Abstract

ABSTRAKANDI AKBAR, Studi Korelasi Pimpinan Dalam Usaha Meningkatkan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pertambangan Dan Energi Kabupaten Kutai Timur, dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dra.Hj. Nanik Pujiastuti, M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I dan bapak Drs H. Maskan AF, M.Si sebagai Pembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian ini  ada tujuan Umum dan tujuan khusus, Untukmengetahuihubungansebabakibatantara variable pimpinan dengan variable prestasi kerjapegawaipada Kantor Pertambangan Dan EnergiKabupatenKutaiTimur, untukmemecahkanmasalahyang telahpenuliskemukakansebelumnyadanuntukmengujikebenaranhipotesisapakahdapatditerimaatauditolak.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaDari hasil perbandingan nilai r dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara pimpinan dengan prestasi kerja pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Pertambangan Dan Energi Kabupaten Kutai Timur dimana nilai rhitung> rtabel yaitu 0,850 > 0,2546 jika dilihat dari interprestasi koefesien korelasi bahwa perhitungan tersebut berada pada interval koefesien 0,850 – 1,000, dengan demikian maka kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat.Bahwa berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dibuat, untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan “uji t” didapat ttest sebesar 12,049 yang berarti bahwa ttest lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 12,049 > 1,6725 dengan nilai kritis n-2=56 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 artinya menolak Ho dan menerima Ha. Dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara Pimpinan dengan prestasi kerja pegawai Pada Dinas Pertambangan Dan Energi Kabupaten Kutai Timur-----ABSTRACT ANDI AKBAR, Correlation Study In The Business Leaders Improve Job Performance Employees At the Department of Mines and Energy East Kutai Regency, under the guidance of Mrs. Dra.Hj.NanikPujiastutii, M.Si as Supervisor I and Drs H. Maskan AF, M.Si as Supervisor II.The purpose of this study is no purpose General and specific objectives, to determine the causal relationship between the variables of leadership with variable work performance of employees at the Office of Mining and Energy East Kutai Regency, to solve a problem that has the author pointed out earlier, and to test the test the truth of the hypothesis whether it is acceptable or rejected.The results showed that From the comparison of the value of r can be seen that there is a very close relationship between the leaders of the job performance of employees within the Department of Mines and Energy East Kutai Regency where the value of r count> r table is 0.850> 0.2546 when viewed from the interpretation coefficient the correlation that is in the interval calculation coefficient from 0.850 to 1.000, thus the two variables have a very strong relationship level.That based on the results of the calculations made, to test the hypothesis by using the "t test" obtained t test of 12.049 which means that the t test is greater than t table is 12.049> 1.6725 the critical value n-2 = 56 significance level 0, 05 means to reject H o and accept H a.Thus there is a very close relationship between the leadership of the job performance of employees at the Office of Mining and Energy East Kutai Regency

Abstract

ABSTRACTEFENDI NCAU. Role of Leadership in Improving Employee Work Disciplinary Body Part Reign Civil Service Police Unit West Kutai under the guidance of Mr. DR.Mugni H. Baharuddin MM as a Supervisor I and Mrs. Dra.Hj.NanikPujiastuti, M.Si as Supervisor II.To find the answers to problems that have been formulated and to prove or test the hypotheses of the study and to prove the truth of hypotheses have been put forward.From the analysis of the data found that the Spearman rank correlation coefficient generated is= 0.830 for n = 29. The results are greater when compared with the prices in the table Spearman Rank critical for n = 29, amounting to 0,312.This means that the variable leadershiphad a significant relationship with employee discipline variable On Board Civil Service Police Unit West Kutai.From the comparison valuetables can be seen that there is a significant relationship between the variables of leadership with employee discipline On Board Civil Service Police Unit West Kutai.Wherecount>tables, namely 0.830> 0.312 at a rate sigbifikansi 0.05 for n = 29. Based on the comparison of the data analysis, we can conclude also that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be received and verified.Keywords: Leadership, Discipline Employee Work

LIA GELINA.PengembanganSumberdayaManusiaTerhadapPrestasiKerja (StudiPenelitian Pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM KabupatenKutaiBarat)dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dra.Hj.Nanik Pujiastuti, M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I dan Bapak Drs Damai Damai,  M.Si sebagai Pembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuiUntuk menemukan jawaban atas masalah yang telah di rumuskan dan untuk membuktikan atau menguji hipotesis penelitian yang merupakan sebagai landasan dalam pengambilan keputusan atau penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwaterdapatpengaruh yang positifantaravariablePengembanganSumberdayadan Dinas Perindagkop dan UKM Kabupaten Kutai Barat Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis data dimana harga r empiris yang diperoleh sebesar 0,492. Lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan tingkat signifikasi r = 0,002 untuk N = 37. Atau 0,492 > 0,002 untuk tes satu sisi pada tingkat kepercayaan a = 0,05.Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya, dimana harga t = 3,001 atau lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,005 dan teoritis = 1,693889  pada taraf kepercayaan a = 0,05 dengan jumlah sampel (N) = 37.Denganterbuktidanditerimanyahipotesisdalampenelitianini, makamasalahpokokdalampenelitianinidapatterjawabdenganbaik, yaituterdapatkorelasiantaravariablepengembangansumberdayamanusiadenganvariableprestasikerjapegawaiPada Dinas Perindagkop dan UKM Kabupaten Kutai Barat--AbstrackLIA GELINA . Damai Darmadi , M.Si as Supervisor II.The purpose of this study is to investigate to find answers to problems that have been formulated and to prove or test the hypothesis of the research is a cornerstone in the decision or conclusion.From the results of analysis show that there are positive influence between variable and Perindagkop Resource Development and SME Kutai Barat This is evident from the results of analysis of empirical data on which the price r obtained at 0.492. Is greater than the significance level r = 0.002 to N = 37. Or 0.492> 0.002 for the test one-sided confidence level  = 0.05.The hypothesis of this study can be substantiated, where the price of t = 3.001 or greater than the significance level of 0.005 and theoretical = 1.693889 at the level of  = 0.05 by the number of samples (N) = 37.With proven and acceptance of this hypothesis, the key problem in this research can be properly answered, that there is a correlation between the variables of human resource development with variable employee job performance Perindagkop and SMEs In West Kutai.

Ghufron, M,Si sebagai Pembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ApakahmotivasipimpinanadahubunganKinerjaAparaturBidangPerijinanPadaBadanPelayananTerpaduSatuPintu Dan Penanaman Modal Daerah KabupatenKutaiTimurHasil perbandingan nilai r dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara variabel motivasi pimpinan dengan variabel kinerja aparatur dimana nilai > yaitu 0,748 > 0,361 pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05 untuk n = 30 dengan demikian maka kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat.Bahwa berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dibuat, untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan ”uji t” didapat  sebesar 5,970 yang berarti bahwa  lebih besar dari  yaitu 5,970 > 1,701 dengan nilai kritis n – 2 = 28 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05, artinya menolak dan menerima . Abstract

Kepemimpinan Terhada pDisiplin Kerja( Studi Kasus Tentang Pengaruh Bagian Perlengkapan Pada Kantor Sekretariat Mahakam Ulu )dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dra.Hj.Nanik Pujiastuti, M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I danIbu Salasiah, S,Sos, M.Si sebagai Pembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Apakah Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Disiplin kerja Pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Pada Kantor Sekretariat Mahakam Ulu dan menemukan jawaban atas permasalahan yang penulis kemukakan sebelumnya dan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis yang telah dikemukakan.Bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Bagian Perlengkapan Pada Kantor Sekretariat Mahakam Ulu. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis data dimana harga rs hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar bila dibanding dengan harga tabel rs (tabel Harga-harga Kritis rs) yakni 0,770 > 0,456 pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% untuk N =14.Dengan terbuktinya pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai, maka terjawablah rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Sos, M.Si as Supervisor II.The purpose of this study is to get an objective answer to solve the problems that are formulated so that it can be used to test the hypothesis that the writer suggested.To find out more about Influence Leadership in Improving Public Service Commission B DPRD members in East Kutai in this function as a variable causes.To improve good public service, then the leadership must be concerned about the coordination, motivation and control so that the members of Commission B in their job as best as possible, so that the public service employees of Commission B DPRD member of East Kutai Regency can be improved.This is evident from the results of analysis of leadership variable has a very strong relationship with the public service variables of Commission B DPRD members in East Kutai, this can be seen from the results of product moment correlation coefficient, where r s = 0.968.Based on the results of the analysis, it is clear that the hit r = 0.968> r tab = 0482 at a significance level of = 0.05.Based on the results of the calculation of the overall correlation coefficient r s = 0.968 for n = 17 is distributed into the formula then gained 0.443 hypothesis is greater than the value t table of 1.753 for n - 2 = 15 at significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

Dinas Kesejahteraan Sosial Kabupaen Kutai Timur menangani berbagai masalah sosial, maslah tersebut ada pada program dan kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk penyelesaian masalah-masalah yang tentunya ada di dalam masyarakat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Dalam Meningkatkan Pelaksanaan Tugas Di Dinas Kesejahteraan Sosial Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) adalah seseorang, keluarga atau kelompok masyarakat yang karena suatu hambatan, kesulitan, atau gangguan tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsi sosialnya sehingga tidak terpenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya baik jasmani, rohani, maupun sosial secara memadai dan wajar. Sedangkan Potensi dan Sumber Kesejahteraan Sosial (PSKS) adalah potensi dan sumber yang ada pada manusia, alam dan institusi sosial yang dapat digunakan untuk usaha kesejahteraan sosial.Visi Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) Kabupaten Kutai Timur adalah :“Terwujudnya kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja pembangunan dalam menuju kemandirian”dan misi Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Kutai Timur adalah a). Meningkatkan kualitas dan  sistem  manajemen pelayanan kesejahteraan sosial keluarga; b). Mengembangkan dan mendayagunakan sumber kesejahteraan sosial secara optimal dan berkelanjutan. C). Mengembangkan prakarsa dan peran aktif masyarakat dalam pembangunan Kesejahteraan Sosial dalam wadah PSKS.Urusan Pemerintah Daerah di Bidang Kesejahteraan Sosial Berdasarkan Asas Otonomi dan Tugas Pembantuan sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Timur Nomor 6 Tahun 20013 di bidang Kesejahteraan Sosial, adalah : a). Perumusan kebijakan dalam bidang Kesejahteraan Sosial; b).Penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintah dan pelayanan umum di bidang kesejahteraan sosial dan perlindungan masyarakat; c). Pembinaan dan pelaksanaan kesejahteraan sosial dan perlindungan masyarakat; c).Pelaksanaan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Bupati sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya.Beberapa masalah sosial dalam permasalahan pokok Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Kutai timur adalah : a). Masalah Kemiskinan ; b). Rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia ; c). Kesenjangan ekonomi di sekitar kawasan industri ; d). Penurunan kualitas lingkungan hidup ;Kesenjangan e). mbangunan antar dan inter wilayahTujuan program kerja jangka menengah dinas sosial Kabupate Kutai Timur dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut : a). Terwujudnya sumberdaya manusia bidang kesejahteraan sosial yang berkualitas; b).Terwujudnya pelayanan yang baik dengan kolaborasi yang strategis; c).Terwujudnya kerjasama regional di kawasan Kalimantan Timur dalam rangka mewujudkan Kabupaten Kutai Timur sebagai daerah yang bebas terhadap masalah-masalah kesejahteraan sosial; d).Terwujudnya koordinasi dengan instansi vertikal guna optimalisasi sumber pendanaan; e).Terwujudnya peningkatan dan pemerataan Pelayanan Sosial yang lebih adil dan merata.--ABSTRACT  The Social Welfare Department of the East Kutai Regency addressing various social problems, it is on the issue of programs and activities aimed at the solution of problems that would exist in society.The purpose of this study was to Know Factors Affecting Employee Performance in Enhancing the Implementation Task On the Social Welfare Department of East Kutai.With social welfare problems (POM) is a person, a family or a group of people who, because an obstacle, difficulty, or distractions can not perform their social function that is not met their needs both physically, spiritually, and socially adequate and reasonable. While Potential and Source of Social Welfare (PSKS) are potentials and resources that exist in the human, natural and social institutions that can be used for social welfare.Vision of Social Service (Social Affairs) of East Kutai is: "Realization of social welfare to support performance improvement in the development towards self-reliance" and mission of East Kutai District Social Service is a). Improving the quality and service management system of social welfare of the family; b). Develop and utilize social welfare resources in an optimal and sustainable. C). Develop an innovative and active role in community development in the container PSKS Social Welfare.Local Government Affairs in the Field of Social Welfare Based on the principle of autonomy and in accordance with Rule Tasks East Kutai Regency No. 6 20013 in the areas of social welfare, are: a). Formulation of policies in the areas of social welfare; b) .Penyelenggaraan government affairs and public services in the field of social welfare and protection of the public; c). Coaching and implementation of social welfare and protection of the public; c). Implementation of other tasks given by the Regent in accordance with its duties and functions.Some of the social problems in the subject matter east Kutai District Social Service are: a). Poverty Issues; b). The low quality of human resources; c). Economic disparities around the industrial area; d). Environmental degradation; Gaps e). mbangunan inter and inter regionInterest medium-term work program of the social services Kabupate East Kutai can be formulated as follows: a). The realization of human resources quality social welfare; b). The realization of good service with strategic collaborations; c). The realization of regional cooperation in the area of East Kalimantan in order to realize the East Kutai Regency as a zone free of the problems of social welfare; d). The realization of vertical coordination with agencies in order to optimize the funding source; e). Realization of improvement and equalization of Social Services more fair and equitable.

