Abstract

ABSTRACT Shock is a serious condition that occurs when the cardiovascular system (heart and blood vessels) are not able to drain blood around the body in sufficient quantity. Shock is a clinical syndrome which has a characteristic form of hypotension, tachycardia, skin cold, pale and wet, hyperventilasi, changes in mental status and decreased urine formation. Shock is classified into several groups, namely: (1) cardiogenic shock (associated with heart defects), (2) hypovolaemic shock (due to decreased blood volume), (3) Shock anafilaktik (due to allergic reactions), (4) septic shock (associated with infection), (5) neurogenic shock (due to damage to the nervous system)Keywords: Shock

Abstract

ABSTRACT This reseach done as a mean to detect low impact aerobic exercise frequency difference toward body mass index change and level of sport injury risk in 25-40 year old women beginner member group in west Surabaya teritory. In this reseach used pretest and postest quasy experiment design by using three treatment group within during eight weeks. Based on data analysis test result uses pair T test and one way anova known that low impact aerobic exercise frequency difference influential  towards body mass index change and level of sport injury risk.Higher exercise frequency/week in parallel with heavy body depreciation average, where is  exercise 5X / week has highest sport injury risk. Abstract

Abstract In exercising his profession, coaches have many roles, such as teachers, trainers, drivers, enforcement, discipline, control, community relations officers, planners, fund-raiser, giving advice, and counseling, friends, scientists, and as a student. Coaching style is applied to coach in the coaching process can be categorized into: authoritarian coaches, trainers such as businessmen, nice coach, trainer excited / loud, and coaches are expected to santai.Pelatih ideally behave as follows: (1) instill qualities of character and ideas was done, (2) proper dress in accordance with sessions that were done, (3) have a responsibility to maintain discipline, (4) has the attitude of self-confidence, assertive (assertive), consistent, friendly, honest, and competent, (5) provide initial treatment to the injury suffered by athletes, (6) organize training well, not only on a single practice, but also on programs weekly, monthly, and yearly, and (7) gives the exact reasons for the various things done. In order for coaching to run effective, coaches should have some basic skills include: knowledge, organizing, observing, and analyzing.Keywords: Coach, Sports
