Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji dampak kepemilikan managerial, buku besar dan profitabilitas pada kebijakan investasi perusahaan pada sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang ada di Indonesian Stock Exchange. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel dan analisis multiple regression digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada kebijakan investasi perusahaan, buku besar berpengaruh positif pada kebijakan investasi publik, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap investasi kebijakan publik. This research tests the effect of managerial ownership, leverage, and profitability on corporate investment policy for a sample of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over the period 2006-2008. Population of this research is all of manufacturing companies at Indonesian Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling method was employed and the data analysis technique was classic assumption test: multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. The hypothesis test used multiple regression analysis. The results show that managerial ownership has no significant effects on corporate investment policy; leverage positively affects corporate investment policy; while profitability positively affects corporate investment policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur niat para akuntan dan manager bank Islam untuk menerapkan praktek pengungkapan kepatuhan shariah sebagai tanggung jawab kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip bank Islam dilihat dari perspektif teori tindakan. Populasi untuk penelitian ini adalah para akuntan dan manager cabang bank Islam di kota Semarang dimana untuk respondennya berjumlah 36. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan linear regression. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan dukungan empiris terhadap teori tindakan dan juga untuk memprediksi niat para akuntan dan manager bank Islam untuk menerapkan praktek pengungkapan kepatuhan shariah. Praktek pengungkapan kepatuhan shariah disarankan untuk diterapkan pada pelaporan keuangan sebagai tanggung jawab kepatuhan bank Islam. This study aims to assess the intentions of accountants and managers of Islamic banks to apply the disclosure practices of syari’ah compliance as accountability for adherence to the principles of syari’ah Islamic banks in the perspective of the theory of reasoned action. The study population include accountants and managers of Islamic bank branches in the city of Semarang in which there are 36 respondents. Linear regression was implemented for analyzing the data to test the hypothesis used. The results of this study provide empirical support for the theory of reasoned action. Then, it can also be used to predict the intentions of accountants and managers of Islamic banks to apply the disclosure practices of syari’ah compliance. Syari’ah compliance disclosure practices is suggested to be applied in financial report as a compliance responsibility of Islamic banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha menyediakan peta keuntungan, kerugian, tantangan dan kesempatan yang berkaitan dengan kinerja inspektorat (Supervisory Board). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya, Inspectorat (Supervisory Board) bisa menerapkan 4 strategi yang tesedia pada matriks SWOT. Inspektorat (Supervisory Board) sebaiknya bisa mengatur kekuatan dan meminimalkan kelemahan yang dimiliki, memanfaatkan kesempatan yang berhubungan de-ngan tantangan dalam bentuk sumber daya manusia, anggaran, teknologi informasi dan struktur organisasi yang tepat. This study attempts to provide mapping of the advantages, disadvantages, challenges, and opportunities associated with the performance of the Inspectorate (Supervisory Board). The results indicate that for improving the performance, the Inspectorate (Supervisory Board) of Central Java Province can apply one of the four strategies that are available on TOWS matrix above. The four strategies that can be selected are SO Strategy (Strengths-Opportunities), WO Strategy (Weakness-Opportunities), ST Strategy (Strengths-Threats), and WT Strategy (Weakness-Threats). It is suggested that for improving its performance, the Inspectorate (Supervisory Board) should be able to maintain power and minimize the weaknesses possessed; exploit opportunities and deal with the existing challenges in the form of HR, Budget, Information Technology, and proper Organizational Structure.
ANALISA PENGARUH BETA, SIZE PERUSAHAAN, DER DAN PBV RATIO TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan beberapa variabel yang menjadi pemrediksi stock return. Variabel tersebut adalah Beta, Company Size, DER ratio and PBV ratio. Berdasarkan analisis regresi, beta mempunyai dampak yang positif terhadap stock return tetapi tidak signifikan, besar kecilnya perusahaan dan rasio PBV mempunyai dampak positif dan signifikan, sedangkan rasio DER mempunyai dampak negative dan signifikan terhadap stock return. Dampak variabel-variabel pada stock return pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Main Board Index (MBX) lebih tinggi daripada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Development Board Index (DBX). The research has a purpose for showing some factors that become the predictor for the stock return. They are Beta, Company Size, DER ratio and PBV ratio. From the reggresion analysis, the results say that beta have a positive effect to the stock return, but it is not significant; the company size and PBV ratio have a positive and significant effect to the stock return; while the DER ratio have a negative and significant effect to the stock return. The variables effect on stock return in companies that listed in Main Board Index (MBX) is higher than in companies listed in Development Board Index (DBX).