Sos, M.SiThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of village head in running the village development and to identify factors inhibiting the village head in carrying out development in KampungNgenyanAsa Barong Tongkok District West Kutai.Type of research included qualitative descriptive.The main focus of research defined the role of Head of Kampung indicators: governance, village development, develop the economic life of the community, village head inhibiting factor in implementing development in KampungNgenyanAsa districts Barong Tongkok West Kutai.While the source of the data taken from informen competent, among which: Kampung Secretary, Staff / Employee NgenyanAsaKampung Office whose duties related to the research problem under investigation and the public.While data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation.Analysis of the data used is an interactive model developedThe results showed that the administration of the village and community development is done in the village hall.Realization of democracy in village administration official elements of village government.The village headman to supervise the implementation of the rules and regulations of the village chief.Government administration office is rarely open and difficult village chief in my hometown for ketemui if you want to take care of the home secretary of the village.Village Development is a deliberate change of the Head and the people in the village, in the form of facilities and infrastructure that can improve people's welfare as planned by the village head to the public.Economic life of the community in terms of economic and social order is good enough, either from outside or from within the village.Head of the village is a driving force of development in social and economic fields.means the existence of village headman function mobilize the community in doing something actions or activities to co-develop the economic life of the people in development.

Abstract

Yosua Sariadi, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Satuan Polisi  Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Barat.            Kepemimpinan diartikan sebagai suatu seni atau proses mempengaruhi orang atau sekelompok orang sehingga mereka secara suka rela mau bekerja sama dengan sungguh-sungguh untuk mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Setiap organisasi, Pemerintah, Perusahaan apapun jenisnya pasti memerlukan seorang pemimpin yang harus menjalankan fungsi kegiatan kepemimpinan bagi keseluruhan organisasi sebagai suatu kesatuan.            Kepemimpinan jika dilaksanakan secara efektif akan dapat mendorong terjadinya peningkatan disiplin kerja pegawai, sehingga diharapkan dapat mendorong terjadinya peningkatan kinerja. Tentu saja efektifitas disini dalam artian Pemimpin harus terlebih dulu memberikan contoh dan teladan yang baik dalam segala hal.            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah :1). Untuk mengetahui  sejauh mana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Barat. 2). Membuktikan hipotesis penelitian.            Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Barat.            Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Hal ini mengingat nilai probabilitas hasil uji korelasi Product Momen sebesar 0,038 masih lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

ABSTRACT BUDI. Role of Discipline in Improving Employee Performance (Research Study In Office Samarinda Seberang Sungai Keledang) under the guidance of Mrs. Dra. Hj.Nanik Pujiastuti, M.Si as a mentor I and Mr. Drs.Damai Darmadi , M.SiThe purpose of this study was to determine the causal relationship between the variables disciplines with variable performance of employees at the Office of Samarinda Seberang Sungai Keledang, to solve a problem that has been the author pointed out earlier, and to verify whether the hypothesis can be accepted or rejectedThis type of research conducted by the author are Verivikatif, a study that you want to know and find the relationship between the two variables by analyzing the results of research using census method.That there is a positive relationship between the variables Discipline on Employee Performance At River Village Office Keledang Samarinda Seberang. It is from the analysis of the data by the formula coefficients Spearman Rank Correlation (r s) where r s count obtained for 0.578 was greater when compared with the price of r s theoretical (table prices are critical r s) at the 95% confidence level for N = 26, ie 0.329.The writer suggested that the hypothesis could be accepted as true. This is evident from the results of testing the hypothesis with t test formula, obtained t calculate equal to 3.468 which was greater when compared to the price table t (Table prices are critical t) at a rate of 95% for N - 2 (26-2) = 24 is 1.711, meaning that the writer suggested the hypothesis can be accepted as true
