Abstract

CV. Cendana Wangi Batang is a Honda sales dealer in Batang city, Honda Vario sales in CV. Cendana Wangi Batang from January to December fluctuated in 2016, an increase in May, June, July, November and December. The decrease occurred in February, March, August, and October, in terms of purchasing decisions made by consumers of course they are influenced by various variables. There are several variables that influence purchasing decisions from previous research such as motivation, product quality perceptions, reference groups, brand personality, promotions, prices, and consumer attitudes. However, in this study only limited the variables of motivation, perception of product quality, and consumer attitudes. This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of motivation, perception of quality, and attitudes of consumers to purchase decisions on the CV. Cendana Wangi Batang. Population in this research is owner and buyer of Honda Vario motorcycle in CV. Cendana Wangi Batang with the criteria of owner and buyer of Honda Vario motorcycle with minimum age of 21 years. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. Analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test, hypothesis significance test. Data processing using SPSS Version 22. The results of this study showed that the motivation, perception of quality, and attitudes of consumers have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions Keywords : Motivation, Quality Perception product,Consumer Attitudes, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

This study analyzed on the influence of motivation, discipline dan work environtment on employee performance. Object of this research at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. Subject of this study use all population and number of population is 103 respondents. Data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing a list of question to the respondent in order to obtain information. The research objectives was formulated to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and work environtment on employee performance at Department of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. The data used primary data, analysed using regression analysis. The result showed that the motivation, discipline, and work environtment had a positive significant effect on employee performance at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang. From these result can be concluded that high motivation, high working discipline, and a good work environtment will improve employee performance at Depertment of Culture and Turism City of Semarang . Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on organizational commitment moderated transformational leadership in PT. Indonesia Power UP. Semarang. The population in this study are employees who work there as many as 350 people and a sample of 100 people. Hypothesis test in this research use regression analysis. Regression analysis results show that competence significantly influence organizational commitment moderated transformational leadership. The results of the analysis revealed that intellectual competence, emotional competence, social competence together affect the organizational commitment. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct and  indirect trust, communication,and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on loyality.The population of this research is the member Koperasi Melati.The total sample 100 respondents with purposive sampling. Data obtained by the questionnaire. This research variable trust  (X1), communication (X2), costumer value (X3), customer satisfaction (Y1), and loyality (Y2). Data analysis with statistical analysis descriptive and path analysis.The result of the research indicated that the trust  (X1), communication (X2), costumer value (X3) show that there are influance bigger than loyality(Y2) compared by intervening variable satisfaction (Y1).The result of lane analysis shows that trust variable (X1) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2), communication (X2) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2), costumer value (X3) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2).The conclusion from the study of the trust (X1), communication (X2), costumer value (X3) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2) compared through satisfaction (Y1) as intervening variable.Keywords : Trust, Communication, Costumer Value, Saticfaction and Loyalty. DAFTAR PUSTAKAArtantie, Nadira. Abstract

This study aims to to analyze the influence of  Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Motivation on employeeperformance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competence on organizational commitment moderated organizational culture in PT. Indonesia Power UP Semarang. This research is included intothe quantitative data by using primary data obtained from the questionnaire.The method used in this study is in the form of questionnaires where the total population of as many as 100 employees, while the data are processed permanent employees. Measurement using Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instrument used is coefficient of determination (R2) and test of F (Goodness Of Fit). Hypothesis test in this research use regression analysis.The result of regreai analysis is known that competence significantly influence organizational commitment moderated by organizational culture. The results of the analysis revealed that intellectual competence, emotional competence, social competence together affect the organizational commitment.Keywords: Competence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of service, product and price perception of the satisfaction and impact on customer loyalty Alicia Skin Care Purwodadi.The population in this study is the customer in Alicia Skin Care Purwodadi that uses member Alicia Skin Care. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is the customer must be at least 17 years of age and a minimum treatment 5 times in the last 3 months. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Quality of service positively affects customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance. The object of research in this writing is Vocational High School Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is using the census of 62 respondents as sample by using questionnaire (questionnaire) by way of spreading the list of questions to the respondent in order to get information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance.The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of his research are: (1) compensation has a negative effect on teacher performance. (2) job characteristics have a positive effect on teacher performance. (3) motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance. Key Words             : Work Compensation, Characteristics, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

The Bank is a trust institution that has an intermediary function, helps the payment system and implements government policy monetary policy. The function proves that the existence of a healthy bank, has a relationship with the economic growth in a country. Banking is one of the important sectors in Indonesia. In recent years, the condition of banking in Indonesia has begun to show progress towards improvement although it is still experiencing difficult stages in order to balance the financial position. This is reflected in positive developments in funding, capitalization, profitability, and quality of productive assets. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is the ratio of capital used to measure the health of the bank. CAR is based on the ratio of capital to Risk Weighted Assets (ATMR). In accordance with Bank Indonesia regulation, banks must have a CAR of 8%.The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Asset Quality (NPL), Liquidity (LDR), and Rentability (ROA) on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in banking companies in Indonesia and listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015. The data used in this study comes from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used purposive sampling method with 15 banking companies. This research uses regression analysis method of panel data. The results showed that the quality of assets (NPLs) did not affect the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Liquidity (LDR) had an effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Rentability (ROA) influenced Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).
