Abstract

Performance of employees in the Puskesmas is not optimal ex Kawedanan Juwana still are characterized by 9 coverage program that has not met the minimum service standards targets in Puskesmas. PHC services both inpatient and outpatient services in Pati not using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Puskesmas in Pati not do a customer satisfaction survey (Department of Health Pati, 2013). This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics and self-efficacy on performance by mediating organizational commitment and job satisfaction (study on employee health center in Ex Kawedanan Juwana). The study population is 140. Purposive sampling technique that is taking the sample side with PNS criteria and service life of more than 4 years as many as 112 people. Test instrument using factor analysis, the validity test to look at the adequacy of the sample and test reliabiltas factor analysis to test the reliability of a measuring instrument with a Cronbach alpha look, model test with determination test and F-test, testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. Results of the study note that the job characteristics and significant positive effect on organizational commitment . Self efficacy and significant positive effect on organizational commitment . Job characteristics and significant positive effect on job satisfaction . Self efficacy and significant positive effect on job satisfaction . Organizational commitment and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction . Self efficacy and significant positive effect on performance . Job characteristics and significant positive effect on performance . Job satisfaction is a positive and significant effect on performance . Organizational commitment and a significant positive effect on performance . The most dominant variable affecting the job satisfaction is organizational commitment , most dominant variables affect organizational commitment is self efficacy variable of the most dominant effect on performance is organizational commitment . Abstract

Teachers as educators is an educational leader, which is crucial in the learning process. Less than optimal performance of early childhood educators in District Pati, is a problem that must be addressed. Early childhood educator competencies and job characteristics in teaching should be improved as well as a strong commitment to be created and to use order to obtain higher performance. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence and job characteristics on performance by mediating organizational commitment                (studies in early childhood education teachers in the district Pati). The research was conducted on early childhood education in the District of Starch penddik 140 people. Sample taking the entire population for the research sample . Analysis of the validity of the test data using the components of the matrix , Cronbach alpha reliability test , multiple regression analysis , t test and test with an adjusted r 2 r square. Results reveal that the competence effect on organizational commitment . Positive effect on the employment characteristics of organizational commitment . Competence has a positive effect on the performance of early childhood educators. Job characteristics affect employee performance early childhood educators . Organizational commitment has a positive effect on the performance of early childhood educators. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of competence on the performance of early childhood educators. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of job characteristics on the performance of early childhood educators. Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the role of supervisor support on job satisfaction and organizational commitment through media career plateau by taking an object at the District Office and the Environment Unit in the District Kaliori Rembang. Sampling with purposive sampling technique . From the results of the sample used purposive sampling for this study amounted to 81 people. The test instrument used in the study include test validity by factor analysis and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula . Test models using the coefficient of determination and F test to test the hypothesis of linear regression analysis and t test. The results showed that supervisor support does not affect the career plateau. Supervisor support positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees. Career plateau does not affect the employee job satisfaction. Career plateau and a significant negative effect on the organizational commitment of employees. And job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment of employees of the District Office and the Environment Unit in the District Kaliori Rembang . Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the possibility of flypaper effect on Operating Expenditure (OE) and Capital Expenditure (CE) of the City Government in Indonesia. The research also tested the effect of the Original Regional Revenue (ORR) and the General Allocation Fund (GAF) against OE and CE  in the period Of 2010-2012. The data used is the realization of the City Government's Budget Report, which provided the sample, which was published through the website www.djpk.depkeu.go.id. The sampling method used is a purposive sampling method with the total sample 56 City Government in Indonesia.  Types of data used are secondary data is data panel (pooling of data) as it is an aggregation of data time series and cross section. Then data analysis use  panel data regression which is estimated by  Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The selection model based on  Hausman testing criteria. Then the research has to use REM estimation. The results of this research indicate that the ORR and GAF have  positive and  significant effect on OE. Furthermore this research find that flypaper effect occurs in OE.  It shows that the impact of GAF  change to the OE change is more than 1% . It is significant. But the GAF is not significant to the CE. The ORR have a positive and significant effect on CE. Furthermore this research find that flypaper effect does not occur on CE. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out factors influencing accumulation of budget absorption in the end of 2013 in government of the City of Pekalongan. The type of research used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The research of qualitative descriptive is used to see the view of budget absorption in government of the city of Pekalongan in the year of 2013, whether it is absorbed optimally or getting a delay of absorption and then it accumulates. While qualitative descriptive is a research activity to provide the view of Budget Planning Factor (X1), Budget Applying Factor (X2), internal factor of work unit (X3), Human Resources Factor (SDM) (X4), Document Factor (X5), and Administration Factor (X6) towardsaccumulation of budget absorption in the end of year (Y). Samples used are 81 SKPD located in government of the city of Pekalongan, namely Budget User Officer, Financial Management Officer, Technically Financial Applying Officer and Expenditure Treasurer. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. While the tool of statistical analysis used is test of validity with the technique of factor analysis, test of reliability with technique of cronbach’s alpha, multi linear regression and test of classical assumptions including normallity, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The result of research indicates that the items of question for every independent (X) and dependent (Y) variable has met a requirement of validity. This is seen from value of loading factorwhich is more than 0.40, and value of KMO is more than 0.50. Reliability value of cronbach’s alpha has been more than 0.60. While the result of regression analysis also indicates that it has been met a requirement of classical assumptions, namely there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, and has been distributed normally. Based on the influence simultaneously (F Test), independent variable including Budget Planning Factor (X1), Budget Applying Factor (X2), Internal Factor of work unit (X3), Human Resources Factor (SDM) (X4), Document Factor (X5), and Administration Factor (X6) have a significant influence towards accumulation of budget absorption in the end of year (Y) of 2013 in government of the city of Pekalongan. Partially, variable influenced significantly towards accumulation of budget absorption is only human resources factor variable and document variable, while the others are not significant on it. Value of R square is 45.8%, while the rest is 54.2% explained by other independent variables besides independent variable used. Key words :   Factors Influencing Accumulation of Budget Absorption

