Abstract

The research was conducted with the objective of verifying the influence of Work Family Conflict consists of work to family conflict and family to work conflict and with job stress to analyze performance of dual role women in the foundation Compassion East Indonesia. The population in this study was all married  women who work in the organization of Compassion Indonesia until December 2014, the number of employees 68 with a sample of 30 people. Data analysis using path analysis. The results of the t test for Work-Family Conflict (X1) on the performance of Women Serving Dual (Y) shows the value of 0491 means that sig sig value is greater than the probability value of 0.05 (0.491> 0.05), the conclusion that can be drawn is H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The results of the t test for family-work conflict showed sig 0.003 and t indicates the value of 3.112, meaning that the value of sig is smaller than theprobability value of 0.05 (0.003 <0.05), the conclusion that can be drawn is H2 H2 is rejected and accepted. The results of the t test for job stress (X3) on the performance (Y) showed sig 0.000 and t indicates the value of 6.192, meaning that the value of sig is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the conclusion that can be drawn is H3, H3 is rejected and accepted.Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Job Stress and Performance Female Employees

Abstract

This study uses associative research. A data analysis technique was using multiple linear regressions. Results showed  simultaneously or jointly variable Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Brand Loyalty have an influence on product purchasing decisions Motorcycles Yamaha Mio - J. In partial, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Brand Loyalty significantly influence the buying  decision Products Motorcycles Yamaha Mio - J and Brand  Awareness variable most dominant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand Equity as a whole is strong but given the competition with other products which are so tight as new and old players who continue to innovative and dynamic then the company should be more aggressively and continuously improve the services and continue to strengthen the brand image by implementing marketing promotion to increase consumer brand awareness.Keywords: equity, awareness, association, brand

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the risk of Company Shares LQ 45 and Non LQ 45 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2013.. The analysis was conducted on 39 companies LQ 45 and 39 Company Non LQ 45 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange using the data period from February to July 2013, and Agustus  2013-January 2014. This study uses a variable risk (variance) as the dependent variable. Mechanical analysis using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). The results show that there is no  significant difference between Risk Stocks LQ 45 and Non LQ 45. This is attested by the significance value of 0.233 is greater than 0.05. And for the results obtained both by Sub Sector gained 3 Sub Sector Companies that have significant differences between Risk Stocks LQ 45 and Non LQ 45. This is attested by the significance value less than 0.05. Such third sub-sector, namely Sub Sector Food and Beverage with sig 0,001. Sub Sector Toll road, Airports, Harbor and Allied with sig 0,004. And Sub-Sector Energy with sig 0,045.Keywords: Index LQ 45, risk, variance

Abstract

The purpose of this researh is to find the relationship between Career's Path, Employee's Motivation, Team Building and Leadership towards Employee's Performance in PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo. Sample choosen for this research is 65 employees in Kantor Wilayah Suluttenggo. Sample was  generated using stratified random sampling because thepopulation consists of several job's position, grade and education background. Collected data result then processed with multiple regression analysis method using SPSS. The result ofthis study shows that Employee's Motivation and Team Building have a positif significant influence toward Employee's Performance. The multiple regression analysis generate theequation as such : Y=2,636 – 0,058 X1 + 0,667 X2 + 0,278 X3 – 0,135 X. Independent variable has a contribution of 59% towards Employee Performance variable, whereas 41% is influenced by variables other than those that being studied.Keywords : Career Path, Motivation, Team Building, Leadership, Performance.

Abstract

The results of the study with one way ANOVA analysis showed: there is no significant difference between the financial performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. PT. BRI(Persero) Tbk. PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero) Tbk. and PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk. (Hypothesis 1). Similarly, analysis of different test independent samples between each Bank found that there were no significant differences between the financial performance: PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. and PT. Abstract

The result of this research indicates that although the leader and staff in regency understand the meaning of using performance based budgeting, but start from planning that is formula ofstrategic plan, the planning of program and activity ,  implementation, the report and accountability until the work evaluation, is not fully conducted yet according to the law andtheory of performance based budgeting. The face hindrance are : human resources factor, the lack of information and data (financial as well as non financial), the scale of prioritywhich are not formulated clearly, the measurement of unsame performance, the unclear work indicator, the limit of fund and the lack of commitment, there is still political influence,accounting system and information system based on technology (IT).Keywords : Descriptive, performance based budgeting, hindrance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of quality of prduct, advertising and promotion on brand awareness of Prudential Life Assurance. The data collected using questionnaire that was created based on specified indicators. The population in this study are the consumers Prudential Life Assurance. The total sample used are 100 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result of the partial analysis showed that quality of product and promotion has no positive influence on brand awareness. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in the Customer Taplus Bank BNI Manado. Population in this study is the customer Taplus totaling 1157 people . The number of samples 270 people with accidental sampling technique . Method of data collection is done by using a questionnaire survey , and data analysis using path analysis . The results showed that the variable quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction partially variable . Brand image variables not significant effect on customer satisfaction partially variable while customer satisfaction variables significantly influence the loyalty variable customer.Keywords : Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty
