Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang bagaimana pengaruh kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang difokuskan pada Current Ratio (CR) dan Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur periode 2013-2015. Yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diambil dari populasi dilakukan dengan purposive sampling didasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yaitu: a) Emitmen termasuk dalam kategori imdustri manufaktur. b) Emitmen yang telah menyertakan laporan keuangan per 31 Desember 2013 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2015. c) Perusahaan yang mendapatkan laba secara berturut-turut pada periode penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Current Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. (2) Return On Asset berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, personality, support supervisor on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Respondents of this research consisted of 98 people PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that Competence has positive and significant influence to employee performance, Personality has positive and significant influence to employee performance, Supervisor Support has positive and significant influence to employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi motif dari penerapan manajemen laba, apakah mengarah ke kepentingan perusahaan atau kepentingan investor sepanjang periode 2013-2015 terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur go public di BEI. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder pada 36 perusahaan manufaktur go public yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2015. Manajemen laba diukur menggunakan discretionary accruals, sedangkan kebijakan dividen ditunjukkan dengan DPR. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan panel regresi untuk fixed effects model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laba berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Manajemen Laba tidak semata-mata ditujukan untuk Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), karena bukti bahwa sebagian besar tidak signifikan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Laba, Kebijakan Dividen

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions on Teh Botol Sosto consumers in West Semarang region partially. The type of data used in this study is the primary data. While the techniques used for data collection using questionnaires by asking a number of written questions are used to obtain information and respondents. The samples in this study were consumers who had consumed Teh Botol Sosro, aged at least 18 years, and domiciled in West Semarang as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The test tool in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Product Quality has positive and significant affects on purchasing decision. The better the quality of the product, the purchase decision will increase. Price has positive and significant affects on purchasing decision. The better the price, then the purchase decision will increase . Promotion has positive and significant affects on purchasing decision. The better the consumer's perception of promotion, the purchasing decision will increase. Keywords: Product quality, Price, Promotion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of each variable of Price Perception, Location And Image Store Against Purchase Decision And Its Impact On Buying Interest (Study on consumer SMS Shop Branch Matahari 1 Semarang). The population in this study is the consumer SMS Shop Branch Matahari 1 Semarang. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling with criteria: those who have already decided to buy milk at SMS Shop Matahari 1 and the minimum age of 16 years. Data analysis method used is through descriptive statistics, instrument test, model test and hypothesis test. The test instrument is tested with validity test and reliability test. Test model used is Test F (Goodness of Fit) and test Adj R2 (coefficient of determination). Furthermore, the hypothesis test in this study using regression analysis with t test with standard beta coefficient and significance level <0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis test concluded: 1. Price perceptions have positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. 2. Location has positive and significant impact on purchasing decision. 3. Store Image has positive and significant impact on purchasing decision. 4. Purchase decisions have a positive and significant impact on repurchase interest Keywords: price perception, location, store image, purchase decision, buying interest.

Abstract

The competition of online-based companies related to transportation services is now starting to grow rapidly one of the start-up company that is on the rise is Go-Jek. By prioritizing the quality of services with digital forms of applications and services directly to customers, then followed by trust, price perception, and corporate image of customer satisfaction online transportation services Go-Jek. Then there is a positive and significant influence between trust on customer satisfaction. There is a positive and insignificant influence between price perceptions on customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between the company image on customer satisfaction. Model feasibility test of 0,519 significant level 0,000 <0,05 hence concluded that there is positive and significant influence between service quality (X1), trust (X2), perception of price (X3), and company image (X4) to customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously. Abstract

Honda Motorcycles Company should try to improve the quality of its products to be better to be more competitive than other motor companies. Therefore, in carrying out its sales activities the company should be able to design a marketing strategy directed to achieve the company's goal in increasing consumer purchases of the product. To be able to achieve the maximum sales level of Honda motorcycles at PT. Astra Honda Motor Gajah Mada Branch Semarang city needs to be addressed by Honda motorcycle agent in Semarang City by reviewing consumer attitudes and subjective norms affect the purchase intention of consumers. Elements that need to be considered in improving consumer attitudes are product quality, price perception, and design. The element of consumer purchase intention is consumer attitudes. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and design on consumer attitudes and their impact on consumer buying intentions. This research is a descriptive research. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that product quality, price perception, and design are positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, location and price perceptions of customer satisfaction (Study on customer Waroeng Steak and Shake Branch Ngaliyan Semarang). The population in this study is all customers who have bought more than one product Waroeng Steak and Shake Branch Ngaliyan Semarang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples processed into research data as much as 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done shows the product quality, locations and price perception have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction . Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the discipline, motivation, and the work environment on performance clerk Staffing Agency Area of Central Java province. The respondents of this study consists of 78 employees Staffing Agency Area of Central Java province. Model of data analysis used is test validity with product reliability test of the moment, with a Cronbach Alpha and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 to test and prove the hypothesis of the study. Data collected after the test result all data stated is valid and reliable. The result of the analysis and discussion shows that: (1) Discipline work influential insignificant while negative on the employee performance.(2). the positive and significant effect of motivation against the performance of the employees, and (3). The work environment is positive and significant effect against the performance of employees. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance. The object of research in this writing is the Class II Navigation District of Semarang. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents 116 people. The data analysis tool used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, where previously Validity and Reliability were tested. The results of the research are: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the motivation in the employee, the employee's performance is also increasing. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the Work Discipline in the employee, the employee's performance also increases. (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees, the employee's performance is also increasing.
