Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and price perceptions on the satisfaction of members of Bank MuamalatTerpaduMandiri Sejahtera in UngaranKab.Semarang. The population in this study are members of Bank MuamalatTerpadyMandiri Sejahtera. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. Data processing using SPSS Version 19. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on member satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on member satisfaction and price perception have a significant positive effect on member satisfaction Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality and Price Presentment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work capital efficiences, liquidity and solvability to profitability. Samples were food and baverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2013-2015 with 14 companies by using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of this study prove partially that the work capital negative and significant effect on profitability, while the liquidity and solvability does not effect on profitability. Simultaneously prove that the work capital significant effect on the profitability of the company with a significant level of 0.000< 0.05. Value Adjusted R Square shows the results for 0.609, which means 60.9% are influenced by the value of the profitability, the work capital, liquidity and solvability. While the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study. Keywords: Work Capital Efficiences, Liquidity, Solvability, and Profitability

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and workplace employees pd on performance.Bpr regional banks Pati.Population this research is employees who worked in PD .BPR Regional Banks Pati .Sample in this research as many as 71 people .Technique the sample collection use purposive sampling .As for criteria sample in this research was employees who worked more than three years and experienced various leadership .Instrument the analysis used is the validity , reliability and linear regression multiple.The results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership: have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .Motivation have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .Working environment have had a positive impact on the performance of employees . Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of of price perception, service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. The population in this study were customer who purchases the product more three times at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang and the age more 17 years old. The number of samples studied was as many as 110 people were selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. The analysis used in this research is linear regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable that is price perception, service quality and product quality to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And use path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of price, quality of service, and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. Price perception, service quality, and product quality have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. Customer satisfaction variables do not mediate the variable of price perception, service quality and product quality to customer loyalty. Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial performance, firm size and corporate governance on sustainability report. This research was conducted at Burs Efek Indonesia by using unit of analysis of manufacturing company which have gone public. Sampling method using purposive sampling with research period year 2013 until 2015. Relationship and or influence between variables is explained by using method of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that financial performance and firm size have a significant positive effect on sustainability report. While corporate governance has no significant effect on sustainability report. Abstract

This study examines the effect of return on assets (ROA), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), bank size (BANK SIZE), loan deposit ratio (LDR), and inflation to non performing loan (NPL). The method used in this research is descriptive method that is quantitative. Sample technique using purposive sampling technique with research period year 2013 - 2015. The result of research show there is significant and negative influence between ROA to Non Performing Loan (NPL), there is no significant influence between CAR to Non Performing Loan (NPL) Which is significant and positive between Bank Size against Non Performing Loan (NPL), there is no significant influence between LDR to Non Performing Loan (NPL), and there is no significant influence and between Inflation to Non Performing Loan (NPL). Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of perceived price, location and service quality to customer satisfaction of Yamaha Sukses Sejahtera Siliwangi Semarang’s customers. The population in this study were customers who made for minimal twice purchase of service at Yamaha Sukses Sejahtera Siliwangi Semarang. The number of samples studied were as many as 100 people were selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents. The analysis technique has been done by using validity test, reliability test,multiple linear regressions test, model feasibility test and hypothesis significance test.Data processing using SPSS Version 19th.The results of this study showed thatperceived price, location and service quality have positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The objective of the research are (1) to know degree of the honorary teachers organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency (2) to know what’s the motive that prompt the good honorary teachers organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency (3) to know what’s the dominant motive that influences to the honorary teachers organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency. The existence of this research is hoped can gives contribution in addition of scientific study reference about organizational commitment of honorary teacher and as a base of wisdom formulation in treat and motivate the honorary teacher. The population of this research is honorary teacher of elementary schools in Guntur subdistric Demak regency. The total of elementary schools is 39 with 168 honorary teachers. The sample was taken by using cluster sampling technique based on geographical location of 12 schools (as sample). From 12 schools taken 50 honorary teachers as respondents The data analysis of this research includes validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha, descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The result of the research shows that the majority of honorary teachers organizational commitment in good category. The motives that prompt a good honorary teachers’ organizational commitment are physiologist motive, social motive, egoistic motive, and actualization motive. The multiple regression analysis shows that the social motive and the actualization motive have a dominant influence to the organizational commitment of the honorary teacher in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency. Abstract

The study examines and examines the effect of motivation, leadership and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted on freight forwarding company CV.Macika Express Semarang. The object of research in writing this thesis is employees CV.Macika Express Semarang. The sampling technique in this study purposive sampling amounted to 45 respondents as a sample with data collection methods using questionnaire (questionnaire) by spreading questionnaires question to respondents to obtain information. The results of this study showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership has positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct and indirect service quality, trust, corporate image, and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on loyality. The population of this research is the member KSP Loh Jinawi.The total sample 100 respondents with method purposive sampling. Data obtained by the questionnaire. This research variable service quality (X1),trust (X2), corporate image (X3), customer satisfaction (Y1), and loyality (Y2). Data analysis with statistical analysis descriptive and path analysis. The result of the research indicated that the service quality (X1), trust (X2), coorporate image (X3) show that there are influance bigger than loyality(Y2) compared by intervening variable satisfaction (Y1).The result of lane analysis shows that service quality variable (X1) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2), trust (X2) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2), corporate image (X3) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2). The conclusion from the study of the quality service (X1), trust (X2), corporate image (X3) has direct effect on loyalty (Y2) compared through satisfaction (Y1) as intervening variable. It is suggested to KSP Loh Jinawi to improve service quality, in terms of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. In the belief KSP Loh Jinawi should be able to increase the trust of its members and on corporate image should KSP Loh Jinawi able to show stability.
