Abstract

This study aimstoexamineandanalyzethe influence oforganizational climateandempowermenton thejob satisfaction through career plateau.Analysistoolused ismultiple regression, as fortesting the hypothesisusinga t test. Data collectionthroughquestionnairestomeasureusingLikertscaleof 7 (seven) alternativeanswers. Object of researchis employees at Sekretariat Daerah in Pati regency. Number of samplesin this study were111respondents. Samplingtechniqueusing thepurposive sampling. The results showed that(1)Organizational climatehave a negative and significant impact oncareer plateau, (2)Empowermenthave a negative and significantimpact oncareer plateau, (3)Organizational climatehave a positive and significant impact onjob satisfaction, (4)Empowerment have a positive and significantimpact onjob satisfaction, (5 ) Career plateauhave not effecton job satisfaction, (9)career plateau does not mediatetheeffect oforganizational climate on job satisfaction (10)career plateau does notmediate theeffect ofempowermenton job satisfaction. Abstract

Target of this research to test compensation influence and organizational climate to satisfaction of job, compensation influence, organizational climate and satisfaction work to officer performance, compensation influence and organizational climate to officer performance with satisfaction work as intervening variable. this research population is civil public servant (PNS) Bureau of Setda Provinsi Central Java counted 126 people while this research sampel is entire/all population, so that used by sampling technique is census. Technique analyse data done by using doubled linear regression. By using descriptive analysis method, instrument test that is validity test and reliabilitas and also test hypothesis. From done by analyst is this research conclude that proven compensation have an effect on positive to satisfaction of job. Organizational climate have an effect on positive to satisfaction of job. Compensation have an effect on positive to officer performance. Organizational climate have an effect on positive to officer performance. Satisfaction of Job have an effect on positive to officer performance. Satisfaction of Job do not compensation influence moderation and organizational climate to officer performance. Abstract

This research’s purpose is to find and examine the effect of professional competency and work motivation towards teacher’s performance in mediation of work’s satisfaction which is taken from MA teacher in Margoyoso sub district, in Pati regency, as the object. This research is an explanatory research, which is aiming for explaining relevant variables with phenomena that being observed, this research also called population study or census study. Population that being used in this research is 143 teachers. Data testing in this research consists of validity test with factor analysis and reliability test with alpha cronbach formula. Before analyzing the data, the requirements examination is needed through classic assumption test, such as: normality test, multi co-linear test,  heterosketastisitas test , and double linear regression test to find whether the dependent and independent variable are influencing each others or not, determination coefficient to find how many effects of dependent variable towards independent variable, t-test to find the model’s expediency, hypothesis test to find whether the hypothesis is acceptable or not, and also mediation regression test. The research’s result shows that the professional competency has positive effect and significant towards work satisfaction. Work motivation variable has positive effect and significant towards work satisfaction. Professional competency doesn’t have positive effect and insignificant towards teacher’s performance. Work satisfaction mediating the effect between professional competency towards teacher’s performance, and work satisfaction mediating the effect between work motivation towards teacher’s performance. Abstract

