Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether job satisfaction had mediating effect of competencies and compensation on teacher performance in Yayasan Pendidikan dan Kesejahteraan Sosial Maslakul Huda Sluke. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who have civil servants who work in Yayasan Pendidikan dan Kesejahteraan Sosial Maslakul Huda Sluke, amounting to 82 people serve as respondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and significance t test to prove the hypothesis of the research and path analysis. The results showed that; competence and compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; competence, compensation and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teachers performance; job satisfaction able to mediated the influence of competence and compensation on teachers performance in Yayasan Pendidikan dan Kesejahteraan Sosial Maslakul Huda Sluke. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja, Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja, Pengaruh Pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai moderasi, Pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai moderasi serta pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pada Pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pati yang berjumalah 106 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel  menggunakan Total Sampling. Teknik statistik yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dengan componen matrik, uji reliabilitas dengan Alfa cronbach, analisis regresi berganda,uji t dan uji r2 dengan adjusted r square. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Pemberdayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (sig=0,540), kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja (Sig =0,000), Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja (sig =0,000), Lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of competencyand job characteristic on job satisfaction mediated by the work motivationat Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati. This research was conducted with a sensus method and implemented in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. From the analysis and discussion show that competency does not influence on work motivation, significantly positive effect of job characteristic on work motivation, competency does not influence on job satisfaction, job characteristic significantly positive effect on job satisfaction and work motivation significantly positive effect on job satisfaction. Strong influence of copmpetency is mediated by work motivation to the job satisfaction compared directly influence toward the job satisfaction. Moreover of job characteristic has strong influence mediated by work motivation to the job satisfaction compared directly influence toward the job satisfaction. Abstract

This research is a study that tested the effect of job satisfaction and serve leadership to organizational citizenship and its impact on organizational commitment in the Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Semarang. This research has been tested on the respondents who work in the Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Semarang as an employee, using SPSS Statistics Test. This study describes the results of job satisfaction and leadership serve effect on organizational citizenship, servant leadership, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship affect the organization commitment. Organizatioanl citizenship  behavior can not mediate job satisfaction and serve leadership to organizational commitment as the coefficient of mediation is smaller than the direct effect of both on job satisfaction and serve leadership to organizational commitment. Abstract

The objectives of this research is to know  the impact of the Selling Value of Tax Object and the change of Tax Object to the Domestic Product of Regional Bruto in Central Java Province. Then this research also to know the  impact of the Selling Value of Tax Object, the change of Tax Object  and Domestic Product of Regional Bruto to the acceptance of Land and Building Tax in Central Java Province. This research take data from  35 District/City on the period 2009-2013. Then the data analyzed by panel data regression technique. This research found that the Selling Value of Tax Object  has a significant positive effect  to the Domestic Product of Regional Bruto and the Change of Tax Object has significant positive effect on Domestic Product of Regional Bruto. the Selling Value of Tax Object, Change of Tax Object and   Domestic Product of Regional Bruto partially have a significant  positive effect to the acceptance of Land and Building Tax. But Domestic Product of Regional Bruto  is not the intervening variable on the relationship between Change of Tax Object and the acceptance of Land and Building Tax. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of employee engangement and work environment to organizational citizenship behavior with the mediation organizational commitment to agricultural extension in distric of Demak. The technique of testing data used in this study include validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, model test, t test and mediation to test and prove the research hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion shows that employee engangement positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Work environment does not affect the organizational commitment. Employee engangement positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Work environment positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Engangement employee influence and the work environment against stronger organizational citizenship behavior directly than through the mediation of organizational commitment

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Influence of Leader Member Exchange And Empowerment Against Mediated Performance Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In this study, the population of all employees in the health center employees of the District Health Office Tulis, Kandeman, Inpatient Bandar I and Subah. Medium samples were collected based kuseioner many as 131 people who entered as a respondent to the census method. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Leader Member Exchange is not positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (ii) Empowerment positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (iii) Leader Member Exchange is not positive and significant impact on Performance employee, (Iv) Empowerment positive and significant impact on employee performance, (v) Organizational Citizenship Behavior positive and significant impact on employee performance, (vi) Organizational Citizenship Behavior not mediates the influence of Leader Member Exchange on employee performance, (vii) Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediating influence Empowerment on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influenc of Professional Competence and Emotional Intelligence of Teacher Performance moderated Academic Supervision of Principal population heads in this research is all public secondary school teacher PNS distric of Taman. Abstract

Suggestions can be submitted is still the number of employees by inaccuracies in attendance, it is necessary to do coaching-coaching constructive work ethic so that the employees performance will be better.
