Abstract

The success of the performance of an organization is determined by the motivation to work because it can foster employee spirit weeks to work optimally in achieving organizational goals. In order to create synergies and foster employee motivation then indispensable factors are organizational culture, competencies and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, competencies, and organizational commitment to employee performance that is mediated by the motivation to work. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture is not significant and positive effect on employee performance, competency has a negative effect and no significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment and work motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Moreover, from the research shows that work motivation mediates the full effect of organizational culture on employee performance, motivation to work full mediating effect of competence on employee performance, and motivation not mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of motivationand organizational climate on performance mediated by the job satisfactionDinas Pertanian dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Rembang. This research was conducted with a sensus method and implemented in Dinas Pertanian dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Rembang. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. Tested the validity of data collected by viewing at the magnitude of the KMO values ​​above 0.5 and the loading factors above 0.4 could be declared valid. The results demonstrate the validity of the KMO test for motivationis 0.871, KMO test for organizational climateis0.909.KMO test for job satisfactionis 0.793 and KMO test for the performance is 0.841. It can be said that all variables declared valid. Its reliability test showed the 0.895 formotivation, 0.949 for organizational climate, 0,943for job satisfaction and 0.933 for performance. These show that all variables are reliable. From the analysis and discussion show that a significant positive influence motivation on job satisfaction, significantly positive effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction, motivation is a significant positive effect on performance, organizational climate significantly positive effect on performance and job satisfaction significantly positive effect on performance. Strong influence of motivation is mediated by job satisfaction to the performance compared directly influence toward the peformance. Moreover of Organizational climate has strong influence mediated by job satisfaction to the performance compared directly influence toward the performance. Abstract

The issue of job satisfaction depends on three main components of the individual as the executor of the work, the work performed, and the organization where the individual worked. Therefore the characteristics of each component must be considered to create job satisfaction. Characteristics of the work are the nature of the duties which include responsibility, task variety and level of satisfaction derived from the work itself. The work is intrinsically satisfying and more motivating for most people than work is not satisfactory. Every person has the vision, goals, needs and abilities are different from each other. This difference will be brought in the world of work, which will lead to satisfaction with one another differently, despite working the same place. The purpose of this research is to analysis the effect characteristic of the individual and job characteristics on job satisfaction with work motivation as mediator on employof Dinas Pertanian dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Rembang. The method used is the census with a population of 103 person. Data was collected by questionnaire to be filled directly. The results indicate that individual characteristics, job characteristics and motivations significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Direct influence of individual characteristics on job satisfaction is stronger than the indirect effect of individual characteristics on job satisfaction through a motivation, or in other words, mediation is less powerful than the direct effect of individual characteristics on job satisfaction. The direct effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction is stronger than the indirect effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction through a motivation, or in other words, mediation is less robust than the direct influence of job characteristics on job satisfaction. Abstract

