Abstract

Various surveys show that the key to corporate success lies not only on the product or service being offered but how far the company’s efforts to satisfy the needs of its customers. Companies have to provide products or services that match customer needs and wants, and then maintain close relations with customers. Customer loyalty will be the key to success, not only in the short term but sustainable competitive advantage. This is because customer loyalty has strategic value for the company. One way that proved effective and successful to meet and satisfy customer needs is through the CRM (Customer Relationship Management). CRM is not new in the business world. Customer Relationship has long been applied by traditional businessmen. Technology in the form of a web can be utilized as a catalyst in improving the quality of CRM. Combining Technology and CRM in a business called E-CRM. E-CRM application development web based on PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa aims to analyze and design company and customer needs. The research method used in this writing is descriptive survey method primarily associated with the customer. The analysis tool used is the model porter five forces and industry analysis: CPM Matrix, the External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE), the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE), SWOT Matrix, IE Matrix, SPACE Matrix, and Grand Strategy Matrix to identify alternative strategies can be applied. Alternative strategy is then measured with a Matrix QSP charm, coupled with the approach of Object Oriented Analysis and Design as the basis for the development of E-CRM application based on web. Abstract

PFI is a financing institution (multifinance) that since 2004, focusing on consumer finance who want to own a motorcycle. PFI has been utilizing the information system and technology (IS/IT) in the overall business processes both on the system application is currently running (lights on), infrastructure, services, management and application projects planning. The research objective was to give a clear picture to the management about benefits and impacts that can be obtained from the IS/ IT investment both lights on and appplication projects. Researchers propose to analyze the lights on and the application projects is using the New Information Economics (NIE) and uses four of the NIE five practices that are Demand/Supply Planning, Innovation, Prioritization, and Alignment. The research result is an IS/IT strategy investment in the lights on, fulfilling the needs of the IS/IT, the creation of new innovations, as well as priority application projects based on the company’s strategic direction. Conclusions obtained are the company can find out where the lights on should be developed, improved, or even ignored. And to knowing which application projects should take precedence, so the company can allocate future resources to the lights on and the right application projects that supports corporate strategic direction.Keywords: lights on, application projects, New Information Economics (NIE)

Abstract

The research objective was to evaluate and determine how far the application of information system inventories that are running (including management controls and application controls) have been able to provide reliable information and where time and reduce risk to an acceptable level by the company also provides recommendations for companies in order to minimize the risk that existed at the moment. The research method used “around the computer” is testing and evaluating audit through management control, in performing input and output controls for application systems based on the quality of input supply and output that will produce a report. The results of this study was to determine the inventory of information system applications that use the SS company can provide adequate and reliable information and timely, thus simplifying the management to make sound decisions related to inventory policy.Keywords: audit, information systems inventory, control, corporate

Human Resource Information System has become a reference to get assurances from the availability of appropriate manpower to occupy a position and the right job and right time for organizations to realize the goals and objectives of the company. Therefore, the company will be in desperate need of a performance of high quality human resources. Interaction with computer is considered with excitement because perhaps it is more efficient. But, there was an endangering aspect which also would mount which was a health work. Health problem came from the intensity of computer usage, in a low level or injury trouble which emerged for the long run after when using a computer. By evolusive, the end result became equal in the form of serious health trouble. Abstract

The research purpose is to analyze and design the Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that runs as well as identifying the needs and requirements of the new system that is made to fix the weaknesses in systems and sales. The research method used is the method of analysis and design methods. Methods of analysis by analyzing the problems in the current system, identify information needs and system requirements. The design method used is the database design, form and appearance of the screen. The results to be achieved is to produce a draft of Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that can find solutions to existing systems with computerized systems that can help the company deal with the problems in the system is running. Conclusions obtained are that the Information System Accounting Information and the sale of inventories, which were given suggestions and solutions for computerized systems can assist company management in the decision making process because it can generate reports more accurate and faster than less efficient systems. With the use of Accounting Information Systems sales and inventories, companies can overcome the problems encountered so far.Keywords: accounting information systems, sales, inventory

Abstract

Competition among textile companies is very heavy, especially when dealing with the WTC event in America. This caused a hard shock for the textile companies in Indonesia because many textile companies must divert their focus to local market. As we know, if most of textile companies divert their attention to domestic market, the next problem will happen is more companies entering to local or domestic market, so that more increasing the competition among textile companies. Competition occurs is price competition so that textile companies must continuously introspect themselves so they can compete, and the next is time. In an increasingly competitive world now caused it needs a new breakthrough, in time of samples creating and also textile production itself. The production amount resulted per day is large so that it must be absorbed by market. They can be marketed through a hypermarket or a traditional market. Therefore, the use of information technology is very useful for winning the competition among textile mill. Because the work of the textile industry also must obtain a new order that is done, it needs to make an existing production model of the new order (Just In Time); made to reduce the amount of stock that is stored, it will follow the Japanese style, which is called the Kanban system. Abstract

Parents of children with special needs generally face skepticism from within himself and rejection from family or the environment when faced with the fact that their children are special children. Therefore, they need environments where they can share with each other so they are more powerful in supporting children to develop. Clinic Indigrow as parents and school partners in developing the child optimally, having a few problems relating to the operation of their services, the problems are: The schedule consultation/evaluation by a doctor that often can not be implemented because the doctor had to attend seminars abroad, oversee the implementation of home programs, and also in providing education and support for parents. With eCRM organization will be able to improve its services to support parents. ECRM for Clinical Development Indigrow starting from the analysis of internal factors and external, and then further analyzed using the SWOT Matrix and Matrix IE to get an alternative strategy in accordance with business conditions Indigrow Clinic. ECRM systems analysis and design were calculated using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA & D) and documented with notations Unified Modeling Language (UML). In accordance with the problems encountered in the initial research, analysis and design, the focus is limited to the field of service. Results of the design is the eCRM system that can be developed and utilized by the Clinic Indigrow to provide more support to parents of patients.Keywords: service, eCRM, indigrow children

Abstract

Currently the facility provided by mobile phones is very diverse. Starting from the phone, SMS, camera, music player, all rolled into one. Obviously the phone can also be used as electronic keys to replace the existing analog key at this time. Usually, to open a door key one must use a key, so to access a lot of doors must have a lot of different keys. But if the phone is used as an electronic key access control must implement all the keys are not needed anymore, just with one phone can open many locks. Simulation of an electronic lock is designed to use the phone as a remote control, and the computer as a central controller. Communication between mobile phones and computers using Bluetooth. While functioning as a door lock which is connected via parallel port of computer. This electronic key system to apply Access Control using RC4 encryption and MD5 Hashing. Design modules are built using NetBeans IDE 4.1 and the MySQL database, with some additional libraries. Libraries that are mobility netbeans 4.1, mysql-connector-java-3.0.9, BlueCove, Bluelet-Benhui.
