Abstract

Given out a same software development to different contractors will produce a certain different software result. This principle can be used by project manager in selecting software contractors. Therefore, a strategy in choosing the best candidate is needed. To support this activity, CMMI for Dev can be used as guidance or reference for its reader, especially for project managers and their teams about how to assess quality and productivity of activity process in a software company. This knowledge can be applied in selecting the candidate in order to work together for developing the required software. Also, the process area of CMMI for Dev promotes strategy in selecting the candidate thatwill develop the software in an agreement. However, due to the limitation the writer have, not all aspect can be discover and worth for further research in the future. Kata kunci : Kontraktor perangkat lunak, strategi-strategi, Capability Maturity ModelIntegration for Development (CMMI for Dev), Process Area (PA).

Abstract

Tiga sasaran utama dari upaya penerapan SI/TI dalam suatu organisasi. Pertama, memperbaiki efisiensi kerja dengan melakukan otomasi berbagai proses yang mengelolainformasi. Kedua, meningkatkan keefektifan manajemen dengan memuaskan kebutuhan informasi guna pengambilan keputusan. Ketiga, memperbaiki daya saing atau meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi dengan merubah gaya dan cara berbisnis (Ward and Peppard, 2002). Ketiga sasaran tersebut dapat tercapai secara optimal apabilaadanya jaminan keselarasan antara strategi SI/TI dengan strategis bisnis organisasi, dimana nantinya strategis bisnis akan memberikan arahan terhadap tercapainya suatugoal organisasi, dan strategi SI/TI akan memberikan dukungan terhadap pencapaian goal organisasi melalui penyiapan infrastruktur TI yang sesuai dengan strategi bisnisorganisasi. Untuk menentukan strategi SI/TI yang dapat mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi organisasi, maka perlu pemahaman tentang strategi bisnis organisasi melaluiperencanaan strategis SI/TI, yang akan dijelaskan melalui tahapan perencanaan strategis SI/TI berdasarkan metodologi Ward and Peppard. Abstract

IT maturity is decided by making the IT goal compatible with and the general purpose of the organization and explaining its role. IT maturity level can be classified in 3 level; Systems to automate process (DP), Systems to aid decision making (MIS), Strategic systems (SIS). The maturity is affected by many variables which some of the variables are included in four main categories; contextual aspects and strategy, IT department, Computer System, and the character of basic application. IT maturity in organization has big impact in the alignment process between IT and organization business purpose. This impact can be measured its effect on criteria that becomes the business alignment parameter and IT. Criteria are mapped to see theconnection between IT maturity and business -IT alignment process. This is presented in form of table showing the connection between the factors that affect the alignment process and IT maturity Kata kunci : kematangan TI, proses penyelarasan bisnis-TI.

Abstract

Data mining is currently being used by organizations or companies to dig up information from the data that the data has been collected in a time long enough and in large numbers.To process a large amount of data in need of a strategy that can make processing data in an effective and efficient. Query optimization is a strategy or the way that can be used inthe initialization and data processing in order to get the results of queries that is effective and efficient. Query optimization approach to rule-based and cost-based that can generate the required information quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan informasi yang baik serta untuk menunjang proses pengambilan keputusan yang berdayaguna dan berhasilguna di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah baik di tingkat Propinsi maupun Kabupaten/Kota, maka perlu dibangun dan dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Satu Atap guna mendukung kebutuhan informasi bagi penyelenggara fungsi utama dan penunjang bagi Pemerintah Daerah secara baik di semua jajaran sesuai dengan strata informasi yang ditentukan. Secara khusus sistem ini akan menunjang kegiatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan surat izin untuk usaha, izin mendirikan bangunan, perternakan, dll. Pelayanan tersebut harus dapat diberikan secara optimal dan secara berkala harus diadakan pengembangan terhapap unit pelayanan yang ada yang didukung oleh sistem informasi yang memadai. Untuk itulah pemerintah Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir melakukan pengembangan terhadap Sistem Informasi Manajemen Satu Atap yang ada agar dapat mendukung pelayanan yang lebih optimal kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Manajemen Satu Atap
