Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personal competence, self-efficacy of teachers and teachers' organizational commitment to performance and the role of organizational commitment mediates the influence of personal competence and teachers self efficacy on performance of teachers on vocational high school teachers of west Batang’s Rayon on Batang Regency. The population  in this research is state and private vocational high school teachers of west Batang’s rayon on Batang Regency, totaled  211 people. With Slovin method then the sample numbered  138 people. Then from 138 people, who returns the answer of the questionnaire amounted to 136 people. The results showed that (1) personal competence and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, (2) self-efficacy of teachers is also positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) personal competence and a significant positive impact on teacher performance, (4) self-efficacy teacher positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (5) personal competence and a significant positive effect on teacher performance, (6) organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of personal competence on teachers performance, (7) organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of self-efficacy of teachers on teacher performance . Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and competence of teachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regency with the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the influence of personality and competence of teachers on teacher performance are moderated by the role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the influence of personality and competence of teachers on teacher performance are moderated working environment. This study used a sample of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Pati regency much as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is random sampling. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows personality does not affect the performance of teachers, teacher competence affect the performance of the teacher, the work environment does not affect the performance of the teacher, personality not influence on teacher performance is moderated by the working environment, and there is the influence of teacher competence on teacher performance moderated by the work environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of discipline and competence on teacher’s performance moderated by leadership styles of Junior High School teachers in  Batang District of Batang  Regency. The research uses survey, questionnaires, observations,  interviews and  documentation. The hypothesis of this study is 1). Discipline has positive and significant influence on the teacher’s performance. 2). Competence has positive and significant influence  on the teacher’s performance. 3). The style of leadership  has positive influence  on teacher’s performance. 4).The style of leadership moderates the  influence on the teachers performance. 5). The style of the school leadership moderates the influence on the competence of the teachers’ performance. The result of the study shows : 1). The influence of discipline towards teacher’s performance  is significant. It means that the discipline influences towards teacher’s performance. 2). The influence of teacher competence towards teacher’s performance is positive and significant. It means that the higher of teacher’s competence, the higher  teacher’s performance. 3). The style of school leadership towards teacher’s performance is positive and significant. It means that the school leadership towards  the teacher’s performance does not influence the teacher’s performance 4). The influence of discipline which is moderated by school leadership towards the teacher’s performance is negative and is not significant. It means that the school style does not moderate discipline toward the teachers’ performance. 5). The competence which is moderated by the school leadership style towards teacher’s performance does not have positive impact and is not significant . Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on the performance of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Pati regency with school climate moderated. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacher performance that dmoderasi by climatic role. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work on teacher performance are moderated school climate. This study used a population of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Pati regency much as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows:   transformational leadership influence on teacher performance, motivation does not affect the performance of teachers, school climate affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance is moderated by school climate, and the effect on the performance of teachers' work motivation is not moderated by school climate. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether the effect of work motivation and teacher competence on teacher performance transformational leadership moderated Principal at Madrasah Aliyah teacher in District Winong Pati regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who worked in Madrasah Aliyah in District Winong of Pati regency, amounting to 83 people as respondents. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testing moderation. The results showed that; work motivation has positive and significant effect on teachers performance, teacher competence has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, transformational leadership has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, the effect work motivation on teachers' performance moderated by transformational leadership, and the influence of teacher competence on teachers’ performance moderated by transformational leadership at Madrasah Aliyah in District Winong of Pati regency. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and Professional Competence on the performance of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High School  Pati regency moderated with organizational culture. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and professional competence on the performance of teachers who are moderated by the role of organizational culture. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of intrinsic motivation and professional competence on the performance of teachers who moderated the organizational culture. This study used a population of teachers in Winong Islamic Junior High School  Pati regency much as 173 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non probabilty sampling with proporsional sampling method. The method used in this research is multiple regression with difference quasi moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows intrinsic motivation does not affect the performance of teachers, professional competence has a positive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, organizational culture has a positive and significant affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance does not moderated by organizational culture, and the influence of professional competence on performance teachers does not  moderated by organizational culture. Abstract

This Research have a purpose to explain the influence at job characteristic And enableness of officer to officer performance  mediation by Organizational Commitment at office of Semarang Merchant Marine Polytechnic. Research population is public servant of Civil at Semarang Merchant Marine Polytechnic, while sample use the technique of purposive sampling. Method  data collecting by using quesioner which   passed to a responder. Examination to research instrument done with the validity test ( analyse the factor) and test the reliabilitas with the coefficient alpha of appliance to statistic test by multiple regression analysis regresi, test the t, test  R2 and  mediation test. Result of research indicate that the Job characteristic have an effect on positive and signifikan to organizational commitment. Officer enableness have an effect is positive and signifikan to organizational commitment,  Job characteristic have an effect on the negativity   but  don,t signifikan to officer performance, Officer enableness have an effect is positive and signifikan to job performance, while Organizational Commitment, have an effect on positive to performance but  no signifikan. Abstract

Goverment Official Travel Expenditure System Amendment becomes At Cost Per diems - Qualitative Study on the Regional Secretariat of Pekalongan. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of official travel by the system at cost instead of the lump sum system, then what is perceived by the implementers tour of duty with the system at cost, through the perception of the respondents as well as the qualitative aspects of performance linkage efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of the official travel expenditure system at this cost.Type of research is the analysis of qualitative data, namely secondary data in the form of a review of definitions and concepts as well as the substance of some of the literature and legislation. In addition, primary data obtained from interviews of selected respondents, and relevant expert opinion in order to get conclusions about changes in the system of government business travel spending per diem be at cost, as well as the achievements of the efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of business travel spending in local government , especially the City of Pekalongan.The results of this study showed that after the implementation of Permendagri No. 16 of 2013, the implementation of official travel in Pekalongan, if the system is at cost as it is applied to the appropriate regulations is at cost to the cost of transport and accommodation expenses. Basically the perpetrators of this business trip or feel the presence of a potential lost opportunity, that should be their right, they feel economically disadvantaged as compared official travel when the per diem system. These conditions, can be demotivating for the players to make a business trip. Then the Local Government Mayor responded by issuing Regulation No. 20 of 2013, as the basis for standardization of the new prices official travel with the price adjustment points diem and lodging costs, so as to minimize the excesses of the application of laws and regulations in the area of the Central Government and the Central Government expectations will achieve efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of official travel shopping with this system change can be achieved. Abstract

This research  aimed to examine the effect of the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, revenue and economic growth of the public sector spending in districts of  Throughout Central Java. Population had 87 distric from year 2011, 2012 and 2013, tecnic sampling used census. Data collection was  take the data from Bappeda Pati. Analysis of the data by regression analysis. The survey results revealed that the original income  has no effect on Expenditure Direct Public Sector. General Allocation Fund effect on Expenditure Direct Public Sector, indicated quite elastic and significant to Expenditure Direct Public Sector. Special Allocation Fund had no effect on Expenditure Direct Public Sector. Economic growth did not affect Expenditure Direct Public Sector. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and work environment on employee performance with self efficacy mediation. In this study the dependent variable is the employee performance, while the independent variable is the locus of control and work environment and self-efficacy as an intervening variable (mediation). This research was conducted at the Department of Agriculture and Forestry Rembang regency.  The method of data collection was done by using a questionnaire that census sample totaled 103 people. The results showed that the locus of control is significant positive effect on self-efficacy but not significant effect on the employee performance, work environment significant positive effect on self-efficacy and employee performance while self-efficacy significant positive effect on employee performance and an intervening variable (mediation) between locus of control and employee performance.
