Abstract

This research used the research object at the employees of P2PNFI Regional II Semarang. Every organization should have a disire to reach the optimal result of the work, in this case it needs to increase the organizational commitment, because it influences the competency of employees. Further more, Organization needs to develop the compentence of the employees by training and also increasing the quality of the work environment, because both variables are important to reach the output of the employees.This research is aimed to analize the influence of training to organizational commitment, analize the influence of the work environment to organizational commitment, analize the influence of training to output, analize the influence of the work environment to output, analize the influence of organizational commitment to the competency of employees in P2PNFI Regional two Semarang, This research is an explanatory survey research. The reseach sampling is 115 respondents with the technical census, they are all of the employees of P2PNFI Regional II Semarang. The data analysis technic used is descriptive analysis, intrument analysis  (Validity and Reliability), Model test (regression,  F Test, Adjusted R Square ), T Test ) and mediation efect test. The partialy test result, it’s found a positive and significant influence of training to organizational commitment, the work environment to organizational commitment, training to competency of employees, the work environment to competency of employees, organizational commitment to the competency of employees. The result of mediation indicated that  organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of training and work environment to the competency of employees. The total count of the reseach known that the influence of training is more significan than the influence of work environment to the competency of employees.   Keyword:        Training, work environment, organizational commitment and competency of employees.

Abstract

The study will take the research object SKB officials learned of Central Java which have professional development training officials learned in 2011 and 2012. Professional development is an essential task of supporting officials learned in implementing the teaching and learning activities, assessment of program and development of a model. Employees’ achievement is affected by the achievement of organizational commitment. Good achievement is also supported by the development of employees through training and giving compensation. This research aimed to analyze the effect of training on organizational commitment, analyzing the influence of compensation on organizational commitment, analyzing the effect of professional development training, analyzing the effect of compensation to the achievement of professional development, analyze the influence of organizational commitment to the achievement of professional development officials learned. The research conducted is an explanatory survey research. The research takes sample of 100 respondents using techniques census officials learned that all professional development trainee in 2011 and 2012. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, analysis instrument (validity and reliability), testing the model (regression, F-test, coefficient test determination), hypothesis testing (t test) and testing mediation effects. Partial test results are positive and significant effect of training on organizational commitment, there is a partial negative effects and no significant compensation to organizational commitment, there is a partial negative effects and no significant compensation to organizational commitment, there is a partial positive and significant impact professional development training to achievement, there is a partial positive and significant effect of compensation to achievement of professional development, there is a partial but significant positive effect of organizational commitment to the achievement of professional development officials learned. Test results are not organizational commitment mediates mediation training and compensation to the achievement of professional development.   Keywords: training, compensation, organizational commitment and achievement

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of service quality and the institution image to the satisfaction, and examine the effect of service quality, the image of the institution, satisfaction to recommend to others. This research is a quantitative research conducted in educational institutions of Stimart Amni Semarang majoring of Teknika, Nautical and management. Samples were obtained by random sampling and obtained as many as 130 students. Data collection was conducted by spreading questionnaires to the respondents. The questionnaire was contained the closed questions with five alternative answers including strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree and strongly agree. Data analysis was using linear regression test. The results showed that the service quality has positive influence and significant on satisfaction, the institution image has positive influence and significant on satisfaction, service quality has positive influence and significant on recommendation to the others, the institution image has positive influence and significant on recommendation to the others, and satisfaction has positive influence and significant on recommendation to the others. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and compensation toward lecturer performance with job satisfaction as a mediated variables at Politeknik Negeri Semarang. The respondent of this study all of the lecturer who worked at Politeknik Negeri Semarang as a public civil servant in 5 department : Department of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, Department of Accounting and Business Administration Programs, which amount 352 lecturer and the research used proportional random samling technique method. Sample of this research is amount 105 lecturer. To analyse the research instrument used validity test with factor analysis, and reliability test with alpha cronbach, and multiple linier regression, and t statistics to prove the research hypothesis and test of mediated effect. The result prove that transformational leadership and compensation have positive and significance impact to job satisfaction, transformational leadership, compensation and job satisfaction have positive and significance impact to lecturer performance. The result of this research is indicated that the influence of transformational leadership and compensation toward lecturer performance not mediated by job satisfaction   Keywords : transformational leadership, compensation, job satisfaction and lecturer performance

