Al-Qurâan Qashas is news of al-Qurâan about the state of the former peoples, the Prophet and the events that have occurred. It is generally asserted that the stories in the Quran provide abundant benefits such as confirming the heart of god messenger, justifying the previous Prophets, uncover the lies of the scripture with hujjah,  and the story is one of literary works that can attract the attention of listeners and explain the principles of dawah to Allah as well. It is undoubtedly that a well-organized story will be easily catching the listenersâ soul and people will be also fond of accepting it, even they will not get bored due to the essence of story. By reflecting the benefits of the story in Al-Qurâan, it is recommended that the educators should take its advantage during the learning process in the classroom, especially on Islamic learning lesson since this subject is regarded as fundamental and core of Islamic education objectives. Learning is closely related with how to educate learners and set up the learning process that best suits on the studentsâ need so as to make the process running effectively and meaningfully and learners can encourage themselves achieve the objectives as what is actualized in the curriculum. The scholars and experts in education have been trying to develop various methods and approaches that can be used by educators in the learning process. The teachersâ ability in selecting and determining the approach to learning will greatly impact the effectiveness of learning itself. This article attempts to discuss and explain the concept of a "Four P" approach (Pribadi, Pendorong, Proses, and Produk) which refers to four main good learning practices covering personality, encouragement, process, and Product that can be developed and implemented contextually by educators in the learning activities of Islamic Education. The ultimate objective of this sort of approach is that how teachers help learners achieve the objective of learning, facilitate them to learn the subject matter easily, increase their competence, develop their talents and interests in the learning process, guide them to solve their academic problems, create fun learning and satisfaction, and gain a skillful, religious and intellectuals learners who can meet the needs and demands of the society.Â ÙØ§Ù Ø§ÙØªØ¹ÙÙÙ

Success in learning is much more determined by the ability of educators in understanding the diversity of learners, such as the knowledge of the ability of individual learner. By knowing the capabilities of learners, educators will be easily to determine what approaches and methods that appropriate with their need and wish in learning. In this sense, intelligence test and its function in education can not be separated from an understanding of learners. Learners are not merely an exact robot that can be programmed in such way so that they can move under their teachers or parentsâ control. Learners are unique individuals who have their own existence, possess their own soul, and have the right to grow and develop optimally in accordance with the rhythm of each characteristic. Moreover, learners look like various kinds of beautiful flowers in the park who have their own fascination, so it can not be equated or trimmed away equally. Character education implemented at the school recently will run well if it is supported by character education at home. It can not be denied that the percentage of the pupilsâ activity learning at school is only about 10% to 15% less than that of their activities at home. As a result of this case, the implementation of character building by teachers at school is obviusly limited when it is compared with the educational policies adopted by the parents at home. To make the matter worse, it might be possible that the character education built by teachers in the classroom is able to be broken down by the parents attitudes abusive to the pupils at home. To fill this void, therefore, the application of character education in the family is one of golden ways to anticipate the occurrence of various problems that occur in the community life. By implementing character education in the family, it means that the parents have prepared their children who have good character and morals and become heir to the cadres and leaders of the nations in the future. Thus, the essential thing to note is that how the parents realize the importance of good and proper parenting, in so doing, they will have self-awareness to suit their parenting styles that best fit to their children needs and wants, and always try to improve their insight and knowledge about parental system.ÙØ§ØªÙØ¬Ø Ø§ÙØªØ±Ø¨ÙØ© Ø§ÙØ£Ø®ÙاÙÙØ© Ø§ÙØªÙ ÙØ§Ù

Teaching is not only changing ones behavior but more importantly it function to change the school curriculum on such a way that students can learn easily and optimally. It is essential to take an action to improve the studentsâ ability in math based on their own nature development, particularly in primary schools level. This can be gained by creating the students active participation and regarding their diversity of as conveyed by J. Bruner. In order to improve the quality of learning process, it is necessary to set up a convenience environment known as "discovery learning environment" that is an environment where learners can explore, invent new knowledge, or discover similar to those already known. There are three stages of learning according to J. Bruner, such as enactive, iconic and symbolic stages. The learning process will be gained optimally if the students are involved in enactive stage, and then if this phase of learning is well-achieved, students learn to switch to the second stage by employing the iconic representation mode. Lastly, learning activities are preceded to the third stage, which is the learning phase by using the mode of symbolic representation. By implementation those three learning objectives, it is expected that the process of learning mathematics can achieve the intended goals.ÙÙØ³ اÙÙØ¯Ù Ù