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of personality, job satisfaction, Person Organization fit and organizational commitment on the Foundation Kesatrian 67 Senior High School  Semarang. This study was conducted by taking Kesatrian 67 senior high school Semarang ( Kesatrian 1 and Kesatrian 2 Semarang). The population of this study is all Kesatrian 67 senior high school’s teachers (100 respondents). In this sampling technique using census with all the criteria of teachers who have taught for at least 2 years in Kesatrian 67 Senior High School  Semarang .Source of data used is primary data and secondary data. Instrument or measuring instrument in this study using a questionnaire. The data have been processed are presented in the form of frequency tables and using statistical analytical The results of the study are as follows: Personality has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, Person organization fit has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, personality has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Person organization fit has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Abstract

Performance shown is the actual behavior of each person as an accomplishment of work produced by the employee in accordance with its role within the organization. Performance of something that is very important in order to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, high performance should be owned by every employee that she worked for the organization is able to competition and have hope in the future. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze whether there is "The Effect of person-organization fit on Job Motivation And Job Satisfaction And Its Impact on Organizational Commitment and Its Impact on Employee Performance". (Study On Employee Skadron-31/Serbu of Army Aviation Center Office). This study is the Employee object Skadron-31/Serbu of Army Aviation Center Office as much as 158 people. This study uses the method of proportional random sampling of 114 respondents, the number of samples distributed to each group so that the samples taken rank representative population characteristics. As for how decision- done lottery so that each sample has the same chance or opportunity for any element or selected members of the population to be sampled . The analysis technique used in this study is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16.0. The results show the person-organization fit has a positive effects on job motivation, person-organization fit has a positive effects on job satisfaction, person-organization fit has not a positive effects on organizational commitment, job motivation has a positive effects on job satisfaction. Motivation is has not a positive effects on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive effects on organizational commitment, job motivation has a positive effects on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effects on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effects on the performance employees, person-organization fit has not a positive effects on employee performance and job motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is an effective mediating variable between person-organization fit with the employee performance of the Skadron-31/Serbu Puspenerbad. Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the effect of competence and intrinsic motivation on the teachers performance in the school culture moderated by PrivateIslamic High School( MA ) in district Margoyoso Pati., the sample used in this study was 120 people . The specific purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of competence and intrinsic motivation on teachers performance moderated by school culture. The use of this study is to explain and the extend previous study. This study used the data testing method using primary data obtained by questionnaire . The research method used a computerized approach to the statistical program SPSS ( Statistics Package for Social Science ) included test validity with factor analysis , reliability tests with alpha cronbach formula , linear regression analysis by using the moderating effects test. The result showed that : Competency had the positive and significant impact on the teachers performance. It was 0,619. The intrinsic motivation had no significant influence on the teachers performance. the school culture hadpositive and significant impact on the teachers performance. It was 0,210. The school culture moderation had not significant on the influence of competence on teachers performance . The school culturemoderationhad not significant on the influence of intrinsic motivation on teachers performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of disciplinary, competence on the performance by moderated school culture that takes an object of junior high school teachers in Margoyoso subdistrict. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique. From the result of proportional random sampling, the sample was used in this study, totaling 253 people. Testing data technique which is used in this study include validity test by factor analysis, reliability test by Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and significance  tests, the coeffisien of determination to prove the hypothesis and moderated test. The result showed that the variables of school culture proved to moderate the effect of discipline on the performance of junior high school teachers in Margoyoso subdistrict Pati regency. Discipline and school culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline variable, competence and school culture to the performance influenced 69,5%. The remaining 30,5% is influence by other variables which is not included in the study. Key word : discipline, competence, performance and school culture.
