Abstract

Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and Environmental Agency (BLH) district Rembang will achieve vision, mission, goals and objectives when fully supported by employees as one of the most important assets of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and Environmental Agency (BLH) district Rembang. Furthermore, Organization will not able to achieve its goals without the leadership role. This study aims todetermine the effect of variable transactional leadership against job satisfaction, variable transformational leadership against job satisfaction, variable transactional leadership against organizational citizenship behavior, variable transformational leadership against organizational citizenship behavior, variable job satisfaction against organization citizenship behavior, variable job satisfaction against organization citizenship moderated by team commitment. Population in this study is staff ministry of energy and mineral resources (ESDM) and environmental agency (BLH) district Rembang, which amounted to 85 people and sample collection using census techniques, data collection was done by using a questionnaire and scale SPSS 20.00. Based on research results shows that transactional leadership have significant positive effect against job satisfaction, transformational leadership have significant positive effect against job satisfaction, transactional leadership have significant positive effect against organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership have significant positive effect against organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction have significant positive effect against organizational citizenship behavior, team commitment weaken the relationship of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources (ESDM) and Environmental Agency (BLH) district Rembang. Suggestion provided to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and Environmental Agency (BLH) district Rembang that is the next leader must apply leadership style which can push up job satisfaction of subordinates, so the employees themselves comfortable in the work and have a high work ethic. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of OCB and organizational commitment on the job satisfaction, the influence of OCB, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on performance and the influence of OCB, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on performance moderated by motivation. Analysis tool used is multiple regression, as for testing the hypothesis using a t test. Data collection through questionnaires to measure using Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Object of research is employees at Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral in Rembang regency and employees at Badan Lingkungan Hidup in Rembang regency. Number of samples in this study were 83 respondents. Sampling technique using the purposive sampling. The results showed that (1) OCB have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (2) organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (3) OCB have a positive and significant impact on performance, (4) organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on performance, (5 )job satisfaction have not effect on performance, (6)motivaton moderates the effect of OCB on performance, (7) motivation moderates the effect of organizational commitment on performance, (8) motivation moderates the effect of job satisfaction on performance, (9) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of OCB on performance (10) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational commitment on performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine how much capital expenditure to be able to increase the optimal library visitors bidget based on existing libraries in Pekalongan City Public Library.This type of research is quantitative descriptive. research study conducted to illustrate the extent of capital expenditures libraray collection give effect to an increase the library visitors. The data used in study is secondary data ini Public Library in Pekalongan City. The analysis tool used elasticity, to measure the degree of elasticity increase capital expenditure libraray collection to rise library visitors.The results showed that the increase capital expenditure libraray collection affecting to rise library visitors. This can be seen from the value of the elasticity of 4,2 means that every 4,2 percent increase in capital expenditure library collection affecting 1 percent of library visitors. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to the teacher’s performence of Public Senior High School with moderation of transformasional leadership. The specific study of this study is to examine the role of transformasional leadership moderates the influence of motivation and organizational commitment e to the teacher’s performance. The usefulness of this study is to  explain and  extebnd previous study on the role of transformasional leadership moderate the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to the teacher’s performance. This study used a population of high school teachers in Pati district, Pati regency were 116 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of quasi moderation The result  the writer can follows: The motivation influents the teacher’s performance positively, the organizational commitment influents the teacher’s performanec positively, the transformational leadership also influents the teacher’s performance positively, the transformational leadership strengthen the influence of  motivation to the teacher’s performance, the transformational leadership does not moderate the influence  of organizational commitment to the teacher’s performance Keywords: motivation,  organizational commitment, transformational leadership and teacher’s performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether organizational culture moderates the influence of organizational commitment and work motivation on the performance of a high school teacher in the District City State Pati. The population is used as the object is State high school teachers in the district of the City Pati which amounts to 164 people. Sampling Convenience sampling method using Slovin formula so that it can be seen that the number of samples in this study were 116 respondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, test reliability with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and tests of significance, coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testing moderation. The results showed that; organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of teachers, motivation significant effect on the performance of the teacher, organizational culture significantly influence the performance of teachers, organizational culture moderates the influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance, organizational culture also proved capable moderate the influence of motivation to work on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze : 1) Supervision of the principal mediating effecct of competence and motivation, 2) Supervision principal have mediating influence on the performance of competence and motivation of teachers. The locationof research is in elementary school measurement school in the Sluke district Rembang regency with the sample totaled 124 respondents using census method of measurement using a likert scale with live is alternative answer: Veryagree; Agree; Fast agree; Not agree and Very not agree Theresult of the regression analysis for the first model generales coefficient of determination of 0,035, which means that the ability of the independent variables in explaining the variation in the variable idependent (variable supervision of the principal amount of 3,5%, of the remaining 96,5%, is explained by other variables autis ide the model while the second, model obtained coefficient of determination of 0,150 means that the ability of the independent variables in explaining the variation in the dependent variable(variable performance of teachers) by 15%. of the remainder by 85% is explained by other variables outside the model. This study shows that the 1)Pedagogicalcompetence does not affect the performance of teachers. 2) Motivation affect on teacherperformance. 3) Supervision of the  principal  does not positive effect on theperformance of teachers, 4) Supervision of principal does not moderates the pedagogical competenceof teacher performance, 5) Supervision of the principal motivation moderates on teacher performance . Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether organizational commitment mediates the influence of psychological capital and professional competence on teacher's performance in senior high shool state in Pati City. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who have civil servants working in the Senior High School in Pati City, amounting to 164 people used as a sample. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and test mediation. The results showed that; psychological capital and professional competence significant effect on organizational commitment, psychological capital, professional competence and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of teachers. However, commitment to the organization is not able to mediate the effect of psychological capital and professional competence on  teacher's performance. Keywords: psychological capital, professional

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regency with organizational culture. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers who are moderated by the role of organizational culture. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers who moderated the organizational culture. This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Pati regency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabilty sampling with purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is multiple regression with interaction quasi moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsic motivation does not affect the performance of teachers, emotional intelligence does not affect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance is moderated by organizational culture, and there is the influence of emotional intelligence on performance teachers are moderated by organizational culture. Abstract

This  study  aims  to analyze  the  effect  of  work motivation, professional competence and self-efficacy on teacher performance and the role of self-efficacy mediates the influence of motivation and professional competence of the teacher's performance in the junior high school teachers in the  Batang  subdistrict,  Batang districk. The  population  in  this  study  was  a  Junior High School teacher in Batang subdistrict numbered 238 people. Because the population is large, then made amodel of sampling with purposive  sampling method, that is sampling with certain criteria. In this case the researchers used a sample of teacher from  who have received certification allowance amounting to 131 people. Then from 131 people,who returns the questionnaire answers amounted to 131 people. The results showed that (1) work motivation has positive effect and significant on self-efficacy, (2) professional competence is also has positive and not significant effect on self-efficacy, (3) work motivation has no positive and not significant impact on teacher performance, (4) professional competence positive and not significant impact on teacher performance, (5) self-efficacy and significant positive impact on teacher performance, (6) self-efficacy mediates the effect of motivation to work on teacher performance, (7) self-efficacy does not mediate the effect of the professional competence of the teacher's performance.