This research is a study that tested the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Semarang. This research has been tested on respondents who worked in the Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Semarang as employees, using SPSS Statistics Test. The results of this study explain transformsional leadership, work motivation influence on employee performance, transformational leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction can not mediate transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance because the value of the mediating coefficient is smaller than direct influence both on transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance.   Keywords: transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Personality and Performance through Empowerment against Organiztional Citizenship Behavior moderated by social capital Population Council Representative Officer at the National Family Planning Central Java Province. This research is expected to produce a useful analysis to provide empirical information about the influence of personality, empowerment, organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance with moderated social capital can be considered to            improvehumanresources.To examine the relationship between variables, the researchers used a technique Census, Data analysis using SPSS 20.00. Data were collected by using a questionnaire given to respondents study population 149 employees and entirely used as samples, while the samples were processed 118 respondents. Tests on research conducted by the test instrument validity (factor analysis) and coefficient alpha reliability test while statistical testing tool used is multiple regression analysis, t test, test and test R2 moderation. The results showed that personality positive and significant effect on OCB, Empowerment positive and significant effect on OCB, Personality positive and significant impact on employee performance, Empowerment positive and significant impact on performance, OCB positive and significant impact on employee performance, Personality no positive effect and significant impact on performance, Empowerment positive and significant impact on performance, OCB is not positive and significant impact on performance, test results showed that the OCB mediation mediate the effect of empowerment on employee performance, but OCB does not mediate the effect of personality on employee performance. The test results show that social capital moderation appropriately used as a moderating variable, which acts to moderate the relationship between empowerment employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the quality of service and handling of complaints against credit customer loyalty and satisfaction as mediating variables in PD. BKK City Branch Dempet Demak. The research sample of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling method of sampling with a predetermined set of criteria, The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of service quality on satisfaction, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of handling complaints against complacency, (3) there is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer loyalty, (4) there is a positive and significant influence between the handling of complaints on customer loyalty, (5) there is a positive and significant effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty, (6) The findings of the first mediation effect of satisfaction in mediating the effect of Quality of Service on Customer Loyalty obtained that satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty, (7) The results of the mediation effect shows that satisfaction does not mediate the effect Handling of Complaints against the Customer Loyalty. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty and trust with the mediation of switching barriers (studies on the debtor in PD. BKK Dempet Demak Guntur Branch). The research sample of 100 respondents, the sampling technique using purposive sampling is a method of sampling to establish predetermined criteria include: (1) customer PD. BKK Dempet Guntur Branch Demak ever apply for credit, (2) at least 17 years of age; (3) willing to be the respondent. The results show that there are positive influence between satisfaction with the switching barrier, there is a positive influence between confidence in the switching barrier, there is a positive effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty, there is a positive effect of trust on customer loyalty, there are positive influence between switching barrier on customer loyalty. Other results indicate switching barrier does not mediate the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty and switching barrier does not mediate the effect of trust on customer loyalty Keywords : satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty with mediation switching barriers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of empowerment, job characteristics, and motivation on employee job satisfaction with the mediation of organizational commitment study on LPK, Batang. This research is expected to produce a useful analysis to provide empirical information about the influence of personality, empowerment, organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance with moderated social capital that can be considered to improve human resources. To examine the relationship between variables, the researchers used a technique Census, data analysis using SPSS 20.00. Data were collected by using kuesinoer given to respondents study population 110 employees and entirely used as samples, while the samples were processed 110 respondents. Tests on research conducted by the test instrument validity (factor analysis) and coefficient alpha reliability test while statistical testing tool used is multiple regression analysis, t-test, R2.The results showed that the variables tested Overall, namely empowerment, job characteristics, motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction expressed both by respondenyaitu LPK employees throughout Batang district. Disampingitu, empowerment, motivation and organizational commitment expressed by the respondents could have an impact in improving job satisfaction, whereas job characteristics had no significant effect. The increase of the variable empowerment, motivation and organizational commitment has a positive contribution to the increase in employee satisfaction.Of mediation known test of organizational commitment as a mediating variable is less effective indirect effect between empowerment and motivation on employee job satisfaction. Empowerment and motivation on employee job satisfaction. Empowerment and motivation more effectively direct effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

Level successfulness of new product for example influenced by excellence of product, company reputation and brand association. Excellence of product represent one of the determinant of successfulness of new product beside influence of company reputation and brand association. Indicator a[n successful product or market do not is product become leader of market, becoming purchasing priority and lower complain. Successfulness of new product influence marketing performance. In this research is obtained by four hypothesis which have been tested. collected data from 135 responder coming from or owner of supervisor outlet seller of product of Smatphone BlackBerry in The Semarang City. Analyzer the used is to use program of statistic SPSS relase windows for 16. Result of data analysis show research result and model earn some of can be accepted. Result of this research prove that variable excellence of product have an effect on and [do] not signifikan to kesuksusesan of new product, while company reputation and brand association have an effect on to successfulness of new product. Whereas variable successfulness of new product have an effect on and do not signifiqion to marketing performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence company’s image and satisfaction with trust and its impact to clients loyalty on Prudentials insurance Pru Vision Pati. Total sample are 100 respondents, by using purposive sampling method with criteria that clients have become customers of at least 3 years. Analysis of the data in this study using regression analyzing. Hypothesis testing is used t calculated at the level of significance (α) 5%. Where mediation test using path analysis. Result of regression analysis in this study resulted in the coefficient of determination for 0,941 or in other words the changes in loyalty can be affected by the company’s image, satisfaction and trust of 4,1%. The results of this study show that company’s image positive and significant impact on clients trust, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients trust, company’s image positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, trust positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, and trust does not mediate the influence of company’s image and satisfaction of the clients loyalty.
