Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influenc of Professional Competence and Emotional Intelligence of Teacher Performance moderated Academic Supervision of Principal population heads in this research is all public secondary school teacher PNS distric of Taman. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to be filled by responden. Test for normality distributed residual value normal. Heteroscedasticity test three main variables Heteroskedastisitas not happen because the significance value > 0,05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: the effect of the quality of work life and compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which is mediated by job satisfaction. The technique of testing data used in this study include validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, model test, t test and mediation to test and prove the research hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion shows that: Quality of work life and significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. 2). Compensation positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. 3). The quality of working life and significant positive effect on employee performance. 4). Compensation positive and significant impact on employee performance Semarang State universities. 5). Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) positive and significant impact on employee performance. Suggestions can be submitted is still the number of employees by inaccuracies in attendance, it is necessary to do coaching-coaching constructive work ethic so that the employee's performance will be better. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Work Family Conflict (WFC) and empowerment  employee performance with mediation job satisfaction. This study located in KardinahHospital Tegal. The population in this study is 273 people and this study using 94 sample woman employee in Kardinah Hospital Tegal. The analysist data which usedin this study are validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, model test, t test and mediation test. The results showed that Work Family Conflict (WFC) has significant negative effect on job satisfaction and performance of employee; empowering positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance; job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance. The results showed job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship variable Work Family Conflict (WFC) with employee performance, but can not mediate empowerment variable relationship with the performance of employees in hospitals Kardinah Tegal. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the quality of working life and support employers to job satisfaction and to the career plateau. The use of variables in the study variables refer to the results of previous studies. This research was conducted in the village officials se PNS Central District of Semarang, Semarang, respondents who used as many as 98 employees,This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The research instrument used in this study to qualify the validity and reliability. This study used two equation model is to determine the effect of the quality of working life and support employers to job satisfaction, and the quality of working life, supervisor support and job satisfaction on a career plateau. The results showed that the model-1 is significantly able to explain changes in the dependent variable so that the model is eligible goodness of fit, whereas in the 2nd tinyatakan models can not account for the influence of variables on the career plateau bebsanya. Hypothesis testing results show that the quality of working life and support superiors positive effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, the quality of working life and support superiors also affect negatively to the career plateau, whereas the effect of job satisfaction affect the career plateau. The results also show that job satisfaction was not berupakan factor that mediates the effect of the quality of work life and supervisor support for career plateau, but the factor of job satisfaction have a tendency to minimize its influence on the career plateau. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to test the influence of the leadership of the principal against the competency of teachers, influence the work environment against the competency of teachers, and the influence of the teacher's Performance against the Leadership, the influence of the environment on performance of teachers, and pengarug on performance Competence of teachers. Later expected to increase quality of work for kindergarten teachers in the Regency of Rembang. The population in this research is a kindergarten teacher in Rembang amounted to 114 people. Researchers use the data in this study by using primary data.  that is the data that researchers obtain directly from the source through the questionnaire. While secondary data is data which support or supplement the primary data. As for the method of data collection used in this study with a questionnaire that is the collection of data by means of the grant of the questions. There are two types of questionnaires, namely the open and the closed questionnaire questionnaire. Open questionnaire is a questionnaire that is presented in a simple to charge appropriate circumstances include: (1) gender, (2) educational level, (3) age, (4) the working period, (5) Position. The closed questionnaire is a questionnaire that is used to obtain data research variables. Data collection of Principal Leadership variable (X 1) work environment (X 2), competence of teachers (Y1) and (x 2) Teacher Performance using primary data. Results of the study prove that hypothesis to the leadership of the principal does not affect the competence, working environment and significant negative effect against the Leadership competence, positive and significant effect on performance, the working environment has no effect on performance, positive and influential teacher Competence significantly to performance. Abstract

This study was done to examine the influence of the institution image and service quality toward student's satisfaction and the its implication image on student relational commitment and the impacts to positive word of mouth. This study was done to STEKOM students in Semarang. The amaount of respondents were 131students. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique based on criteria and consideration determined by researcher with software SPSS. V19. The result were ; 1. The institution image owned wholy accepted and gave positive impact to students. 2. The intense of service quality will influencepositively to a very high of students' satisfaction. 3. The high satisfaction was gained from service and institution image will influence positively to student relational commitment. 4. Relational commitment gave the close relationship among the students toward the institution was influenceful and created cooperation through positive word of mouth behaviour. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of work life, culture organizational and leadership serves on job satisfaction on employee and hospital of medical Islam Kendal. The population in this study were all employees of the medical part and supporting part of the hospital of medical Islam Kendal district. The sample in this study of 115 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis were first tested the validity and reliability. From the results of regression analysis shows that the quality of work life and make positive significant effect on job satisfaction, culture organizational make positive significant impact on job satisfaction and leadership serves positive significant impact on job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of personality, quality of work life, towards organizational citizenship   leadership pada Dosen Stekom Semarang, from the results of regression analysis showed that personality variables (X1), quality of work life (X2) together influence on organizational citizenship behavior (Y1). With personality (X1) is the variable most positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior followed by the quality of work life. Both of these variables are able to explain Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the rest is explained by other variables outside of the model, for example, motivation, leadership and others. Results of the calculation coefficient of determination in model II shows that the Servant Leadership does not moderate the effect of variable Personality with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors affecting financial performance Conventional Rural Banks Local Government in Central Java. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data obtained a total population of 46 companies with a total of 138 samples of Conventional Rural Banks Local Government in Central Java, published by BI. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the least square equation and hypothesis testing using t-statistic to test the partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to examine the effect together with the level of significance of 5%. The analysis showed that the variables of capital adequacy and Size a significant negative effect on the financial performance of BPR. Asset quality and loan to deposit ratio has a positive correlation, but not significant to the financial performance of BPR. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze (1) Is the effect of quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior? (2). What effects on the psychological well-being of Organizational Citizenship Behavior? (3). Is resistance to change moderating influence quality of work life  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior? (4). Is resistance to change moderating influence of psychological well-being on Organizational Citizenship Behavior?. Population and sample of this research are civil servants (PNS) Financial Bureau Secretariat of the Province of Central Java as many as 126 people. The sampling method used is the census sampling techniques. Census sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Technical analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis method, validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through the study of documentation and questionnaires measurement using a scale linkert and be treated dolah in statistiik with SPSS 19.0 for Windows, the coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test. From the analysis conducted this study concluded that:. (1) Quality of Work Life positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the level of significance probability variable Quality of Work Life  of 0.000 <0.05 and t value of 6.629> t table 1,979. (2). Psychological wellbeing positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the level of significance probability Psychological Welfare variable of 0.000 <0.05 and t value of 6.835> t table 1,979. (3). Resistance to Change is not able to moderate the influence of Quality of Work Life  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the level of significance probability variable Resistance to Change at 0.099> 0.05 and t value of -1.664 <t table 1,979. (4). Resistance to Change may moderate the influence of Psychological Welfare on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is evidenced by the level of significance probability variable Resistance To Change 0.000 <0.05 and t value of 3.655> t table 1,979.
