In organising the deregulation principle of the organization of regional government the national government gives an authority for the regional government to organize its own region. Therefore, the regional government has to raise regional tax to fund its region expenditures.

Abstract

We must reconsider the statement that the fundamental of Indonesian Economy is strong, at least since currency crisiss occured. Theoretically, the crisis would not be occured if fundamental of Indonesian Economy is strong. Apparately, the crisis has reacted the cripting level and far from being over. Is there anything wrong in economic policy, so we can not solve the problem?

Abstract

The financial crisis occurred in many of Asian countries was a shocking phenomena. These countries which known had a miracle economic performance were likely ^gille atached by financial crisis tremendously. This paper focus on the cause, implication and prospect of the crisis to Indonesia economic. Despite the crisis caused by a combination of multi-factors, both of external and internal, it has been an evidence of inconsistency between foreign exchange and fiscal- monetary policy. The crisis has been a real test of their economic fundamental. Apparently, this crisis will has caused serious problem to their economic, both in short term and long term. Hence, the exfefence of a comprehensive, essential and consistent policy is needed urgently. Today is right momentum to improve Indonesian economic seriously.

Abstract

There is correlation between depreciation of rupiah-debt foreign and load debt foreign on APBN. They can be analyzed with monetary approach. Monetary management isbeing tested, how it can manage the declining of monetary condition. We hope that our economy mil be fine fyrmulated. In this context debt analysis can becontinued by combining many approaches.
