Abstract

Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner  terhadap 60 responden Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS for Windows Versi 1.1.Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, setelah diketahui R hitung 0,306 dan R tabel 0,254 serta Nilai kolom signifikansi sebesar 0,017 lebih kecil dari 0,05.Nilai R Square (Koefisien Determinasi) sebesar 0,094 atau 9,4 persen, artinya variabel komunikasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur sebesar 9,4 persen, sedangkan sisanya 90,6 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain variabel komunikasi yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Nilai F hitung sebesar 6,002 dan Nilai F tabel dengan df1 (derajat kebebasan pembilang 1) dan df2 (derajat kebebasan penyebut 58) sebesar 4,01. Berarti F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel atau Hipotesis dapat diberlakukan terhadap populasi.

Abstract

Each unit of work will always try to fully engage its human resources in order to produce a high work productivity and achieve the goals set. Head Office North Samarinda is a unit of work that serves communities in North Samarinda . The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the motivation and productivity of employees working in North Samarinda Head Office, as well as to determine how much influence the motivation to work on the productivity of employees working in North Samarinda Head Office and whether there is a strong relationship between motivation and productivity of work .

Abstract

Purpose of this study to find out whether there is the environmental impact of work against employee morale on Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. In this study there are 2 (two) variables, and each variable there are 4 (four) indicators. Indicators of the work environment: workplace hygiene korensponden choose enough, illumination / light correspondent choose right, choose a good correspondent of noise, air circulation correspondent choose good. Indicators of morale: The employee cooperation koresponden choose good, choose the level of work discipline correspondence choose well enough, job satisfaction correspondent choose quite satisfied and attendance clerks correspondents choose never not. From these results we concluded that the impact of  work environment has a considerable influence (well enough) on the of employee morale in Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah koordinasi lurah berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas Kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Sempaja Selatan Kota Samarinda. Untuk mendapatkan data penulis melakukan penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian manunjukkan bahwa koordinasi sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai, dalam arti bahwa faktor efektivitas kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Sempaja Selatan Kota Samarinda dari bulan ke bulan bahkan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perubahan yang meningkat. Hal ini diikuti pula oleh koordinasi  lurah dalam ini berfungsi sebagai variabel sebab.Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai, di samping faktor koordinasi maka faktor lain perlu mendapatkan perhatian sehingga efektivitas kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Sempaja Selatan Kota Samarinda dapat ditingkatkan.

The purpose of this study was to determine if the work environment has an impact on employees working spirit. Therefore to get this writer doing research in the Office of Public Works in East Kalimantan Province.This type of research are verified by the author, which is a study that you want to know and find the relationship between the two variables is to analyze the results of the study using a random lottery technique 50% of the 48 people to 24 employees..To prove the existence of the effect between the two variables the authors use Moment Correlation formula. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine whether the Village of Air Hitam Samarinda Ulu contribute to employee discipline. To get the data the authors conducted a study on Village of Air Hitam of Samarinda Ulu.The results showed that the Office of the Chief of Village of Air Hitam Samrinda Ulu greatly contribute to employee discipline, in the sense that the progress of work discipline employees in the Office of Air Hitam of Samarinda Ulu from year to year change increase.  This was followed by supervision in this study serves as a variable because to improve discipline an employee as a result of the variable, then factor surveillance activities employees need to take on the job as desired by the leader of the most important is a good cooperation particularly in the Office of Chief of Air Hitam Samarinda Ulu and remain to be defended.

Abstract

This Research aims: 1) Knowing leadership model going into effect in  environment of Office of Sub-Rege ncy Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara 2) Leadership Influence to discipline work Officer in Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara. Result from this research conclude that 1) Leadership going into effect in environment of Sub-Regency chief of Anggana predominated by style of leadership of transaksional and transformasional.  Result of hypothesis test indicate do not there are relation significant leadership with the discipline work at Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the monitoring effect on employee morale. To get the data the authors counducted a study on the Village Office White Water District Samarinda ulu samarinda city.The results showed that the control effect on employee morale at the Village Office White Water District Samarinda Ulu Samarinda City.It can be proven that the result of the analysis of data abtained rs count greater than the price table is 0.770>0.456 at 95% confidence level for N = 14

Most society meet difficulty because management of the IMB very circumlocutary,  so that management of inefficient IMB and require time old ones.Target of this Research to know and mendeskripsikan execution of function in management of administrative services of licensing of IMB at On duty Public Work in Sub-Province of Kutai East and to know factor influencing management of administrative services of licensing of IMB at On duty Public Work in Sub-Province of Kutai East.Result of research of menunjukan that Execution Of Function On Duty Public Work Of Area Create Masterpiece Sub-Province of Kutai East in management of administrative services of licensing of Permission Found Building ( IMB) in Sub-Province of Kutai East have run owned function it as according to order going into effect and factor influencing management of administrative services of licensing of IMB in Sub-Province East consist of supplementary factor that is existence of clear order which arrange about IMB, supporter medium and of loyalitas officer to its work. As for resistor factor in management of administrative services of licensing of IMB is the lack of prasarana and lack of awareness of society in equiping conditions in proffering of application of IMB.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the Employee Training and Development to have a positive impact pegaruh Upgrades employee.The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables Employee Training and Development Capacity Employees variables. It can be seen from the results of a statistical test in which the correlation coefficient (r) is equal to 0.865, which means there is a strong relationship between the two variables. The result was greater when compared to the table of critical prices Product Moment Correlation coefficients (Pearson) for n = 21 at the 5% significance level, ie 0.433. Or it can be said also that rhit = 0.865> rtab = 0.433, which means that there is a strong relationship between the two variables..
