Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of professional competence and job motivation mediated by job satisfaction who took the object of Vocational High School Teachers in Margoyoso Districk, Pati Regency. This research is explanatory research that aims to explain the variables that are relevant to the observed phenomena, this study also referred to the population study, the population used in this study is 143 people. Mechanical testing data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, validity and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, before the data were analyzed research data on the test need to be tested is requiremens of the classical assumption.We use the three tests classical assumptionhere are normality test, multikolinieritas test, and heterosketastisitas test, multiple linear regression to know whether it effects or not between independent variables and dependent variables bound, the coefficient of determination is to find out how big is the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable, t test is to determine the feasibility of the model, hypothesis test is to answer whether the hypotesis is accepted or rejected. as well as regression testing mediation. The results show that professional competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job motivation variables have positive and significant impact for job satisfaction. Professional competence hasn’t a positive and not significant effect on teacher’s performance. Job Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance. Job satisfaction mediated the influence professional competence on teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study is an attempt to find out or to test the principle transformational leadership in moderating the effect of internal and discipline motivation toward the teacher’s performance  of  MAN 2 Pati work group. The sample was conducted by using proportional random sampling. The sample consisted of 229 people. The sum of the sample could be obtained by using Slovin formula n = N/ N.d2+1). This study used some technics in testing the data. It involved validationtest using factor analysis, reliability test byusing Alpha Cronbach.  This study used significance test and moderated regression analysis, coefficient of determination and significance test to prove the true of hypothesis and moderation test. The result of this study showed that the influence of internal motivation variable toward teacher’s performance, the influence of discipline variable toward teacher’s performance, the influence of principal transformational leadership toward teacher’s performance was,  principal transformational leadership variable strengthened in teacher’s performance and principal transformational leadership variable strengthened the influence of discipline toward the teacher’s performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Guru di Mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Peneliti ini dilakukan terhadap semua guru yang ada di SD Se-kecamatan Genuk – Semarang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 139 orang responden. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian explanatory research. Pengolahan analisis data menggunakan metode regresi. Model peneliti menunjukkan pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru di mediasi komitmen organisasi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (adjusted R²) sebesar 0,449. Hal ini berarti 44,9% variasi komitmen organisasional dapat dijelaskan (dipengaruhi) ileh variasi dari variabel kompetensi guru dan disiplin guru. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 44,9% = 55,1%) dijelaskan (dipengaruhi) oleh variabel di luar model.

Abstract

  This research examines the effect of Person-Organization Fit and Laissez-Faire Leadership to Performance through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research was conducted in Semarang City Government civil servants based in the Pandanaran building with a total sample of 115 civil servants. The research instrument used was a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability, and to explain the influence of independent variables on the dependent variables using multiple linear regression equation, whereas hypothesis testing using the F test, t test and koefiesien beta. The results showed that (1) Person-Organization Fit a positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) Laissez-Faire Leadership positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) Person-Organization Fit positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (4) Laissez-Faire Leadership negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (5) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (6) Person-Organization Fit a positive effect on performance, (7) Laissez-Faire Leadership has no effect on performance, (8) Job Satisfaction influential positively to performance and (9) Organizational Citizenship Behavior positive effect on performance. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of personality traits and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers in the mediation of organizational commitment to high schools in the District Mranggen. The research involved 95 teachers in the public high school in Mranggensubdistrict The data collected by sending questionnaire to respondents.and analyzed using SPSS 19.0 Data processing is done by describing the respondents by gender, education, age and years of service, all the respondent are teachers. By using the validity and reliability,test models used to analyze the coefficient of determination (R2) and the Goodness of fit. Meanwhile test hypothesis test using a significance test of individual parameters (statistical t test). The results showed that the of personality traits had no effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence had no  positive effect on organizational commitment, personality traits positive effect on teacher performance, and emotional intelligence had no effect on teacher performance, while organizational commitment result also hasn’t effect on the performance of teachers. Abstract

Studies in this study to clarify the effect membuktikandan job satisfaction and personality traits on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated organizational commitment on state high school in the District Mranggen De Mranggen Demak district. This type of research used in this study is quantitative research, the research by obtaining the data in the form of numeric or qualitative data diangkakan study population was all the teachers in the state high school in the district with the status Mranggen either civil servants or status as a Master Variable, a number of 95 people with the population or census method. Test instruments used are validity and reliabilitas.Uji model used is the determinant coefficient and F-test (Goodness of Fit) . Hypothesis testing using T test, and path analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (1) Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on organizational commitment, (2) The nature of personality and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, (3) Job satisfaction and positive effect on OCB sifnifikan, (4) Nature of personality positive and significant effect on OCB, (5) organizational commitment is not positive and significant effect on OCB, (6) organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of job satisfaction on OCB, (7) organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of personality trait on OCB Keywords : Job Satisfaction , Personality Traits , commitment and OCB Organisasioanal

Abstract

The present study aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation, budgetary planning and  organizational commitment to performance budgeting. Collicting data this study used a questionnaire sutvey. The questionnaire submitted to 62 employees involvedin the preparation of the Business Plan and Budget, a total of 60 completed questionnaires were returned and processed. Data analysis was performed using regression analysis The analysis result indicate that participation budgeting significant positive effect on performance budgeting, budget planning significant positive effect on performance budgeting, and organizational commitment also significant positive on performance budgeting. Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the effect of ( 1 ) Discipline working towards personal competence , ( 2 ) organizational commitment to personal competence , ( 3 ) Discipline of work on teacher performance , ( 4 ) organizational commitment to teacher performance , ( 5 ) the personality Competence teacher performance , ( 6 ) Discipline mediated work against knerja teachers' personal competence , ( 7 ) organizational commitment mediated the performance of personal competence is teacher .research of census research throughout the teacher of SMP N 2 and SMP N 39 Semarang , amounting to 100 people were taken as respondents the instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire using a scale that has been tested and Liketr qualify the validity and reliability of the factor analysis and Cronbach's Alpha , as well as the classic assumption test . The technique of data analysis using the SPSS model testing . Multiple linear regression analysis , including R2 test , F test , hypothesis testing ( t test ) , as well as mediation test . The research proves that : ( 1 ) working Discipline significant positive effect on personal competence , ( 2 ) organizational commitment is significant positive effect on personal competence , ( 3 ) job working Discipline significant positive effect on teacher performance , ( 4 ) a significant positive effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance , ( 5 ) personality Competence significant positive effect on teacher performance  , ( 6 ) Competence not personality mediate the effect of labor discipline on teacher performance ( 7 ) Competence does not mediate the effect of personality on the performance of teachers' organizational commitment .
