Abstract

Interpretation Q.S. an-Nisa '4: 3 in the discourse of interpretation always discussed both classical and contemporary interpretations. The verse is always legitimized as a polygamy verse. But among some contemporary thoughts such as Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid point out that, the verse is not an order against polygamy but rather in the context of marriage it is recommended for monogomy. Specifically, there are five hermeneutic approaches offered by Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid, socio-cultural contexts, external contexts, internal contexts, language contexts, and contexts of reading and reading. The research approach is the literature study approach which is a series of approaches relating to searching various sources of writing, whether in the form of books, articles, journals, or documents relevant to the problem under study. Thus, it can be concluded that, the application of Nazr Hamid Abu Zaid hermenutics to the interpretation of Q.S. An-Nisa '4: 3 is understood as a monogamous context rather than a command against polygamy.

Abstract

In this paper, it contains the opinion of the mufassir nusantara in using the ulum al-Qur'an method applied to the commentary. Hasbie Ash-Siddiqie in his An-Nur commentary also uses the ulum al-Qur'an method. Not all the methods in ulum al-Qur'an are explained in this paper. Only a few examples of this method, the view of Hasbi Ash-Siddiqie applies in his commentary. The method used in this paper is a description-analysis that describes the problem associated with obtaining a comprehensive understanding. It starts with reading the life history of Hasbi Ash-Siddiqie. Then the background of the commentator in writing the commentary. After that, the speaker will analyze through ulum al-Qur'an from Hasbi Ash-Siddiqie. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study (Library Research). Then the data is analyzed qualitatively.

Abstract

Islamic education as part of the national education system has a purpose want to achieve. In the process, Islamic education is inseparable from the problems faced. In the current postmodern era, Islamic education should be used as a forum the seedbed of tolerance to maintain harmony and peace. The Quran and Hadith as the main source of Islamic education must be reinterpreted and integrated with other approaches. One approach that can be integrated is with internalize socio-cultural values in learning. This approach offers a synthesis to deal with the seeds of intolerance that have begun to grow deep this nation's young generation. It is hoped that internalization of these values will be created social harmony that can be used as provisions by young Muslims in life sociable.

Abstract

Hadist sebegai sumber hukum islam kedua setelah al-Qur’an mempunyai peran penting dalam proses istinbath hukum dalam Islam. Peran hadits sebagai bayan bagi al-Qur’an tidak dapat diragukan terdapat kebenarannya karena ia pula datang dari Rasulullah Saw. sebagai utusan Allah Swt. untuk menjelaskan apa saja yang diperintah oleh-Nya melalui perantara malaikat Jibril As dan tentunya bersifat mutlak. Seiring perkembangan dan perjalanan waktu, hadits menjadi pusat kajian bagi para pemerhati dibidang tersebut untuk mengkaji kaji lebih mendalam guna mengungkapkan keunikan Hadits Nabawi sebagai sumber hukum bertujuan untuk menambah khazanah keilmuwan dan paling penting memberi bekas pada praktek sehari-hari. Namun tidak saja pemikir dan sarjana Muslim yang menitik beratkan perhatiannya di bidang kajian Hadits dan Ulumul Hadits, para ilmuwan Barat juga menjadikan Hadits sebagai objek penelitian dalam rangka menguji keotentikan dan validitas Hadist sebagai sumber hukum yang dirujuk oleh umat Islam. Artikel sederhana ini akan mencoba mengulas bagaimana Otentisitas dan Validitas Hadits Nabi dari berbagai pandangan dan penulis coba analisis keilmuwan yang ada.

Abstract

This article describes the method solution of the maqbul hadith against one another (mukhtalif), which is hadith authenticity or goodwill looks opposite each other authentic hadith or other hadan. However, the meaning of the hadiths it's not the opposite, because with each other on the principle can be solved by: First, compromise trying to collect both, until he lost his match. Second, the goal is to find where between the two hadiths that came first, and where it comes from then. Then the hadith came over first it must be deduced by the hadith who came later. Third, Tarjih is doing research on which powerful hadith neither his nor his eyes, for targeted. A powerful hadith is called a hadith rajih, while the target is called crushed. The solution is according to al-Shafi'i.