The achieving aim of this research is to analize the influence of accountancy system and intern controlling toward district finances management in central java goverment. To analize the influence of accountancy sistem comprehension, intern controlling and district finances management toward district finances estimate absorbtion in central java goverment. Population in this research is 124 of employees or finances staffs at 50 SKPD in central java goverment. The sampling technic in this research is using purpose sampling. Therefor obtained 118 sampling of employees or finances staffs. Data collecting methodeis using questioner and data analising is using linier regresionanalising. Based on the data analize, the conclusion can be got is partially (individually) accountancy system comprehension gives positive influence and significant toward district finances management. Partially (individually) intern controlling givespositive influences and significant toward the district finances management. Partially (individually) accountancy system comprehension gives positive influence and significant toward estimate absorbtion. Partially (individually) intern controlling gives positive influence and significant toward estimatreabsorbtion. Partially (individually) district finances management gives positive influence and significant toward estimate absorbtion. District finances management does not intervening accountancy system comprehension toward estimate absorbtion. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life and servant leadership on Performance which Mediatied by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in District Office Juwana of Pati regency. The research data was obtained from the questionnaire (primary) on the Quality of Work Life as X1, servant leadership asX2, OCB as Y1 and Performance as Y2 and through census in this research amount to 83 people. The technique of testing data used in this study include the validity and reliability, multiple regression analysis and t test to prove the hypothesis of the research, as well as mediation test. The results showed; there is positive and significant impact the quality of working life on OCB (0,000), there is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership on OCB (0,000), there is a positive and significant influence quality of work life on the performance of employees (0,004), there is a positive and significant influence servant leadership on employees performance (0,021), OCB has positive and significant impact on employees performance (0,000), OCB mediated effect of the quality of work life on employee performance (indirect effect> direct effect (0.248> 0.232)), OCB mediated effect of servant leadership to employee performance (indirect effect> direct effect (268> 0.189)). District Head Juwana of Pati regency provide exemplary leadership should serve well, creating a satisfying work life quality, and increase OCB good for improving the quality and performance of employees Keywords: Quality of Work Life, servant leadership, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline Against Teacher Performance Moderated Principal Leadership Styles On Secondary Schools Teachers in District Trunk. In this study population of all teachers in the district of Pati junior civil servants, while the sample used as many as 149 respondents with a sampling technique. With the criteria of the respondents are civil servants Teachers in Secondary Schools Kecematan Pati, Pati. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instrument used is the validation and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) the principals leadership style has no effect on teacher performance, (iv) Style Principal leadership has no effect on work motivation against performance Teachers, (v) the principals leadership style had no effect on performance erhadap Work Discipline Master. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether or not there is a relationship between the perception of price, product quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty in the Distributor Centrarium Semarang. The population was taken to this research is the customer agents and retailers centrarium that add up to 80 people. Samples were taken using the methods of descriptive research is the questionnaire. The data collected is processed further using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of the software SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results of the analysis showed. 1. The perception of a positive and influential prices significantly to customer satisfaction. 2. Product quality and insignificant negative effect towards customer satisfaction. 3. Product quality and insignificant negative effect towards customer satisfaction. 4. positive effect customer satisfaction and significantly to customer loyalty. 5. positive effect customer satisfaction and significantly to customer loyalty. .Keywords: Perception of price, product quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of personality on Job Satisfaction, influence Quality Work Life (QWL) on job satisfaction, the influence of personality on employee performance, the effect of Quality Work Life (QWL) to employee performance, the influence of personality on performance with the mediation of job satisfaction, and influence Quality Work Life (QWL) on the performance of the mediation and job satisfaction of employees in Pati District Health Office. The population in this study of employees at the District Health Office Pati were 106 people. The sampling technique in this study using census that took the entire population for the research sample. Data collected by questionnaire to be filled by the respondent. Analysis of the data by regression analysis and mediation. The results showed that personality significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Quality Work Life (QWL) significant positive effect on job satisfaction, personality significant positive effect on performance. Quality Work Life (QWL) significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of personality on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Quality Work Life (QWL) on performance.Keywords: Personality, Quality Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and performance

Abstract

Target of this research to know psychology capital influence, OCB and motivation to BPJS Labour Kanwil Jateng officer performance and DIY. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research take title “Pengaruh Modal Psikologi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan  Mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) (Study pada Pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Jateng dan DIY, Semarang I, Semarang II dan Ungaran)”. In this research take population entire officer in Environment BPJS Labour Kanwil Jateng and DIY, Ungaran, Semarang I and Semarang II amounting to 114 people. Intake of sample with sampling census technique representing method intake of sampel by taking all existing population. As for sample which is taken in this research equal to 114 responder. Data analysis use doubled linear regression. Pursuant to result of research which have been done by hence can know by psychology capital by parsial have an effect on positive and significant to OCB. Motivation by parsial  have an effect on positive and significant to OCB. Capital Psychology by parsial  have an effect on positive and significant to officer performance. Motivation by parsial have an effect on positive and significant to officer performance. OCB by parsial have an effect on positive and significant to officer performance Equal to 72% officer performance can be explained by psychology capital, OCB and motivation. While the rest 28% explained by other causes outside psychology capital variable, OCB and motivation. OCB do not psychology capital memediasi and motivation to officer performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the effect of school climate and leadership to work motivation influence on the performance of teachers in private vocational high schools at District Dukuhseti of Pati Regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers in the private vocational high schools at District Dukuhseti of Pati Regency totaling 90 persons used as a sample. Mechanical testing data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, the multiple regression analysis, and tests of significance, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testing mediation. The results showed that; 1) School climate has positive and significant effect on work motivation of teachers (0,000), 2) the school leadership has positive and significant effect on work motivation of teachers (0,000), 3) school climate has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (0.001), 4) school leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (0.023), 5) Motivation has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers (0,000), 6) Work motivation not mediates the effect of school climate on the performance of teachers in private vocational high schools at District Dukuhseti of Pati Regency, 7) Work motivation mediates the effect of school leadership on teacher performance in a private vocational high schools at District Dukuhseti of Pati Regency.
