Abstract

Employees as a source of performance measures of a company, become an important component for well-managed existence. Employees with good title, it should get an award from the company. Companies also need to properly oversee the performance of employees, to be known and chosen, a good employee for later promoted to a higher level and supervisory employees who need to get the job to be improved or even employees who can no longer to be retained to work in a company.Decision Tree method in this study are integrated with the fuzzy algorithm to be able to choose the employee at a time. Many companies are implementing the determination of employee at a time in every month or even in every week, to be able to lift the performance of the employee to continue the better work orat least to be able to continue to defend his performance.Fuzzy algorithm will later perform a discrete calculation son the values that appear vague on that assessment appear son the employee side. Decision Tree method will provide a solution that decisions about employees can be expressed as employee at a time based on data obtained at one time. The next decision is still held by the company to be able to determine the decisions of some of the solutions produced by the method of the Decision Tree

Abstract

e-Government implementation has not been fully e-government in our country, its scale is still in its most basic level is the level of information, while the second level was already in. (interaction) have not been able to function properly. so that the goals expected by the government has not yet reached maximum. Some of the factors that lead to less maximal application of e-Government can be enhanced by m-Government, one of the things that makes the implementation of m-Government can develop the infrastructure that is better able to reach by the public both in terms of cost and knowledge

Abstract

Tracer Study today now required to become an official activity carried out by the entire campus in Indonesia to carry out supervision of all activities of the alumni. Observations on the date of graduation from college, a long wait after getting a job for the first time, information about the location currently occupied jobs, wages earned, as well as the input to the campus about the demands of jobs.Information systems are made with the integration between the use of web media that can later be used by the Alumni to update the data itself, as well as media use SMS Gateway which will provide another convenience for the Alumni to give her information to the college with the last condition.Information systems design and integration of web based and sms gateway is started from the analysis of the system to be constructed, database and relational database design that required, the design of interfaces for the integration of the two media are created, and testing sistem to be use, using a blackbox test and alpha test for completeness of the information that will provide.Login and password on a web media for Alumni will be given after a student to register using SMS Gateway. With the mobile phone-based registration is also ultimately to be a connectivity campus with Alumni, information about the alumni meeting, current information about the college and job information to the alumni who did not get a job or wanting to to move a new job.

Abstract

The basic definitions of fuzzy independent set, fuzzy dominating set,and fuzzy independent dominating sets are discussed. The aim of this paper is to find on what conditions the fuzzy graph has equal domination number and independent domination number. It is discussed briefly and also when the fuzzy graph is domination perfect is proved. Finally, the independent domination number for a connected fuzzy graph is obtained.

Abstract

With the expansion of global trade, computerization and communications, plain language descriptions of products and services need to be replaced by identification and product tracing systems that are usable in all trade and industry sectors worldwide. Product traceability is the process of maintaining records of all materials and parts from purchasing to finished goods where a unique number identify a part, batch, or a finished product.Traceability provides the ability to identify and track a product or a component to its point of origin. The point of origin may be a particular lot or batch, production line and time frame, field, or supplier. Product traceability is very important to reliability. If a particular lot of a critical component is found to be defective after being used in product that is already sold, traceability provides a means of identifying the units for recall. Some products (e.g. aircraft components, fresh produce, meat) require complete traceability. Here are some of the benefits and solutions provided with product identification and tracing: Procedures for identifying and tracing the product during all stages of production, delivery & installation; Requires knowing what parts comprise the product, their specification, their status, etc; Requires knowing the exact content of products that have been delivered to each customer so that the right customer service can be provided; Helps to satisfy “Process Control”.In this paper we are going to accent on EAN UCC numbering system where EAN stands for European Article Numbering and UCC stands for Uniform Code Council. EAN/UCC numbers provide unique and unambiguous identification for worldwide recognition and can improve the efficiency and exchanging information between supply chain participants.Parts Traceability Information System used by PT. Mecoin do to record a part-part starting from the arrival until assembled into products used by each part will kWh meter. So that in a product can be traced GRS kWh meter that is used by each part. As for the concept of the approach taken is an object-oriented approach is to view the problem by using a model - a model that is organized (which combines the issues surrounding the concept of data structure and behavior of an entity). In this approach, the software organization is a collection of discrete objects that work together, communicate and interact to a certain target.

Abstract

As one of alternative source of renewable energy, wind energy has an excellence prospect in Indonesia, particularly in coastal and hilly areas that has potential wind to generate electricity for residential use. There is urgent need to locally develop the low cost inverter of wind generator system for residential use. Recent developments of power electronic converters and embedded computing allow improvement of power electronic converter devices that enable integration of microcontrollers in its design. In this project, an inverter circuit with suitable control scheme design was developed. The circuit was to be used with a selected topology of Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) to convert electricity generated by 500W direct-drive permanent magnet type wind generator which is typical for residential use. From single phase AC output of the generator, rectifier circuit is designed to convert AC to DC voltage. Then DC-DC boost converter was used to step up the voltage to a nominal DC voltage suitable for domestic use. The proposed inverter then will convert the DC voltage to sinusoidal AC. The duty cycle of sinusoidal Pulse-Width Modulated (SPWM) signal controlling switches in the inverter was generated by a microcontroller. The lab-scale experimental rig involves simulation wind of wind generator by running geared DC motor coupled with 500W wind generator where the prototype circuit was connected at generator output. Experimental circuit produced output voltage single phase 240V sinusoidal AC voltage with frequency of 50Hz. Measured total harmonics distortion (THD) of the voltage across load was 4.0% which is within limit of 5% as recommended by IEEE Standard 519-1992.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the behavior of structural elements of precast reinforced concrete beams which are connected with wet and dry connections. Specimen used was 30 MPareinforced concrete beams with 6 pieces of 8 mm diameter main reinforcement which are placed on two rollers at the joint pedestal of each end and has a rectangular cross section of prismatic 10x18 cm2. Wet connection is a connection that uses a polymer concrete material of 40 MPa with a grafting method using prepacked method. The result of the research is expected to contribute to the development of precast concrete in buildingconstruction in Indonesia. In the elastic condition, the beam monolith has the largest natural frequency of the value, but a wet connection beam has a low natural frequency value. The difference of this natural frequency value also equal to the condition of crack and ultimit.

Abstract

in this research we examine aspects of the interdependence between economic development and the use of environmental and natural resources assets from global data published by united nations.  for that purpose, we use data mining techniques.data mining techniques applied in this paper were: 1) group method of data handling (gmdh), originally from engineering, introducing principles of evolution - inheritance, mutation and selection - for generating a network structure systematically to develop the automatic model, synthesis, and its validation; 2) step wise regression were also applied for some cases.data sets for this research consist of one sets integration data of air quality data and macroeconomic data of the cross-country data of world development indicator 2003 (wdi 2003).  the result shows that the mortality rate of children under five years old is dependent on sanitation and water facilities obtained from gmdh results. however, the results from step-wise regression shows that mortality rate was dependent on annual deforestation, particulate matter, nationally protected area, with the big contribution was from annual deforestation.
