Abstract

This study aims to determine how the family's economic management strategy fishing communities in Sub Tupa'biring Pangkep. Some things that will be revealed is the profile of women fishermen; the role and function of wives of fishermen in his home life; socio-cultural background conditions the wife work outside the domestic sphere; partnership relationship between husband and wife, especially in the allocation of work time and decision-making as well as its relationship with the welfare of the family.  This study is an ex post facto study, informants purposively taken as many as 50 people, consisting of 25 husbands and 25 wives. Data were collected through observation and interviews using a structured interview guide, and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative frequency table and table percentage is equipped with the interview.  The results of this study indicate that: (1) The wives of fishermen on the islands community subdistrict Tupa'biring Pangkep work involved the public domain because of socio-cultural environment supports, vice versa, the husband worked diranah domestic help. (2) The principle Sibali - Akkareso and meaning Siri ' underlying mutual cooperation between husband and wife is one with a reflection on the allocation of work time and in decision-making, this is the family's economic management strategies island communities District of Tupa'biring Pangkep, and (3) The condition of the fishing community households Tupa'biring District of the islands are in the living standards of families in One

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the utilization of fund school operating costs ( BOS ). The population in this study is the overall head of the schools at the basic education level elementary and junior high school and the sample was 20% of the number of elementary and junior high schools in the city of Makassar. The type of data analyzed is secondary data that is in the form of the document reports a year-long BOS LPJP made quarterly. Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results of data analysis use BOS funds in schools should be based on agreements and joint decision between BOS School Management Team, Board of Teachers, and School Committee should be listed as one source of revenue in RKAS / budgets, in addition to the funds obtained from the local government or other sources legitimate. The agreement use of the funds (and other funds such ) should be put in writing in the form of meeting minutes are attached to the signature of all participants who attended the meeting. From all the BOS funds received by schools, schools are required to use some of those funds to buy textbooks or replace damaged. Books must be purchased at the primary level is the book subjects Religious Education, and Arts subjects and skills, while the junior level is the book of Social Sciences subjects and subjects of Information and Communication Technology. Use of the funds for transportation and money tired for civil service teachers are allowed only in the course of a school activity other than the obligation of teaching hours. Magnitude or unit costs for transportation and money tired civil servant teachers on duty outside the teaching hours be within reasonable limits. Abstract

This study aims to determine what are the factors that cause learning difficulties students in social studies and what are the efforts that teachers in addressing students' learning difficulties in social studies subjects in SMP Negeri 4 Makassar. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. While based on the sources and types of data in this study there are two , namely primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by researchers is the result of interviews with school principals, teachers Field of Social Studies, Teacher BK, and some students and IX5 VIII7 class, while secondary data obtained from the archives, as well as documents obtained by investigators. The data collection techniques in this study using the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation, then dianilisis with qualitative descriptive technique.The results showed that the factors that cause learning difficulties students in social studies subjects in SMP 4 Makassar is the internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include sick / unhealthy body, talents, interests, and motivations. While external factors include teachers, factors equipment / facilities, a school and a lack of discipline, as well as the factor of mass media and social environment. Of several factors that are found in the field, the most dominant factors that cause learning difficulties students in social studies originated from the students themselves are factors of interest, and the efforts of teachers in addressing students' learning difficulties in social studies subjects in SMP 4 Makassar is the selection of appropriate learning methods, providing training in the form of homework, increase student interest, and to cooperate with the school and engage with the parents.

Abstract

The dynamics of community life in the era of reform and autonomy of blood very quickly. Along with it, the construction of a keyword to Membincang the community life better, prosperous, independent and religious. The collar condition seems not easy and fast to be realized. Therefore very many factors that must be involved and require attention especially to the leaders as the locomotive development process. Leadership one of which determine the success of the development process. Aspects of leadership in the community also become urgent to assess its contribution in the development process. The latter was, in every region is no exception in South Sulawesi local wisdom in the community still has historically maintained in the socio-cultural aspects of concrete existence in the mind, heart and attitude behavior. Numun existence in providing leadership role and influence in a leader sometimes left behind and more neglected. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of character values in social studies learning in SMP Negeri 18 Makassar, whatever, which is a factor supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of character values in social studies learning in SMP Negeri 18 Makassar, and how the implications of the application of values character values in social studies learning in SMP 18 Makassar.This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, ie a process of collecting data systematically and intensively to acquire knowledge and information. So in this study, researchers observe and interact with the principal, waka curriculum, social studies teacher and the students of SMP Negeri 18 Makassar with interviews and search for data by reviewing documentation.Based on the research results to obtain the result that the application of character values in social studies learning in SMP 18 Makassar is through policies of the principal to implement the values of the characters in each learning especially those on learning social studies, social studies teacher in the business of applying the values of character which includes a three -stage process: first the planning, implementation and evaluation. Supporting factor in the application of the values of the characters in SMP Negeri 18 Makassar with the availability of school facilities that support the implementation of the values of character, while the inhibiting factor has not been found to be significant. The implications of the development or application of the values of characters that can be observed through several advances such as improved learning environment, improvement of the quality of the school environment, improvement of the quality of social relationships in school, improved student academic achievement and creativity in extracurricular activities

