Abstract

The Japanese Aesthetics concept is a blend of traditions, beliefs, and nature. This research was conducting by studying literature and the collected was analyzed by using interpretation method.The result of the study that the starting point of the Japanese Aesthetics is nature. Japanese believe that daily natural phenomenon such as sun, moon, mountain, water fail, and trees is believed to have or souls "kami". The nature is not only the place where masters strengthen receive the spirit and the meaning of life. The existing religion belief of Japanese (Shinto and Budha) provide the drive for their followers to be closer to the nature. According to the Shinto belief, the nature is full of the souls of human predecessors that there are an obligation to conservate the nature and to keep it in a harmony. It is proven by Japanese deep loving emotion and understanding of seasonal changes.Budhist beliefs spreads out in Japan with special characteristic wllkwon as Budhist Zen. Budhist Zen results in Japanese customs and traditions such as the ceremony of tea drinking considered to be sacred just in the sam cultural position as another religious rituals. The influence of the Budhist Zen in military area enables the new cultural group called Samurai to emerg in the spirit Bushido. The Samurai group is symbolized with Sakura flowers (the most beautiful flowers in Japan) willing to early die in the devotion for their king.The Japanese artistic works are naturalistic (resembling nature). Thus, Japanese always want to be close to nature and to live in a harmony with the nature.

Abstract

The study was carried out with the reasons that most of the empirical studies on women, including the Javanese women, paid very little attention or, let's say completely ignored the philosophical view that plays behind the fate of women. Through many historical studies it has proved that Javanese philosophy does really exist. The Javanese philosophy even contains some clear guidance on how a Javanese women should select a number of hopeful female models which can be presented openly, and which are futher related with the view of existence unit which is mystical religious in nature. In this sense a Javanese women however high her status may be should always be aware of her proper place in the family, so that, however highly educated she man be, she should always be able not disgrace the status of her husband and her family. Besides, as potrayed in the two figures. Dewi Sumbadra and Srikandi, a Javanese women does not place herself in a too subordinate position

Abstract

In his life, a human has got the process of change for being himself if better than those before hand. A human is enhistorying creature and making history. Hence, in his life will satisfied, if his activity consist of a believable truthful value. The value as the quality of life, encourages, directs his activity, so the overhelms to make himself as a person of value in his life. The probelm in that though there are many studies having been done about the value of humanity, in the other hand, they are still too many of them influenced by system of the West Philosophy. In case of digging Indonesia philosophy (especially Javanese one), there is still a gap in understanding about value of humanity.The term of kind himself, introduces to the following probelm that human have not fully understood themselves. Human do their life in a process of 'becoming', while they themselves include in the process of change. Where the process going to go? Whom human interact in the process of change. Where process going? What values will be reached in this process?In this Javanese cultural treasure, philosophy is not only meant just a knowledge about life skillfulness, but an effort to reach the complete life happiness. Thus, the value of humanity according to Javanese philosophy, is the attitude and activity to always being interrelationship in the balanced position; so it makes the tendency in life to anticipate the future time with a set of values and norms, in order it become better than beforehand.Based on the exiting data is, held a methodical reflection for attaining the synthesis in new understanding about the major thoh about special Javanese humanity values. This activity is afforded as pure as possible, so it can be attained the substance and dynamic; as the more concrete desciption intact and originla. Where as the crystallization in the form of sturggle to make thmenselves better life a natural (human) struggle, in the ambition to got into the Super Power being, as the ideal human image. This understanding will give some positive thought, for developing complate Indonesia people and qualified increasing human resource. The concept of human value in Javanese philosophy, having harmonious unique multiple dimension, as an intact and comprehensive intergrated unity

