Abstract

The technology is now highly developed rapidly. One example of progress is the human automation system tools. A wide variety of tools have been created with the aim to facilitate human in doing hisjob, but with the automation system is then expected human tools that already exist can now work more efficiently and effectively lighten the burden of the work of man. Agriculture now also beenhighly developed. It can be seen from the limited agricultural land so that people start looking formore efficient ways of doing agricultural development with the limited land owned. This developmentcan be seen with the new agricultural methods, one of which is known as hydroponic energy system. The automation system can be applied in farming methods with the making automation tool that cancontrol some aspects such as water temperature, acidity / alkalinity of the water (pH) and nutrients in plants using hydroponic plant maintenance. By incorporating technology into the right farmingmethods, then we will get results more effective and efficient and will directly alleviate the burden of the work of man. On the basis of this thought behind the making of the automation system for thecontrol of this hydroponic plants. Hydroponics is growing plants and growing techniques that utilize water instead of soil by emphasizing the need nutrients, temperature and pH for plants. Needs ofhydroponic water at less than the plant with soil media, so is suitable for areas that have water supply and limited land

Abstract

Remarkable progress in the field of information technology and telecommunications led to the emergence of demand for secure communication environment and have privacy. Steganography is a method used to disguise the presence of confidential information, making it difficult to detect its presence by people who do nothave the authority for the information. Additionally, steganography can be applied to multimedia such as text, images, audio / video and protocols. Problems often arise in research on steganography, among others, the low capacity of concealment, less pharmaceutics stego-image, as well as the poor quality of stego-image is generated. This study aims to create a digital image steganography safe, sturdy, has a high masking capacity and has good imperceptibility, so the fidelity and recovery capabilities will be good anyway. The method proposed in this study manggabungkan Integer Wavelet Transform technique that aims to increase the capacity of concealment Furthermore this research is done on the CIELAB color space, where CIELAB can produce digital images with high compression range and a small color deviations on wavelet transform. In the watermarking technique in wavelet domain, CIELAB has the most excellent robustness compared with other color spaces. For security measures, used steganalyzer's ROC performance and PSNR of the quality of stego-image is generated

Abstract

The preservation of buildings in a municipal conservation area is not sufficiently supported by the regulations imposed on the building when it is restored or converted. The immediate area surrounding the conservation building remains a freely constructed area. The existence of the new buildings can unwittingly threaten the continuity of the conserved buildings. Other forms of threat to the preservation of cultural heritage buildings other than demolition are fire hazards that may originate from buildings around preservation objects that may endanger the continuity of conserved buildings. When access to fire-fighting and human-saving assistance is only by dismantling old building, even conservancy  building have to yield.  Consideration to the classification of the conservation building, its location in the downtown area, the situation and the density of the surrounding area, adjacent building function and the architectural style of the conservation building is not enough. The readiness of new buildings in terms of response to the fire ignition, the preparedness of water facilities for fire suppression within 45 minutes, occupants rescue, accessibility of assistance, becomes a matter of concern when the building permit is issued. The prediction of time egress for occupants by utilizing IES (Integrated Environmental Solutions) technology, applied to a design as an example can be used as the basis for designing rescue paths, determining the assembly points as a save destination,  early in the design process. The results of this time calculation can also be used to prepare the postoccupation fire management in the future. The right action based on the available time to save the conservation area's inhabitants and its surroundings, will also save the conservation building

Abstract

An artificial neural network is a representation of the 'artificial' of the human brain is always trying to simulate the learning process of the human brain. As nerves are the cells that process information in the brain and form a network as a whole. The term 'artificial' used in neural networks implemented using a computer program that is able to resolve a number of the calculation process during the learning process. An artificial neural network model a structure similar to the human brain. An artificial neural network has been used for image pattern recognition, character, and sound that is always trying to simulate the learning process of the human brain, one it is in the process of character recognition. How it works is an input image is converted to form a 10 x 10 matrix is then stored in a knowledge base file. The patterns saved earlier will be used as a pattern to be referenced at the time of the test pattern on the computer. The test is performed by comparing the test pattern with the pattern that has been stored on a computer by using ANN. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is an application in pattern recognition to recognize the characters in digital images. OCR applications are already found in smartphones, especiallythe use of Android. Besides adequate hardware specifications for digital image processing, development of open-source library for image processing on the Android facilitate the development of software.

Abstract

College in London has been quite a lot, of course, we've all been know it that universities are places of learning activities that must be met by the student, faculty and staff of the college course requires attendance Students, faculty and staff as proof of attendance. Attendance system that is still used manually, which certainly has many short comings example: first waste paper and require many spending on paper, the two students one sign column of the signing, the three professors forgot to bring or put absent so that, absent are not carried away by the lecturers teacher.

Abstract

Electricity is the energy needed by the human subject. Planning Director of PT PLN (Persero) Nicke Widyawati say, until 2017 thiscapacity electricinstalled new nationally has 53 585 MW of electrical capacity. Our electrification ratio remained at 81.5%, or about 40 million people untapped power facilities. Research titled "Experimental Study of Effects of Variation Use Fuel Types Of Generators With Loads Small House." The purpose of this study is to be aware of differences in the effect of different fuels on performance and exhaust emissions generator. This study uses research library or library research, field work, and there is no single source of data is the primary source. The cornerstone of the theory used is Faraday, otto cycle and exhaust emissions. Based on data analysis, we concluded that among premium fuel, pertalite, and pertamax, fuel pertamax good fuel is used in the generator. Because there are several factors why fuel pertamax can be said to be better among the three of the fuel, both in the exhaust emissions, as well as in the time of usage

Abstract

This paper presents a decision model for technical solution options on building system selection. There are many studies on design decision making using multicriteria, such as in assessment of exterior building wall system; selection of steel structure; structural alternatives of prefabricated concrete and metal clad; and roof system selection. The characteristic of value criteria has not been widely used to previous research. Existing models that are commonly accepted are optimization-based models, for example aggregation methods, but these are not able to solve the problem of value criteria on design decision. The model is based on a satisficing function/cost preferences. It is multi-attribute, and the environment is in a Value Management (VM) process. Since “value” is the main single objectives for the decision model of VM, the attributes for this decision model therefore is function and cost. This also provides the method to construct the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis for the cost attributes and the Function Analysis System Technique (FAST) for the function attributes. This research applies the satisficing game method where function and cost of solution techniques for a building system is formulated and the reduction of the technical solutions based on function/cost preferences can be made. Therefore solving the problem on computerizing the creativity of human/decision participant helps to elaborate on every possibility of the technical solutions and reduce them before choosing the best solution
