Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of personality and Quality Of Work Life on the performance of the mediation organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment (studies in Central Java provincial secretariat office). In a study using census method with a total population of 105 respondents. Test used is a test instrument with testing using multiple regression analysis. Test models using test R2 (coefficient of determination) and F test the hypothesis testing is using the t test. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows; 1) personality positive and significant effect on OCB, 2) QWL positive and significant effect on OCB, 3) personality positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) QWL positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 5) personality positive and significant effect on performance, 6) QWL positive and significant effect on performance. 7) OCB positive and significant impact on performance, 8) organizational commitment is positive and significant impact on performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of personality on performance. 10). OCB does not mediate the effect QWL on OCB. 11). Organizational commitment mediates the influence of personality on performance. 12). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and motivation to job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance in PT. Reycom Document Solutions. The respondents of this study amounted to 115 employees with the status of contract employees who have a service life of less than five years. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling, and multiple regression analysis techniques using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that the working environment positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, compensation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance, job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance , these results show that job satisfaction is not mediate Work Environment, Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance. Managerial implications of this research that work equipment is not currently qualified to complete the work of employees in work, yet provide adequate benefits to the employees and the company has not provided the opportunity for employees to create and innovate. Managerial should do the evaluation in order to improve the performance of employees of PT. Reycom Document Solutions. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on teacher performance with moderation principal’s leadership at ABA Kindergarten teachers Semarang. The results showed that; (1) Discipline has positive  significant impact on teacher performance (2). Motivation has positive and significant effect on the performance; (3) the principal's leadership does not have positive and significant effect on the performance of the teacher; (4) the leadership of the Principal does not moderate the influence of discipline on teacher performance; (5) the leadership of the Principal does not moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance;   Keywords : discipline, motivation, ability of principal and teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the research/study is to examine the influence of working stress and personality.toward the teachers' performance in Junior High School Pangudi Luhur Semarang, Salatiga,Ambarawa branches is moderated by organization of culture.The research/study used 118 teachers of Junior High School  Pangudi Luhur Semarang, Salatiga, Ambarawa branches populations. The research method  used regression by interaction moderation. Based on the result of the research/study can be concluded as follow:working stress didn't  give positive influence and significant toward the teacher's performance. Personality has positive influence and significant toward teachers' performance. Organization of culture influence positive and significant toward teachers' performance. The influence of stress toward teachers' performance is moderated by organization of culture, and the influence of personality toward teachers' performance is moderated by organization of culture. Abstract

This research is intended to examine the influence of motivation intrinsic and emotional intelligence to the state senior high school teachers’ work performance with the moderation of transformational leadership style. The specific purpose of this research is to examine the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance. The usage of this research is to explain and expand the previous research about the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance. This research used the population of 116 teachers of state senior high school in Pati District, Pati Regency. The technique of sample collection used in this research is non-probability sampling with the purposive method. The analysis technique used in this research is regression model moderate quasi. Based on the research result can be conduded that: intrinsic motivation influences teachers’ work performance, emotional intelligence influences the teachers’ work performance, transformational leadership style do not moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation to teachers’ work performance, , transformational leadership style strengthen the influence of emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership Style, Teachers’ Work Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teacher's performance of Public Senior High School with moderation organizational culture. The specific objective of this study is to examine the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teacher's performance. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous study on the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teacher's performance. This study used a population of high school teachers in Pati district, Pati regency were 116 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of quasi moderation. Based on the results of the study, the writer can summarize as follows: the organizational commitment does not infuent the performance of teachers, the pedagogic competence influences on teacher performance, the organizational culture influences the performance of teachers, the organizational culture strengthen the influence of organizational commitment to teacher’s performance, the organizational culture strengthen the influence of pedagogical competence on teacher’s performance.Keywords: Organizational Ccommitment, Pedagogical Competence, Organizational Culture and Teacher’s Performance

Abstract

The specific purpose of this research is to examine the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of professional competence and discipline performance  to the teachers’ work performance. The usage of this research is to explain and expand the previous researches about the role of organizational culture  moderates the influence of professional competence  and discipline performance  to the teachers’ work performance. This research used the population of 166 teachers of state senior high school in Pati District, Pati Regency. The analysis technique used in this research is regression model moderate quasi. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship of teacher competence, discipline and supervision of principals on teacher performance. Research questions posed in this study are (1) how competence affect the performance of teachers, (2) how disiplini affect the performance of teachers (3) How supervising the principal influence on the performance of teachers (4) Is the principal's supervision moderating influence on the performance of competence teacher (5) Is the principal moderate supervision disciplinary influence on teacher performance. The study population was a teacher at SMK SMK sub rayon 01 Semarang as much as 234. The samples using purposive sampling, in order to get a sample of 113 respondents. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. Technical analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that the effect on the performance of teacher competence, discipline and significant positive effect on teacher performance. supervision of the principal influence on teacher performance. supervision of the principal does not memodersi relation to the performance of teacher competence.Keywords: Competence of Teachers, Discipline, Teacher Performance and Supervision of The Principal

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics and competence of the teacher's performance with the mediation of job satisfaction in SMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who work in SMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency, amounting to 99 people as respondents. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and all questionnaires were returned with complete. Mechanical testing data used include test validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach’s alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and test mediation. The results showed that; job characteristics and competencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job characteristics and competencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job characteristics on teacher performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of the influence on the performance of teachers' competence.Keywords: Job Characteristics, Competencies, Job Satisfaction, Teacher Performance