Abstract

The human rights are the fundamental, real universal basic rights possesed and adhered in every humankind. With his human rights, everybody can define and actualize the contens of his soul, doing his activities freely-in the limits of the fittingness and not distrubing other's human rights.Since the existence of human being the human rights are interesting issues for most of the people, because they are very essential. The United Nations Organization and the most countries in the world have acknolwedge, prevented, and implemented the human rights. Nevertheless, there are still many deviations, viotation, and acts of despising in the practice of the human rights, so that many people in the world including Indonesia are concerned with them.In Indonesia the human rights placed in the honoured place, having acknowledge and prevented. They are always encouraged to the implemented as best in the custom law and any other laws since empire, colonial, and pastcolonial eras. Yet, in their practice, they still facing many probelms.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate Husserl's phenomenology in order to be used as a foundation in developing philosophy. Husserl develops phenomenology as a philosophical method in order to find an evidence truth. Husserl's phenomenology is very important to develop philosophy as a scientific analysis.This research is the literature study on Husserl's phenomenology. The primary source are the books of Husserl. Some element of philosophical analysis that are interpretation, comparative, and hermenutic were used in analysing the data collected.The result of the research shows that phenomenology do not emphasize inductive apporch but used on intuitive insight. Phenomenology based on a phenomenon but on intensionality. The main function of intentionality is to reveral a covered of reality by the way objectivation, identification, and to systematize all of the nature or the essence of the object. The methodogical steps are phenomenological reduction, eidetic reduction, and transendental reduction. The enquiry steps are the enquiry of the particular phenomenon, the universal phenomenon, the nature of phenomenon, the existence, the insight of consciousness, to put off the existence of phenomenon, and to interpret the meaning of those phenomenon. The enquiry steps of phenomenology can be used to decide a criterion of the truth. The truth is not be based on the empirical verification and rationality only, but on comformity with intuitive insight as well.

Abstract

This research is on Maduranese the concept of Bapa 'Babu' guru rato as a realization of second princple of Pancasila. That concept means the good relationship between some one to his parents, teachers, and goverment. As a part of value system, it also influenced by the concrete conducts because of its imperative characteristic.The main probelm laid down in how the realization of that value to day is. The researcher compared between the ideal values Bapa "Babu" guru rato its concrete forms in daily activity.The research was conducted by studying literature and data collected from primary and secondary source, which have been published or not. Interpretation, induction-deduction, comparation, and description method were in the analysis of the data. Conclusion is made based on logical thinking.The result of this work is that Maduranese has wltanschauung, way of life, which derrived from both individual and social aspects. Social aspects are not, only better and bigger than individualistic one but also there is collaboration with self-honor, principles of democracy, respecting to any others aforementioned. There are concretization and realization of second princple of Pancasila that is meant.

Abstract

This study focus on the concept of material world according to Muhammad Iqbal, which can strengther the faith of Allah.This research was conducted by studying literature through interpretation method and logical thinking.The result of the research shows that the material world is not a final and static product. The material world is the reality in the progressive movement which is always flowing and changing. It is an action, a flowing from chaos to cosmos, a life and consciousness as an impact of evolution process, which is unlimited. In this perspective, the material world factually is a self, like the self of man.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and provide any more comprehensive understanding of the Industrial Relationship in Pancasila Perspective. This is important since it has a strategical dimension in the life of nation and it will supply some contributions of judgement for the attempt of labor condition, improvement in Indonesia as a whole.This a library research and it completes the inquiries that have been done. The method adopted in analyzing the result of this study is hermeneutics with the following features: description, interpretation, holistic, heuristic, and reflection.The results of this research are shown as follows:1. The industrial relationship in the Pancasila Perspective is an antropocentric type, that is, man are placed in the center as subject and object.2. The industrial relationship in the Pancasila Perspective places "man as such" as a goal that ought to reach.3. "Man as such" in the Pancasila Perspective is: (a) an ideal type of man, the ideal human being is the subject as carrier and actor Pancasila, he will be able to self rehance and work at every condition to devolp his society, suks to a material and spiritual will being society; (b) The concrete man, that being and exist in everyday life, he bring many dimension: personal, relational, and structural; (c) The prosperous man in his life, in some aspect: religuously, cultural, and social.
