Berdasarkan data statistik produktivitas dalam pengurusan dokumen di Kantor Petinggi Kampung Awai Kecamatan Nyuatan Kabupaten Kutai Barat mengalami kenaikan. Untuk menangani permintaan pengurusan dokumen yang semakin meningkat, diperlukan semangat dan etos kerja pegawai yang tinggi.Â Pada skripsi ini dibahas Pengaruh Semangat Kerja Pegawai Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pada Kantor Petinggi Kampung Awai Kecamatan Nyuatan Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Terhadap Produktivitas Pengurusan Dokumen Pada skripsi ini akan dianalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara semangat kerjaÂ pegawai dengan produktivitas pengurusan dokumen dengan menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment (Pearson).Setelah penulis menganalisis data dan mengadakan pengujian hipotesis, baik terhadap variabel semangat kerja pegawai (X) maupunÂ variabel produktivitas (Y), maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa variabel semangat kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas dalam pengurusan dokumen. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment ( Pearson ) diperoleh koefesien korelasi r = 0,86. Dimana dalamÂ Â kriteria interpretasi pada tabel 1, yaitu 0,80 â€“ 0,100 adalah tingkat hubungannya (korelasinya) sangat kuat. Ini berarti semakin tinggi semangat kerja pegawai Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pada Kantor Petinggi Kampung Awai Kecamatan Nyuatan Kabupaten Kutai Barat, maka semakin tinggi pula produktivitas dalam pengurusan dokumen.

PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (BAPPEDA) KABUPATEN KUTAI BARAT Saputra, Yovi

Penelitian iniÂ bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh peranan komunikasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Â analisis data yang digunakan adalah alat statistik koefisien korelasiÂ uji Product Moment (pearson) dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17,0 for windows.Hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,406 bahwa r yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan rumus korelasi product moment adalah lebih besar dibandingkan r tabel korelasi product moment (0,406 > 0,329), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.Hasil perhitunggan koefisiensi determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows ver.17, maka didapat R Square atau r2 sebesar 25%. Sehingga berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya pengaruh komunikasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat. adalah sebesar 25%, dan sebesar 75% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan t hitung yang talah dilakukan, maka dapat diketahui bahwa besar t hitungnya adalah 3.240. dari hasil tersebut kalau dibandingkan dengan t table maka didapat t hitung> t tabel (3.240 >1.688), hipotesis yang dikemukakan ini dapat diterima yaitu ada pengaruh yang positif antara komunikasi terhadap efektivitasÂ pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.

This study aims to determine the competency development program of personnel resources and employee performance. Besides, this study also aims to determine whether there was a significant influence on the development of competence of personnel resources to employee performance at the Parliament Secretariat of West Kutai. The results showed that the empirical rs amounted to 0.631 greater than the theoretical rs of 0.219 for n = 79 at a significance level of 5%. Thus it can be said that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the competence of personnel resources with variable employee performance. The results showed also that the obtained value of 7.136 t-test. The results of these calculations show that the t-count is greater than t-table contained in the table prices are critical student-t for n-2 at the 0.05 level, where t (hit) = 7.136> t (tab) = 1.991 , This means that there is a significant relationship and influence between variable competence development of personnel resources with variable employee performance. Thus it can be said that the formulation of the problem in this study have been answered and the research hypothesis can be received and verified.

The Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kutai Regency is one of the district level SKPDs that conduct public services. In accordance with its functions, namely managing archives (documents) and population administration data, the Department of Population and Civil Registration performs duties on the services of the West Kutai community in terms of archival storage and population administration data in the West Kutai District area.In conducting public services, every employee in the Office of Writing and Civil Registration must be guided by the principles of good governance, including in Law No. 23 of 2014, namely: legal certainty, public order, general interest, openness, proportionality,professionalism, accountability, efficiency, effectiveness and justice. Efficiency in the principle of administration that is oriented towards minimizing the use of resources to find the best work results.The research objectives are: 1) Identifying activities in the environment of the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kutai Regency that are efficient. 2) Knowing how the effectiveness of archival management affects the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kutai Regency.This research is an export type using quantitative data. Research conducted by the author is a verification or causality research. The randomly selected samples were 25 respondents. Analysis tool using the Spearman Rank coefficient ().From the results of the search for rs at n = 25 and Î± = obtained rs table = 0.425. If rs comparison with rs table will get results rs>rs table; means that Ho is rejected; meaning that efficiency is associated with effectiveness. It can be concluded that: 1) The existence of an efficient relationship with the effectiveness of work in the environment of the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kutai Regency. 2) Employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of West Kutai Regency can receive efficiency measures carried out, even though it is necessary to ensure that the benefits of the efficiency are carried out.
