Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze and describe the influence of role conflict , role ambiguity to job stress . In addition, to analyze and describe the influence of role conflict , role ambiguity and job stress on employee performance of  the Secretary of  Pekalongan City. This study also aims at whether job stress mediates the effect of role conflict and role ambiguity on employee performance . The population used in this study were employees on  the Secretary of  Pekalongan City. While the sample used in this study were 121. The analytical tool used in this study using a testing instrument, testing and regression testing linear models . The results of this study it can be concluded that (1) the role of conflict positive effect on job stress . (2) The ambiguity of the role of a positive effect on job stress. (3) role conflict negatively affect employee performance. (4) The ambiguity of the role of negative influence on employee performance. (5) Work stress negatively affect employee performance. (6) Job stress does not mediate the effect of role conflict on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine  the influence of motivation and work discipline on the teacher’s performance by moderationhead master leadership that takes an objectof primary school teachers in Pati subdistrict Pati Regency. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. From the result of purposive sampling, the sample was used in this study, total 179 people. Testing data technique which is used in this study include validity test by factor analysis, reliability test by Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and significance  tests, the coeffisien of determination to prove the hypothesis and moderation regressionanalysis. The result showed that the variables of motivation haspositive and significanteffect of teacher’s performance. Variables of discipline not significanton teacher’s performance.Principal’s leadership haspositiveand significanteffect of teacher’s performance of primary school’s teachers in Pati subdistrict Pati regency. Principal’s leadership can increase work motivation on teacher’s performance, but principal’s leadership can decrease work discipline on teacher’s performance. Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture  mediated by the organizational commitment to the teacher performance. This study used an entire population, that is called census method (saturated sample). The research  population is all teachers at Yunior High School in Margorejo Pati regency as many as  85 people. The analyze method used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, the multiple regression analysis, and tests of significance, the coefficient of determination to validate the research hypothesis and regression testing mediation. The results stated that work motivation  has no effect on organizational commitment. Variable organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment does not affect the teacher  performance. Work motivation has a positve and significant  effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture variables do not affect the  teachers performance. Organizational commitment doesn’t have a significance influence  on teacher performance through the mediating variable of organizational commitment. Abstract

This study aims to examine The Role of Transformational Leadership Style and Supervising Principal Moderating Effects of Intrinsic Motivation on the Performance of High School Teachers Kab.Pati. The study sample as many as 183 people. Purposive sampling technique uses proportional sampling. The data analysis in this study uses : Test Validity by factor analysis, reliability test by Cronbach's Alpha, Test models with Adjusted R2 and F-test, Hypothesis testing with the t test. The results showed that : 1) Intrinsic Motivation doesn’t effect on teacher performance, 2) Transformational leadership style effect and relate positively significant on teacher performance, 3) Supervision of the principal effect and relate positively significant on the performance of teachers, 4) The transformational leadership style doesn’t moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance, 5) Supervision of the principal doesn’t moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance. The conclusion of this research, to improve the performance of SMA civil servant teachers in Kab.Pati can be done by using a transformational leadership style and accompanied by a supervising principal. Abstract

Performance of employees in LPMP Central Java is still not optimal characterized by the presence of mentoring activities that should be carried out in each district / city in Central Java in order to provide guidance to units and educational programs in the form of quality assurance activities in the unit and education programs that do not satisfy standard targets. This study used purposive sampling technique is to take a sample with PNS criteria and service life of more than 3 years with a minimum education D3 123 people. Test instruments performed using factor analysis is to test the validity and test reliablilitas. Analysis using multiple linear regression models using the coefficient of determination test and F-test and t-test as a test of the hypothesis. The results of this research note that the quality of work life obtain any significant positive effect of job satisfaction, communication significant positive effect on job satisfaction, quality of work life significant positive effect on organizational commitment, communication significant positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction was not significant positive effect on organizational commitment, quality of work life is not significant positive effect on performance, communication significant positive effect on performance, job satisfaction significant negative effect on performance, organizational commitment significant positive effect on performance, job satisfaction does not mediate the performance quality of work life, job satisfaction does not mediate the communication performance, organizational commitment mediates the performance quality of work life, organizational commitment did not mediate the communication on the performance, the most dominant variable affecting the job satisfaction is communication, the most dominant variables influence organizational commitment is communication while the most dominant variable affecting the performance is the organizational commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotion opportunities, Organizational Climate, Supervisor Support, Job Involvement on Job Satisfaction  Career Plateau mediated. The method used is an explanatory study, the population in this study were all employees PT.Telkom Pekalongan region some 126 people. Respondents in this study only 100 people out of 126 questionnaires were distributed. