga dengan penerapan metode Cross Docking juga bisa menurunkan resiko HSSE karena dengan metode Cross Docking ini ada aktfitas yang berpotensi terjadi kecelakaan dapat dihilangkan. Kata Kunci: Cross Docking, Biaya Operasional, Warehouse