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of media use and learning social studies student achievement in SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa. As well as to determine the presence or absence of a relationship between the use of media influence on the achievement of learning social studies students in Junior High School beajar 3 Marioriawa.The study was conducted with descriptive quantitative statistical approach. The variables consisted of the use of instructional media (variable X ) and learning outcomes (Y ). The population of this study were students of SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa much as 134 people as well as a sample of class VIII as many as 33 people. The data collection technique is observation , questionnaires , and documentation . Data analysis techniques performed by descriptive statistical analysis and statistical analysis infrensial . Based on the research results can be seen that illustrates the effect of the use of instructional media in the category of " very good " and a picture of student learning outcomes fall into the category of " good ". And there is a relationship between the use of instructional media for improving student learning outcomes in SMP Negeri 3 Marioriawa

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of participation of parents Junior High School I Kajuara in Bone and to describe the level of achievement of social studies students SMP I Kajuara in Bone and determine the influence of parental involvement on student achievement Junior High School I Kajuara Bone County.This study uses a quantitative study with a population of 57 , because the population is relatively large and can not be researched all that is necessary to determine a sample of the population of the 36 people which is 16 % of the population for this study is a research sample. Data collection was done by using the questioner, observation, interviews and documentation . The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis .The results showed that: The level of parent participation are in both categories, with the average value ( mean ) of the participation of parents ( variable X ) at 72.06 where the average value is consulted in Table 6 are at intervals of 63-77 with a frequency of 29 students which means belonging to the category of " good ", with a standard deviation of 5.440. Achievement social studies students of SMP Negeri I Kajuara Bone district classified in the category of " good ' ', seen from the average value ( the mean ) for student learning outcomes ( Y ) at 81.61 which is in the range 75-89 with a standard frequency deviation of 3.417 with 34 students from 36 students. The results of hypothesis testing showed that there was a significant relationship between the participation of parents of students in social studies achievement Junior High School I Kajuara Bone County . Where r calculate > r table with sample ( N ) amounted to 36 people or 0.731 > 0.329

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mengembnagkanpembelajaran Creativity teachers teach social studies in SMP Negeri 23 Makassar . In this study the analysis used is descriptive qualitativ. The focus of research is the teacher is teaching creativity in SMP Negeri 18 Makassar. Where the author just wanted to obtain data related to the efforts of teachers' creativity in developing learning IPS Subjects in SMP 18 Makassar as the creativity of teachers in lesson planning , creativity of teachers in the implementation of learning, in order to further maximize the application of creativity in learning Subject The SMP 18 Makasaar.Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate Efforts Creativity Learning Teacher In developing subjects in SMP 18 Makassar namely Creativity Master in Planning Learning and Creativity Teachers In Learning Implementation. Where is the creativity of the learning plan addressed the issue of teacher effort in preparing lesson plans, teacher effort in providing book- textbooks (revised) learning materials, teachers ' efforts in making LKS creativity, and creativity of teachers' efforts in selecting instructional media while creative efforts of teachers in the implementation of learning addressed the issue of teacher's creativity in open / start learning, creativity in the member motivation of teachers to students, teachers creativity in building concentration of students, teachers creativity in selecting methods, media, materials and strategies of learning, creativity teachers in classroom management and creativity of teachers in the assessment of student learning outcomes. Abstract

He regional administration in Indonesia has experienced a significant shift from centralized to the decentralized models. The change Occurs in line with the reform era and government political system after the collapse of the New Order regime in 1998. Reform of the areas of government with decentralized models embodied in the Act Nomor22 of 1999 on Local Government the which is then converted menjadiUndang-Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government, and Laws No. 25 of 1999 on Financial Balance between Central and Regional the which is then converted into Law No. 33 of 2004 on Financial Balance between the Central Government and the Local Government. The birth of two regional autonomy law aims to create regional autonomy in the framework of Kasatuan Republic of Indonesia (Sarundayang, 2003). Implications of decentralization policy is implemented a delegation of authority implementation of government affairs of the Central Government to the Government area. Through the decentralization of local government has the right to organize the implementing governmental affairs in accordance with the potential, needs and problems in Reviews their respective regions.Government Affairs under the authority of local government Consists of obligatory functions and affairs of choice.
