Abstract

This study aims at investigating of the relational dimension of social capital .and Cognitive Dimensions of Social Capital on Performance, Transformational leaderships moderated at SMK Negeri in Pati Regency. The specific aim is to investigate “How isThe influence of Transformational leaderships can moderate the relational dimension of social capital and the cognitive dimensions of social capital to the teacher’s performance”. This study used a sample of teachers at SMK Negeri in Pati Regency, as many as 121 teachers . The sample was taken using randem sampling technique by proportional method 50 percent of the population. The analysis technique uses partial regression. The results of this study show that : (1) the relational dimension of social capital positive and significant to the teachers performance , (2) the cognitive dimensions of social capital positive and significant to the teacher performance , (3) transformational leadership and significant positive effect on teacher performance , (4) transformational leadership weaken the relationship between relational dimension of social capital to the teachers performance ,(5) transformational Leadership weakens the relationship between the cognitive dimension of social capital to the teachers performance. Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of Self Efficacy and Work Discipline to Teacher Performance with Mediation Organizational Commitment. Population is used as the object of the teachers in SMK Pati totaling 221 people. Sampling was purposive sampling methods that sample selected according to criteria that are determined to be the respondent. From the results of purposive sampling can be seen that the number of samples in this study were 203 respondents. The results prove that the model's ability to correctly describe the effect of variable Self Efficacy and Organizational Commitment to Work Discipline is 54.4%. While others described by 45.6% to a variable outside the regression model. Self Efficacy and Effects, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment to Teacher Performance by 69.5%. While the other 30.5% is explained beyond this regression model. Self Efficacy with Mediation Organizational Commitment does not have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMK Pati. Mediation test results note that the value is greater than the direct effect of the indirect effect.Discipline Working with Organizational Commitment mediation proved to have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMK Pati. The test results prove the direct influence of greater value than the value of the indirect effect.Keywords: Teacher Self-Efficacy, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of organizational commitment mediates labor discipline and competence on teacher performance at SMK Negeri in Pati regency The population in this study is the civil servant at SMK Negeri in Pati regency. By using the proportional heyer method obtained 132 respondents. The results of this study is the (1) job variable discipline positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, Job Discipline means higher than a teacher it will increase its commitment to the school. (2) Teacher Competency positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, means the better the competence of a teacher, the higher their organizational commitment. (3) Work Discipline has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, the higher the work discipline of a teacher it will be the higher their performance. (4) Teacher Competency positive and significant impact on teacher performance, meaning that the higher the performance, the higher competence posed. (5) organizational commitment was not significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that the higher the organizational commitment of teachers at SMK Negeri in Pati regency, had no effect on their performance, it is seen that the level of commitment organizational significance is 0.691> 0.05. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of work discipline, teacher competence, principal supervision on teacher performance (Study in junior high school teachers in sub rayon 05 kota Semarang). Specific objectives of this study to examine whether the moderating influence of the principal supervision of work discipline, and teachers competence on teacher performance.This study used a sample of junior high school teachers in sub rayon 05 kota Semarang as many as 175 teachers. This study uses a single period in 2013. Sampling technique in this study was a census technique, meaning that all of the population is made the object with the method of data collection using primary data is data obtained from respondents' answers to the questions posed in the questionnaire related to teacher discipline, teacher competence, principal supervision and teacher performance comes complete with the identity of the respondents. About 175 questionnaires distributed 161 were returned, and then analyzed using SPSS19.The results showed that: (1) Work Discipline and teacher competence have a significant and positive effect on teacher performance, (2) Principal Supervision did not moderate the influence of work discipline on teacher performance instead principal supervision moderated influence of teacher competence on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence teachers' ICT Competence, principal leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction on teacher performance in public junior high school Sub Rayon 05 Semarang. The population numbered 175 people, consisting of public junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 05 Semarang. There are 175 questionnaires were distributed but only 161 people who return the questionnaires. Methods of data collection using primary data is data obtained from the answers (responses) of respondents to a series of questions that have been posed in the questionnaire related to teachers' ICT Competence, principal leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and teacher performance complete with identities such responders name, age, class etc.. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 19 to test the respondents' descriptions, descriptions of variables, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, models and hypotheses. Results of data analysis showed that teachers' ICT Competence has no effect on job satisfaction but a positive significant effect on teacher performance, principal leadership significant positive effect on job satisfaction but had no effect on teacher performance, organizational culture significant positive effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance, job satisfaction significant positive effect on teacher performance and the mediating effect of principal leadership on teacher performance but does not mediate the influence of teachers' ICT competence and organizational culture on teacher performance. Abstract

Purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of teacher competence and school leadership on teacher performance withmediation work motivation in SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 05 Semarang, total population of 161 respondents using a 5 point likert scale questionnaire. The result showed (1) Teacher competence has positive and significant effect on work motivation (2) Principal leadership does not effect on work motivation (3) Teacher competency do not effect the teachers performance (4) Principal leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (5) Work motivation has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (6) The relationship of teacher competence directly effect the performance of the teacher so do not need the mediation of work motivation (7) Relationship principal leadership directly effects the teacher performance through the mediation of work motivation. Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on teacher performance mediate job satisfaction in SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 05 Kota Semarang, involving 175 teachers as respondents consisting of junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 05 in Kota Semarang. Methods of data collection using the primary data, as many as 175 questionnaires distributed to respondents, whereas 161 were returned. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 19. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on teacher performance, but job satisfaction did not mediate the work motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

Research objectives: 1) The effect of teacher competence on job satisfaction, 2) effect of teacher competence on teacher performance, 3) The effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, 4) The effect of work motivation on performance, 5) The effect of job satisfaction on performance, 6) Analyze satisfaction mediate the competence of teachers working on teacher performance, 7) Analyze job satisfaction mediates the motivation to work on the performance of teachers.The population in this study 161 teachers of SMP 05 Semarang Sub Rayon. and use the sample questionnaires and questionnaires. Methods of processing and analyzing data using descriptive and multiple linear regression with SPSS 20The results prove that 1) the competence of teachers and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with great influence 40.2%, 2) There is a significant effect between the competence of teachers on teacher performance by 65.6%, 3) There is a significant effect between work motivation on job satisfaction is at 38.8%, 4) There is a significant effect between work motivation on the performance of 41.9%, 5) There is a significant effect between job satisfaction on performance that is equal to 57.8%, 6) does not prove that mediating role of job satisfaction job motivation on teacher performance Keywords: Teacher Competence, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance, Mediation Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research is explanatory (explanatory research), the research aimed to clarify the causal relationship between the study variables and test hypotheses about the influence of teacher competence on Teacher Performance, Work Environment influence on teacher performance, the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance, the role of Work environment on the relationship of Teachers’ Competence and Performance, the role of the Principal Leadership on relationship of Teachers’ Competence and Teacher Performance in Madrasah Aliyah Private Sub Sayung Demak.Respondents in this study were all teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Private Sub Sayung Demak regency were 169 respondents from 8 Madrasah Aliyah. This study uses sampling with purposive sampling method, the sample taken based on the criteria that have been certified, a total of 55 respondents. To test the hypothesis, the empirical model of moderation quasi linear regression with the independent variables they are Teacher Competence, Work Environment, Principal Leadership, Relationship of Teacher Competence and Work Environment, Relationship of Principal Leadership and Teacher Competence and dependent variable is Teacher Performance.From the test results, the mean value of the regression variables and interactions for moderating variables obtained coefficient of determination (adjusted R square ) of 0.705, meaning that 70.5 % change in the dependent variable can be explained by the interaction of the independent variables. Results of data analysis showed that there were no significant effects between Teacher Competence and teachers’ Performance, there is a significant but negative influence between work Environmental with teachers Performance, there is a positive and significant effect between the Principal Leadership on Teacher performance, work environment and significantly weaken moderate relationship between teacher competence with teacher performance, and reinforce moderate the Principal Leadership of relationship between teacher competencies on teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of competence, Job Stress and organization culture on teacher performance, as well as the moderating role of organization culture in relation competencies and job stress on teacher performance.The population in this study is teachers at Vocational high school state (SMK) in sub rayon 01 SMK Kota Semarang, amounting to 248 people. Samples were analyzed is 131 respondents. Nonprobability sampling technique using for make sampling with convinience sampling techniques. Methods of data collection were performed using a questionnaire with a scale linkert in the range 1-7. The data is processed and analyzed primary data derived from responses to questionnaires by respondents. Testing the validity and reliability of the instrument through. Analysis of the data using linear regression.The results showed that competence does not affect the performance of teachers. Job stress is a significant negative effect on teacher performance. Organization culture does not affect the performance’s teacher. Organizational culture did not moderate the relationship with teacher performance competency, but moderate relationship with job stress weaken the role of teacher performance relationship.
