Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment and Work Discipline Against Perceived Intention to Turnover Employess.Objek to research in this paper on CV.SANITAS BAKERY Semarang.Teknik sampling using census study, which is sampling all employees became respondents, totaling 100 respondents with data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain research informasi.Tujuan formulated to determine the effect Motivation,Perceived Work Environment, Work Discipline of the Intention to Turnover Employees. The data collected is tested the validity of the method of product moment and tested for validity by the coefficient alpha (alpha cronbrach), where the results of all the data is valid and reliable, to test the reliability, each of the independent variables were tested with multiple regression analysis, t test, and the test F.Hasil of analysis and discussion show that: (1) Work Motivation and significant negative effect on Employee Turnover Intention to higher motivation, the desire of employees out / move less and less; (2) Working Environment Perceived and significant negative effect Intention to Turnover higher employee work environment influences, terpersepsi the desire of employees to get out / move less and less; (3) work discipline and significant negative effect Intention to higher employee turnover rate influence labor discipline, the desire of employees to get out / move less and less. Keywords: Motivation,Perceived Work Environment, Work Discipline, Intention to Turnover

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as mediation. The study uses five hypotheses. The population in the study is all employees of Hospitalof Tugurejo Semarang. The sample use 98 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample were employees having been appointed as civil servants and have  minimum tenure of 3 years. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis concluded that: Compensation positively affect on work motivation. The working environment positively affect on work motivation, Compensation positively influence on employee performance, working environment positively influence on employee performance. Work motivation positively influence on employee performance. Work motivation does not mediate the affect of compensation to employee performance. Work motivation does not mediate the affect of the work environment on employee performance  Keywords: compensation, work environment, motivation and performance of employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and perception of prices on consumer purchasing decisions laptop Lenovo brand in Pati. The population in this study is the Lenovo brand laptop users in Pati. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, ie sampling based on certain criteria, namely: those who are older and those who use and have the Lenovo brand laptops. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that in order to know the effect or no effect with positive and score <0,05: Brand image positive effect significant at .520 and 0,000 on consumer purchasing decisions laptop Lenovo brand in Pati. The product quality has positive effect amounting to 0.117 and not significant at 0.087 on consumer purchasing decisions laptop Lenovo brand in Pati. Perception prices positive effect significant at 0.344 and 0,000 on consumer purchasing decisions laptop Lenovo brand in Pati. Abstract

Increasing competition in the business world telecommunications field, the companies using the opportunity or market opportunities through efforts to improve and promote the quality of service and trust that good, it can cause a consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aimed to analyze the impact of service quality and trust on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The population in this study are all consumers Indosat Card 4G LTE in Semarang region which is not known for certain. Samples taken a number of 100 people and the technique used is purposive sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted on the multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded; (1) There is a positive and significant influence between service quality to consumer satisfaction, (2) There is a significant positive effect of trust on consumer satisfaction, (3) There is a positive and significant impact of service quality on consumer loyalty, (4) There is a positive effect and significant correlation between trust in consumer loyalty, (5) There is a positive and significant impact of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that affect the performance of employees at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. These factors are motivation, work discipline and perceived organizational culture. High motivation can improve employee performance of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. This study uses primary data that is questionnaire. The population is 515 employees. Meanwhile the sample is 135 respondents. Prior to tha analysis, test of validity and reliability of the quesstionnaire is conducted. Furthermore, hypotheses testing use SPSS version 20. Based on the regression test, it is known that motivation, work dicipline and perceived organisational culture affect positively and significantly on employee performance. The value of r-square is 63,3%. It means that 63,3% of Y variable can be explained by the independent variables. The rest explained by other variables outside of the model. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of DER, ROE, NPM, CR and DPR on Stock Prices in industry manufacturing company is go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research wasconducted again because that empirical evidence were linked with fundamental factors with stock prices still showed the different results that need further research to prove how the influence of fundamental factor on stock prices especially the industry manufacturing sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other.This research was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research was industry manufacturing company obtained from share which was listed and “go public” in Indonesian Stock Exchage period 2012-2014. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There is 132 companies that can be analysed. This study is analyzed by using multiple regression. The multiple regression shows that ROE and CR have positive and significant impact on stock prices , DER has negative and significant effect on stock prices, DPR have positive and not significant impact on stock prices and NPM has negative and not sigifikan impacton stock prices . Adjusted R Square is 0,353 this means 35.3% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable , while the remaining 64.7 % is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin,Current Ratio and Divident Payout Ratio.

Abstract

Their competition is very tight with the rise of each cooperative and the emergence of cooperative service products with different attributes, making customers choose to get the best services from the bank by giving satisfaction to customers. This study aimed to analyze the influence of corporate image and customer confidence in the customer satisfaction Karya Utama KSP Jepara. The population in this study is the work of Jepara Top KSP customers from January to December 2015 that bejumlah many as 267 customers. Based on the calculation Slovin obtained a sample of 73 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is using purposive sampling method, the sampling based on certain criteria. The criteria set out in this sampling is customer Top KSP Jepara work for 2 years. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the companys image a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the image of the company, customer satisfaction will increase. Customer confidence in a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the trust of customers, then customeer satisfaction will increase. Abstract

With so many retail companies in Indonesia, then consumers will be more selective in choosing a shopping center that will be used as a place to buy their needs. The problem in this research is "whether the variable quality of service, price, and beliefs influence on customer satisfaction in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable quality of service, price, confidence in the customer satisfaction in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. The number of samples in this study of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling in which respondents are consumers who buy in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. Collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed that the variables of service quality positively affects customer satisfaction, price positive effect on customer satisfaction, and trust positively affects customer satisfaction d Hypermat Jogja City Mall. Abstract

This research is analize influence current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and earning per share to stock price manufacture company listed in BEI 2012-2014. This research is doing because inconsisten the result of previous research. This research was conducted using secondary data from the manufacturing company’s financial statements, published in 2012-2014. This population in this research are all of the company’s manufacture listed in BEI 2012-2014. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling method with sampling judgment sample selection criteria are specified in accordance with the purpose of research .Use the multiple linier regresion analysis, it can be seen that the current ratio of a significant negative effect on stock prices , debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on stock prices , return on equity significant positive effect on the stock price and earnings per share positive effect on stock price. Keyword : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer buying interest back to the car Mitsubishi mirage in Semarang. This study uses three hypotheses. The population of this study is that people who buy cars Mitsubishi Mirage in Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is that consumers who buy and use cars Mitsubishi Mirage at least one year. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service is positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.
