Jurnal Administrasi Bisnis is issued two (2) times a year, every March and September, which contains essays or research results in Business Administration. Abstract

The plastic industry is one of the growing industries because the plastic packaging industry plays an important role in the supply chain for strategic sectors such as food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and electronics. However, the plastics industry also faces many challenges from government policies due to its regulation to reduce the use of plastic packaging. Indonesia is acknowledged as the second-largest contributor to plastic waste after China. This has led to big cities in Indonesia initiate policies to reduce and to ban plastic use. This certainly can be a problem for plastic companies. Therefore, the company should have a good strategy in dealing with that policy. In this study, the authors try to analyze strategies that are appropriate for PT DHI to be able to survive facing policies that put pressure on PT DHI. By conducting interviews, observations, and analyzing various internal and external factors and SWOT matrix analysis shows that PT. DHI besides running the existing products, PT. DHI has to start developing environmentally friendly plastic bag products and take the opportunity that there are 15% - 46% potential customers that will choose green products

Abstract

The bakery industry is one of the contributors to economic growth in the food and beverage industry sector. The growth of the bakery industry is influenced by changes in urban lifestyles where people are now accustomed to consuming bakery products for breakfast, to eat with coffee and so forth. PT. X is a bakery company that was founded in 2004 and is located in Bandung City. The increase in demand for bakery products has influenced this company to better understand its company's position so that it can determine the right strategy going forward to compete with competitors.This research uses a case study method. The data analysis technique uses PESTEL analysis, Porter's 5 Forces, Internal Environmental Analysis which will then be calculated by IFE & EFE Matrix to determine the company's position.The results showed that at this time PT.X is in quadrant I in IE Matrix. This shows that the influence of strengths and weaknesses has a greater influence on business activities and production. Therefore, the most appropriate strategy to use is an intensive strategy or integration strategy.Keywords: Competitive Business Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Bakery Industry

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa perluang yang baik bagi para pelaku usaha di industri teknologi informasi. PT Atrium Propugnatorum Teknika merupakan salah 1 perusahaan start up di Indonesia yang bergerak di industri tersebut. PT Atrium Propugnatorum Teknika berfokus pada pengembangan perangkat lunak, namun memiliki kendala di mana perusahaan kesulitan untuk memperoleh dan mempertahankan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten di bidang pengembangan perangkat lunak (programmer). Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan bermaksud untuk membangun sistem penilaian kinerja untuk memaksimalkan sumber daya manusia yang tersedia saat ini agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang konsisten kepada calon konsumen dan konsumen mereka.Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif analitis yang akan menggambarkan kondisi ekternal yang mempengaruhi PT Atrium Propugnatorum Teknika dan memaparkan rancangan sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai sesuai dengan proses penilaian kinerja pegawai saat ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Porter 5’s Forces dan BPMN.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data perusahaan saat ini cukup untuk menjalankan sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan. Data perusahaan yang ada dapat diolah secara otomatis untuk menghasilkan informasi mengenai kinerja pegawai sesuai dengan predikat yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil tanggapan dari PT Atrium Propugnatorum Teknika, rancangan sistem penilaian kinerja ini sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan untuk memantau kinerja karyawan. Rancangan sistem ini dapat dimaksimalkan dengan pembaharuan kompetensi dan parameter yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi ekternal dan internal perusahaan.

Abstract

Empowerment of Human Resources through the correct management procedures to be one way in managing the existing Human Resources. Through the process of Talent Management as a way to identify to recruit, to develop, to retain and to maintain human resources can be managed properly and correctly. The type of research is descriptive research, which aims to describe how the state of the company today, then to conduct the process of identifying how a talent can be managed by the company. Data was collected from observations, interviews, surveys, and data record of directly from the company. Researcher began by looking for ways in which talent can be identified, how to process and how to recruit, develop, and retain employees in the company.The results describe the process of formulating and identifying the criteria of a talent, and how to recruit and select talents, as well as to propose talent development programs, and ways to retain talent. Specifically, this research takes cases for positions in the human resource and human capital divisions.The researcher gives suggestions for Talent Management implementation in the company, starting with the socialization of Talent Management and Talent Management model of Retail X. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop talent criteria formulation, for special competency competencies for positions outside the human resource and human capital divisions. Followed by an assessment and development program for selected talents.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndonesian people have a variety of hobbies and activities. Today, a hobby that is being cultivated is one of the hobbies related to outdoor activities In carrying out hobbies and outdoor activities, supporting equipment is needed to carry out these activities. Because of this it creates an outdoor business opportunity, one of them is a tactical equipment business. PT. S is one company that sells tactical equipment. PT. S has problems in purchasing procedures, especially in making purchasing decisions. Therefore PT. S requires an information system that is a management control system. The system development process carried out publishes system analysis and system design.The research method used in this study is descriPT.ive analytical. Data analysis techniques use Laudon diagrams, five strength porters, SWOT analysis to analyze external and internal considerations. The Business Challenge Bundle is used to map needs related to the system design needed by PT. S.After determining the system analysis, the system design used by researcher is Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN), User Interface, and Decision Tree. Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) to evaluate actual business processes and proposed business process. User interface to help users access information systems. Abstract

Salon Strawberry adalah salon dengan konsep „rumahan‟ yang membuat pelanggan merasa nyaman layaknya melakukan perawatan di rumah. Karyawan salon harus mengingat kebutuhan masing-masing pelanggan sehingga pelanggan puas dan kembali melakukan perawatan berkelanjutan di Salon Strawberry. Akan tetapi hal tersebut menjadi permasalahan apabila karyawan yang bersangkutan tidak hadir dan karyawan lain tidak tahu kebutuhan pelanggan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi dan literatur tentang sistem informasi, salon pengembangan bisnis, dan proses bisnis salon. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan BCB, Kerangka MIT 90‟s dan BPMN untuk menggambarkan proses bisnis yang ada dan saran untuk peningkatan proses bisnis Strawberry Salon.Hasil penelitian ini berupa desain sistem pengingat yang dapat diusulkan ke salon untuk memberikan peringatan perawatan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan seperti telepon, SMS atau email. Sistem dibuat dengan mengumpulkan data pelanggan, menganalisis pola pembelian masing-masing pelanggan, pengelompokan pelanggan, dan menentukan metode pengingat yang tepat untuk pelanggan.
