Abstract

Abstract

The teacher is a key element in the education system, especially in schools because of the teacher's role in transforming knowledge in education. Therefore, schools can improve teacher performance in order to achieve predetermined educational goals. This article will analyze the influence of psychological capital and person organization fit on teacher performance by mediating organizational commitment. This research uses quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 108 teachers of Junior High School in Bantarbolang District. Analysis of data techniques used regression analysis. The results of the research on model 1 show that psychological capital and person organization fit have a positive effect on organizational. In model 2, psychological capital and organizational commitment have a positive effect on teacher performance while organizational people do not. The results of the mediation test show that organizational influence does not mediate the effect of psychological capital on teacher performance, but organizational commitment mediates.

Abstract

This thesis contains a study of how BPR financial ratios are Current Asset Ratio (CAR)/ Minimum Capital Requirements (KPMM), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operational Costs Operating Income (BOPO), and Loans to Deposit Ratio (LDR) affects the level of profitability projected by the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio. In this study CAR/ KPMM, NPL, NIM, BOPO and LDR as independent variables, while ROA as the dependent variable. This study uses sample data from the financial statements of Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2016 to 2018. Sampling from the OJK website (www.ojk.go.id) and using the Purpossive method Sampling. There are 23 BPRs that meet the criteria as research samples. The sample data is processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19. The analytical method used for data processing in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method. The results of the data processing in this study indicate that CAR / KPMM and NIM have a significant positive effect on ROA, BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA and NPL, and LDR does not significantly influence ROA Key Wor : Rural Credit Banks (BPR), ROA, CAR/KPMM, NPL, NIM, BOPO, LDR

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an internationally recognized measure of importance to describe the success of human development. Therefore, the development of HDI needs to get an important spotlight in determining development policy. One important dimension of HDI is education, as measured by Expected Years of Schooling (EYS) and Mean Years of Schooling (MYS). The EYS figure illustrates people's expectations for continuing education by basing themselves on government-made education policies. While MYS describes the reality of the old school that can be enjoyed by the community. Central Java indicates that the EYS is larger than the MYS but with a narrowing distance. This fact illustrates that education policy in Central Java is increasingly accessible to the public. However, nationally the level of education in Central Java is still low. Some factors that cause is still high dropout rate at age 16-18 year

Abstract

AFTER ONE YEAR OF COVID-19, SEVERAL SCHOOLS HAVE STARTED CONDUCTING TRIALS FOR FACE-TO-FACE LEARNING (PTM) BY IMPLEMENTING HEALTH PROTOCOLS AS A NEW FORM OF NORMAL HABIT. Some parents of "Tunas Bangsa" PAUD want PTM, but others are still worried. Regarding this, PAUD wants to do a PTM trial. The method used in this service is to examine participatory actions by providing assistance, preceded by socialization, followed by counseling and the practice of implementing PTM with standard health protocols. The trial was carried out in 4 PTM times, the results were starting from the PTM to the 3 PAUD children who had started memorizing and getting used to implementing health protocols coherently and correctly. Starting to come, wearing a mask, continued washing your hands with soap through running water, and wiping your hands with a dry tissue. At that time the teacher immediately measured the temperature with a thermogun. The final step is that the students sit in their respective places with a distance of 1.5 meters from each other.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan mempunyai tujuan menganalisa dan menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional siswa, motivasi belajar terhadap keterlibatan siswa di sekolah dimoderasi oleh lingkungan keluarga di SMA Islam Sultan Agung 1 Semarang. Seluruh siswa kelas XI di tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 sejumlah 357 siswa dimasukkan sebagai populasi. Sampel yang ditentukan sebanyak 187 siswa dengan menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji fit model, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional siswa, motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keterlibatan siswa di sekolah, Lingkungan Keluarga memoderasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap keterlibatan siswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan Lingkungan Keluarga memoderasi pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap Keterlibatan Siswa di SMA Islam Sultan Agung 1 Semarang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh current ratio, total asset turnover, debt to asset ratio, net profit margin, dan return on asset terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) di tahun 2019 – 2021. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2019 – 2021. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan data yang diperoleh adalah 325 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa net profit margin dan return on asset berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan debt to asset ratio. berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Akan tetapi, current ratio dan total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

This study aims and is useful to examine and analyze the impact of professional competence, work discipline, and transformational leadership on teacher performance, and whether professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance can be moderated by transformational leadership. The purpose of this research is to explain, as well as expand from previous research, namely about how the influence of professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance with transformational leadership as moderating. The sample in this study was obtained using a simple random sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this research is all PNS Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Pekalongan City. This research shows the product that: (1). Professional competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2). Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (3). Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Transformational leadership cannot moderate the effect between professional competence on teacher performance, (5). Transformational leadership cannot moderate work discipline on teacher performance.