Abstract

Along with the development of desentralization, the general financial condition of each region should be supported by the funding that comes from local revenue (PAD). These areas have had the authority to regulate and manage the resources contained in the region itself, meaning that the area required to manage the development of the region independently. This is a consequence of the fulfillment of fiscal independence and freedom in collecting local revenues. This research is intended to determine the map of financial performance  during the era of decentralization. Also find out the extent to which the degree and development of fiscal autonomy at the regency / city in Central Java and know the influent of Common Allocation Fund (DAU) and Local Revenue (PAD) on regional expenditure. The map of financial performance is determined by two indicators,  they are regional growth of local revenue (PAD) and share of local revenue towards total regional expenditure. Multiple regression was used as analysis tool. There are two variables in this research, independent variable and dependent variableCommon Allocation Fund (DAU) and Local Revenue ( PAD) as the independent variables and Regional Expenditure as a dependent variable. The secondary data is used in this research in the form of time series data which is found at the realization report of APBD on regency/city in Central Java Province from 2001 to 2011. The results of this research shows that (1) on Financial Performance Map of regency/City Central Java Province is known that most (97%) regions have low financial capability which the growth of revenue in this areas quite high, but the it has not yet been able to increase the independence of the region. (2) From DOF analysis shows that 68.6%  of regencies / cities in Central Java include on very low criteria which DOF average is between 0-10%. (3) local expenditure in Central Java province was more influenced by DAU than PAD.  It means that there is flypaper effect. Abstract

Service quality has become a dominant factor to the success of a company. Because if the customer  receives good of service quality, it will create satisfaction. Corporate image is believed to influence the purchasing decision, whereby a good image will stimulate the purchase. The goal of the company is customer satisfaction that is expected to have an impact on customer loyalty to the company. This research took sample of 125 respondents using non-probability sampling technique in patients at the Clinic Angela Nugraha Ungaran. The purpose of this study was to measure of service quality and corporate image on satisfaction and the impact on patients loyalty at the Clinic Angela Nugraha Ungaran. The test results are show there is a positive influence between the service quality to the satisfaction of patients,  positive influence between clinic image to patient satisfaction, positive influence between service quality to patient loyalty, clinic images does not influence to patient loyalty, a positive influence between patient satisfaction to patient loyalty. The results showed patient satisfaction did not mediate on service quality to patient loyalty and patient satisfaction mediates on clinic image to patient loyalty.   Keywords : service quality, clinic image, patient satisfaction and patient loyalty

Abstract

The research was conducted on PD BKK Dempet Demak with the aim to determine the effect of the variable quality of service and product image on customer loyalty loans either directly or mediated by customer satisfaction. Study using a sample of 100 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The tool uses multiple regression analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test result that quality of care is not significantly affect customer satisfaction and loyalty, while the product image variable positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Mediation test showed that the mediating effect of customer satisfaction and service quality on customer loyalty product image. On the basis of these results it can be recommended that advice is, that service to customers as well as efforts to build the image of SME loans can be further improved to maintain customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of source credibility, attitudes, beliefs, and interests customers to save on PD.BKK Dempet Kab. Demak. Research design conducted laboratory experiments which experiments are conducted in an artificial environment or regulated. The selected participants are adults. Based on demographic characteristics of adult consumers are consumers aged over 20 years as many as 65 people, whereas for participants check manipulation as many as 35 people. This study uses a questionnaire to the two versions of the ads while testing instruments for analysis studies to test the validity and reliability testing of the questionnaire and the analysis of variance (ANOVA) to test hypotheses 1 and 2 as well as regression analysis to test hypotheses 3 and 4. The results show that advertising is manipulated from the high and low source credibility  this will affect consumer attitudes, but had no effect on consumer confidence. Consumer confidence is not influenced by advertising, because confidence in the banking sector is a major factor that led to consumers interested in saving money. While the test results with regression analysis showed that the variables that influence customer interest saving is not just beliefs while attitudes affect the interest of saving money, where the higher the influence of the variables of trust, the higher the perceived interest of saving money.   Keywords: source credibility, advertising, attitudes, confidence, interest to save

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, career development influence on job satisfaction, leadership style influence on performance, career development influences the performance and the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the District Secretariat Pati. The analysis tool used is multiple regression, while the questionnaire is used as a data collector. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. The research was conducted at the Office of the Regional Secretariat Pati which has a population of 227 employees. Respondents were obtained through purposive sampling criteria that employees have a minimum education level D3 to limit tenure > 3 years and obtained total sample of 111 employees. Based on the analysis of this study concluded that: leadership style has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, career development, and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development, and a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on employee performance, while mediation tests proved that the variable job satisfaction mediates leadership styles on employee performance, as well as career development on employee performance. Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze an empirical study of the impact of intellectual capital on business performance. For accounting ratios:  Return on Assets (ROA), Market to Book Value (MBV), Assets Turnover (ATO),  and Return On Equity (ROE). Data were used from constituent companies of Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD)  2008-2010. The model that used to measure intellectual capital was Pulic model agregatly using Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) include the component of Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE), and Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE). The result show: agregatly, intellectual capital (VAIC) has a significant impact on  Market to Book Value (MBV), Assets Turnover (ATO), and Return on Equity (ROE).