It is broadly assumed that the Islamic boarding house is a conservative, static, and inclusive institution. The similar idea has been raised by Geerzt whom he classifies the members of Islamic school as conservative Muslim. In fact, this allegation seems over generalized and unfounded. This is absolutely unfair because there have been valuable rapid changes of this institution that suit on the need of global development, although the changes occur without excluding the traditional system. Moreover, the changes are getting faster and more significant after the inclusion of two main subjects, such as mantiq and ushul fiqh which might greatly adopt and concede the logic of the Greek philosophers. On the other hand, some of Muslims still show deep antipathetic attitudes towards the sciences from the West which entered into Islamic boarding schools. They argue that it will gradually shift the Islamic tradition into the secular Western tradition. They do not realize that whatever the discipline occupied, it is indeed considered as the science of Islam under condition that it provides them with science and knowledge of the truth of Allah, piety, fear to God, useful, able to bring the knowledge of Gods power (khasyyah) and for the benefit of all mankind. There are a number of religious guidance succeeded in building a good personality and character of Muslim conducted by a group or any particular religious stream. For instance, one of the groups is Jamaâah Tabligh of Temboro, Karas, Magetan. In line with this, it is necessary to learn in depth about this sort of group which is focused on the following issues: (1) the coaching forms of religious education and (2) the religious practice of the communities. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and recording data as instruments. The results reveal that (1) the forms of religious education development are: (a) the activities of mosque community followed by elder and young men in the form of ubudiyah (call for prayer and congregation pray), daily meetings, hospitality, religious learning, lailatul ijtimaâ, maqomy recitation, and khuruj, (b) the activities of masturah followed by women and female teenagers involve religious family learning, weekly study groups, selapanan recitation, and three days out learning, and (c) Madrasah diniyah and tahfidzul Qurâan held by the community around the mosque without considering any age limitation, (2) The successful of religious education development is reflected on the high awareness of the society, for instance to: (a) do daily worship, (b) prosper the mosque to worship and other activities, (c) educate the children with Islamic education and (d) use Islamic clothes.Â ÙØ¬Ø ÙØ«Ùر Ù

In the context of Islamic education, epistemology plays an important role in maintaining the honor of Muslims. Epistemology can awaken Muslims to reach the advancement of science and civilization. Epistemology of Islamic education is more directed at the use of methods or approaches to build and enhance the essence of this subject, both conceptually and applicative. Therefore, through Islamic epistemology, experts can do some fruitful actions, such as strengthening the theories or concepts of general education as well as Islamic education that is claimed to be criticized by using the approach they have, providing solutions to educational problems both theoretically and practically, discovering new concepts of Islamic education and developing the findings optimally. Thus, epistemology has great benefits to enhance the Islamic education which has distinctive features and unique characteristics on its curriculum and materials development. The approach used by teachers is one of crucial factors which can determine the success of learning process. All in one system is one of effective approaches that can be applied in teaching Arabic. This approach considers that the language is as a system consisting of functional and integrative elements representing a unity that can not be separated. Hence, the lack of one element or sub-system will cause interference and obstacles for other elements. The aforementioned language subsystem consists of pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and spelling. This approach suggests that language instruction should begin with teaching listening to the students, then training them to speak before facilitating them to improve their reading and writing. Thus, the sequence of teaching Arabic is listening (al-istima), speaking (al-kalam), reading (al-qiraah), and write (kitabah). In addition, it is broadly agreed that all in one system suits with the nature of brain work in looking at the phenomenon that is from the global to the parts one. Besides, it is essential that learning material and delivery techniques should be varied in order to avoid boredom that might affect the studentsâ learning. Moreover, this approach is supposed to be meaningful for the students since it focuses only on a topic or specific situation with repeated review of the various terms, as a result it can strengthen the students understanding of subject matter.ÙØ§Ù اÙÙ

The strategic changes undertaken by the Ministry of National Education related with strategic planning program for college will result in any consequences, for instance the shift of vision and mission, the output goal, the arrangement of organization until the issue of standardization in all fields. One of the most important elements to note is that the standardization of the library quality. The purpose of the strategic plan is aimed at improving the quality of educational process conducted by university in order to create educated students who have good competences and intelligences to take bright action and full of responsibility. Those requirements are compulsory to be considered in carrying out duties on specific occupations to meet with the society needs. One of indicators of qualified and standardized library is that its optimum contribution on developing community learning in the college. This article tries to examine some concepts of creating community learning in college setting through revitalizing the role of library.