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The study results indicate that the independent variable, promotion opportunities, job involvement, Career plateau has a direct influence on job satisfaction, supervisor support and organizational climate has no effect on job satisfaction, supervisor support and involvement while working negatively affect the career plateau. Career plateau is not proven to mediate supervisor support and job involvement on job satisfaction in other words that career plateau direct effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the impact of leadership style and working environment on the performance of sub district officials at municipality of Pekalongan, approached the issue by using several variables, i.e motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment . The target population of this study are sub district officials working at Municipality of Pekalongan, consists of 265 people. Purposive sampling used as preferred method and the selected sample consists of 152 people working as sub district officials, all are IVb echelon, were chosen as respondents. Data collection was conducted by using questionnaires which were distributed to 152 respondents. There were 126 questionnaires returned by the participants, 121 of which were in perfect condition to be processed and the rest were broken. The result of this study shows that performance is not directly affected by the leadership style and working environment, but indirectly affected through motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effect of self efficacy and motivatoin to Teacher performance with mediationorganizational commitment. Population is used as the object of the teachers in SMP Pati totaling 84 people. Sampling was purposive sampling methods that sample selected according to criteria that are determined to be the respondent. Of p0pulasition sensus results can be seen that the number of samples in this study were 84 respondents. The results prove that the model's ability to correctly describe the effect of variable Self-efficacy and Organizational Commitment to Motivation is 54.4%. While others described by 45.6% to a variable outside the regression model. self efficacy and effects, motivation, organizational commitment to teacher performance by 69.5%. While the other 30.5% is explained beyond this regression model. Self-efficacy with mediation organizational commitment does not have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMPBatangan. Mediation test results note that the value is greater than the direct effect of the indirect effect. Motivation with organizational commitment mediation proved to have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMP NBatangan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between psychological capital on teacher’s organizational commitment on state high school at Pati regency. The population in this study are all teachers who are civil servants at state high schools in Pati regency as many as 336 people. The samples in this study are drawn proportional random sampling with 183 respondents. While this study data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis technique The results show that: 1) there is a strong and significant relationship between optimism, hope and resilience with affective commitment, 2) there is a strong and significant relationship between optimism, hope and resilience with continuance commitment, 3) there is a strong and significant relationship between optimism, hope and resilience with normative commitment. The conclusion of this study is to build a professional teacher, in addition to competence capital, social capital needs to be considered psychological capital held by teachers that if a teacher is a strong psychological capital will be the stronger their commitment to remain and the stronger their involvement in the organizationKeywords: optimism, hope, resilience, affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the relationship of capital work motivation psychological teacher of state high school at pati regency. The population in this study was the civil servants of high school teacher’s in Pati regency. By using the proportional method samples studied a number of 183 respondents. The results of this study were (1) there is a strong and significant relationship between optimism and achievement motivation, (2) there is a strong and significant relationship between expectation and achievement motivation, (3) there is a strong and significant relationship between resilience and achievement motivation, (4) there is a strong and significant relationship between optimism and motivation to power, (5) there is a strong and significant relationship between the expectations of the ruling motivation, (6) there is a strong and significant relationship between resistance to motivation for power (7) there is a strong and significant relationship between optimism with affiliation motivation, (8) no relationship strong and significant correlation between expectations with affiliation motivation, (9) there is a strong and significant relationship between resistance to affiliation motivation.
