Abstract

Adaptability, entrepreneurial orientation, and innovation are important intangibles resources that micro business can use to gain a competitive advantage. Drawing upon the Resource-Based view (RBV) of the firm, this study in general examines empirically and analysis the role of adaptability, entrepreneurial orientation and Innovation in improving the performance of micro business. The objective of this research in particular are: (1) examines empirically and analysis the role of adaptability in improving the business performance directly and indirectly through entrepreneurial orientation and innovation. (2) examines empirically and analysis the role of entrepreneurial orientation in improving the business performance directly and indirectly through innovation.Population in this research is all micro business of the Rattan-craft industry in the districts of Hulu Sungai Utara and Tapin in South Kalimantan Province. Those are 244 units. Sampling method is Proportional Area Random Sampling. Total sample in this research are 152 micro businesses. Data was analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Model) through AMOS program.The results showed that (1) adaptability plays a positive role in improving the entrepreneurial orientation and innovation, but not for business performance; adaptability has an indirect effect on business performance through innovation (2) entrepreneurial orientation plays a positive role in improving on innovation directly and business performance indirectly through innovation. This research has given some research limitation, implication and also give an agenda for the further research.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pengembangan Ekonomi Islam yang semakin cepat dan kesadaran pengelolaan zakat yang harus lebih profesional dan modern. Rumah Zakat sebagai salah satu Lembaga Zakat swasta (LAZ) terbesar di Indonesia, telah menerapkan alat Customer Relationship Management (CRM) untuk mendukung hubungan Rumah Zakat dengan para donatur Rumah Zakat dengan meningkatkan Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) melalui variabel Pelanggan Kualitas Hubungan (CRQ) Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner online bentuk google. Formulir tautan google quiestionnare didistribusikan ke donatur Rumah Zakat di seluruh Indonesia sebagai penduduk, melalui media sosial yang memiliki persahabatan dengan media sosial yang dimiliki oleh Rumah Zakat. Kuesioner yang didistribusikan diselesaikan oleh 174 responden yang valid sebagai sampel, yang kemudian diuji menggunakan Path Analysis SEM AMOS 24 alat tes.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen hubungan pelanggan (CRM) menggunakan alat hubungan pelanggan dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi Customer Relationship Quality (CRQ). Customer Relationships Quality (CRQ) dapat secara signifikan Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tidak akan dapat secara langsung mempengaruhi Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) secara signifikan tanpa Customer Relationship Quality (CRQ). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) akan secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) melalui Customer Relationship Quality (CRQ).

Abstract

The legal basis stated in the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN) Number 6 of 2000 concerning Istishna' is very minimal, because it only consists of two hadith, one fiqh rule, and one ijtihad. This research was carried out to assess the accuracy of these four legal bases against the istishna’ provisions contained in the fatwa, and to trace other legal bases of the Qur'an and hadith which were deemed more relevant. This is a qualitative research with the library research approach. The legal material studied is the fatwa of DSN No. 6 of 2000 concerning Istishna', as well as legal arguments in the form of the Qur'an and hadith. The findings are then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research show that the legal basis used by the DSN to support istishna’ provisions in this fatwa is indeed quite accurate, but there are at least two verses of the Qur'an and two hadiths that are more relevant as the basis of these istishna’ legalities.

Abstract

Islam yang diwujudkan dalam Alquran dan Hadits kaya akan konsep kewirausahaan, dan ini telah dipraktikkan oleh Nabi Muhammad sebelum masa kerasulannya. Tetapi jika kita melihat kenyataan di masa sekarang, keberadaan wirausaha Muslim masih kalah dari wirausaha non-Muslim, baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas. Salah satu alasannya diduga karena modal yang lemah karena dominasi perbankan berbasis riba konvensional. Masalah yang dirumuskan dalam makalah ini adalah bagaimana Islam mendorong upaya kewirausahaan dan bagaimana sumber pendanaannya didasarkan pada reksadana Islam. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, bahwa agama Islam mendorong pengembangan bisnis seluas mungkin, karena dalam muamalah tidak ada batasan, kecuali ada larangan shara; Larangannya adalah jika bisnis yang dikembangkan tidak bermoral, mengekang ribawi, gharar, penipuan dan penimbunan sehingga tidak membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat. Sumber modal bisnis Islam dapat diperoleh dari reksa dana syariah, di mana pemilik modal mempercayakan modalnya kepada lembaga reksadana Islam tepercaya, yang kemudian mendistribusikannya ke wirausahawan tepercaya, melalui sistem bagi hasil dan bentuk bisnis lainnya. dibenarkan oleh syariah, transparan dan menguntungkan bagi para pihak. Keberadaan reksa dana syariah selama ini belum optimal karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan masih dominannya dominasi masyarakat melalui transaksi perbankan konvensional.
