Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether there is influence psychological capital and organizational commitment influence on the performance of the resistance changes as moderation. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method the employees of the Bureau of the General Secretariat of Central Java province which amounted to 102 as a sample. Engineering test data used in this study include test validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula, regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient of determination to prove the research hypothesis and test moderation. The results showed that; psychological capital have a significant effect on performance. Organizationalcommitment significantly influence performance. Psychology capital on performance weakened by resistance changes. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on the performance moderated by the resistance change. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of supervisor support and empowerment to employee performance of Villages throughout Semarang Regencymoderated organizational climate. This research is an explanatory research (explanatory research) with a qualitative approach. The research population is all employees of the Villages in Semarang Regency with the status of Civil Servants (PNS). The number of population of 131 people. Sampling was done using census techniques. The results showed that: (1) Support superiors positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Empowerment and significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Organization climate moderate strengthen the support supervisor influence on employee performance. (4) Organization climate moderate strengthens empowerment influence on employee performance of Villages throughout Semarang Regency Keywords: supervisor support, empowerment, organizational climate and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this current research is to examine the effect of job characteristics and performance appraisal on motivation and employee performance. In addition, the research aims to know the role of motivation in mediating the relationship between job characteristics and performance appraisal on employee performance. Data analysis using regression analysis and mediated effect analysis. Result concluded that only job characteristics that has not significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, result also proved that motivation has a mediating role in influencing the relationship between job characteristics and employee performance, but not for the relationship between performance appraisal and employee performance. Based on research results, efforts to increase employee performance through job characteristics cannot ignore the motivation aspect. The results implied that performance appraisal was faster to improve the employee perfomance than job characteristics. Abstract

This research is addressed to see how job characteristic, organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB) on performance have impact to organization as a whole and influence performance all employees which is on finally will improve image an organization. Proportional  Random  Sampling  was  used  as  sampling  technique  with  sample  of 150 participants. Technique Analysis which is used in this research is examination of validity, and reliability examination of hypothesis by using program SPSS for Windows release 16.0. Results of this study  indicate  that  organizational  culture  and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) effect on performance. Job characteristic no effect to performance.Pursuant to used empirik model can be explained that influence job characteristic to performance more effective passing OCB. While  influence organizational culture to performance more effective directly from passing OCB. Keywords :job characteristic, organizational culture, OCB and performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of innovation and creativity influence marketing to performance marketing program mediated by a business networking capabilities. This research was conducted Youth Entrepreneurial Group (KWP) Patronage Department of Youth and Sports in Central Java province with the sample used in the study amounted to 104 respondents. Engineering test data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, Cronbach alpha reliability test, multiple regression analysis, and t test and the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis. Statistical analysis showed that the results of F test with a significance value of 0.000, which means that innovation, creative marketing programs and business networking capabilities are the right variables / feasible to explain variations in performance variables of marketing. The test results influence between the variables with t test showed that the innovation and creativity of marketing programs proven significant positive effect on the business networking capability and innovation, creative marketing programs and business networking capabilities proved positive and significant impact on the performance of marketing. Can also be shown that the coefficient of determination of test variables of innovation, creative marketing programs and business networking capabilities of the performance marketing has a coefficient of determination of 0.616 or 61.6%. This means that the variables of innovation, creative marketing programs and business networking capabilities together have contributed 61.6% to the marketing performance. While the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. From the test results of mediation can be proved that the business networking capability is not a mediating variables that can explain the effect of indirectly from the innovation and creativity of the marketing program for marketing performance. Abstract

To be able to develop customer loyalty, companies need to know the factors that influence loyalty and assess the performance of these factors. Therefore, this study intends to examine the factors that affect customer loyalty. These factors are: product quality, perceived price, and customer satisfaction. Data on product quality, price perception, and customer satisfaction is obtained through interviews using a questionnaire to customers prepaid cards SimPATI of PT Telkomsel in Pekalongan. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple regression test. The test results of multiple regression showed that the perception of the price proven significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, product quality proven significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction proven significant positive effect on customer loyalty, perception of price proven significant positive effect on customer loyalty, and quality products proven significant positive effect on customer loyalty.While the results of testing the effect of intervening indicate that the influence of the perception of price on loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction tend to influence directly the perception of price to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction and influence product quality to loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction tend indirect influence product quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Transformational leadership and competence are the independent variables, while performance as the dependent variable as if motivation and organizational commitment as the mediation variables. Abstract

This study aimsto analyze Influence of Competence and Organizational Commitment on theteachers Performance of senior high school Kesatrian under the auspices of the Kesatrian 67 Education Foundation of Semarang with Academic Supervision as moderaration variable. The  population of this study are 102 respondents, this study is explanatory research. By all the criteria of  senior high school Kesatrian teachers under the auspices of the Kesatrian 67 Education Foundation of Semarang. Measurements used a Likert scale  of five alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability, while the normality test used Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistics. Heteroskedastisitas test used Glejser method, test model used is F test (Goodness of fit) and the coefficients of determination (Adjusted R square), while hypotesis test used regression analysis with t-test at the 0,05 significance level. The results of this study are: (1) the Competence has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2) the Organizational Commitment doesn’t haveeffect on the  teacher performance, (3) Academic Supervision has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Academic Supervision has moderateinfluence Competence on the Teacher Performance (5) Academic supervision doesn’t moderate influence Organizational Commitment on the teacher Performance. Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of the variables of teacher competence and Job Satisfaction to the performance of civil service teachers in the district education office UPT Gunem with supervision as a moderating variable.The population in this study was the civil servant teachers in elementary schools-District of Gunem, as many as 113 people. Data were collected using questionnaires and the returned and processed as many as 113 with SPSS 17. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While model used is the coefficient of determination and test " F ". Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study concluded as follows : competence positive and significant effect on performance, Job Satisfaction does not affect the performance of teachers.Supervision doesn’t affect the performance of teachers. While the results of multiple regression testing moderation model suggests that supervision is able to moderate the effects of competenceand Job Satisfaction teacher.
