Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is, a) To know the quality of product, have positive and significant effect on buying decision of drinking water of DC brand. b) To know the price has a positive and significant effect on the buying decision of DC brand drinking water. c) To know the price has a positive and significant effect on buying decision of drinking water of DC brand. d) To know where the positive and significant impacts of DC brand drinking water purchasing decisions.The basic marketing management theory that focuses on product quality, price, promotion, place, and purchasing decisions. This research use accidental sampling method with research sample amounting to 30 people from consumer population at PT. Kristal Lestari in Samarinda. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that the regression equation is Y = 7.056 + 0.383 X1 + 0.162 X2 + 0.630 X3 + 0.190 X4 + e. The results showed that the promotion has the greatest influence compared with other independent variables on the purchase decision. The results of this study indicate that product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion variables have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and place variables have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

MUHAMMAD RICO TRI WIBOWO, Control of Tapioca Flour Stock (25Kg) at CV. Cipta Karya Mandiri Samarinda under the guidance of Mr. Eddy Soegiarto as the first director and Ms. Rina Masyitoh Haryadi as the second director.Supervision and maintenance of supplies is an important problem in an organization in every economic sector. Inventory arises due to the synchronous demand with the provision of time used to process raw materials to maintain the balance of demand with the supply of raw materials and processing time required by supply. Inventory is very important because if the supply material arrives late until it runs out it will affect the profits that will be obtained by the company even consumers will look for products in other places, this will have a very bad impact on the company because it cannot serve and look after consumers well.The purpose of this study was to analyze the inventory and minimize the cost of tapioca flour supply on the CV. Cipta Karya Mandiri Samarinda ..The problems in this are as follows: "What is the supply of Tapioca Tepung (25kg) on the CV. Cipta Karya Mandiri in Samarinda is optimal? "The analytical tool used to analyze inventory control is using the EOQ method (Economic Order Quantity), to calculate the reorder point using ROP (Reorder Point), to calculate inventory costs using TIC (Total Incremental Cost).The results of the analysis mention the CV. Cipta Karya Mandiri has not been optimal in order quantity to order tapioca flour in one order with an order quantity of 4,668 sacks with one year order frequency which is 6 times, while according to calculation EOQ method is 8,617 sacks with a frequency of ordering in one year which is 4 times and calculation of booking costs based on the company of Rp. 19,086,007.94 while the calculation using EOQ is Rp. 17,642,362.35 there is a difference in inventory costs of Rp. 1,443,645,59. If the company uses the EOQ method, the company can save on inventory costs of Rp. 1,443,645,59.The fewer the ordering frequency, the lower the inventory costs the company will incur.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to determine whether the decision of the company to purchase vehicle transportation loan production more profitable compared with the operating lease, both in the short and long term.The theory used is Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Credit Interest and Leasing.Analyzer using NPV and Differential Cost by comparing two variables that is credit purchase and rent use,The NPV analysis for 3 years shows that the total cost of Credit Purchase is IDR 768,722,865,- while operating lease  is IDR 943.071.490,- so that Credit Purchase more profitable equal to IDR 174.348.625,-. Analysis Short-term cash flow (1 year) also shows that in the 1st year for Credit Cash Purchase of IDR 350,606,965,- while the cash flow Operating Lease amounted to IDR 367.821.888,- so that Credit Purchases remained more profitable of IDR 17.214.923,-. Result of research indicate that Purchase Credit of production transportation at PT. Tanjung Buyu Perkasa Plantation in Berau is more profitable compared to operating lease.

Abstract

Ety Kusmirna, the effect of work productivity and work performance  against employee incentives in the West Kutai District Labor Departement, Robin Jonathan and Mardiana.This study aims to determine the workplace and work performance of influence on employee incentives in the West Kutai District Power Office.The research population used by researches is all employees in the West Kutai District Labor Departement. The research team of 30 respondents and sampling determined is census (saturated sampling). Data analysis using multiple liniear regression with research instrument research and classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.The basis of theory of human resources focusing at productivity and work achievement has a significant effect on the  administration of employeincentives in the West Kutai District  Labor Departement.The result of the study  concluded that : 1) H1 (hypothesis 1) received then meaningful productivity of a significant effect on the incentive gift. 2) The result showed that H2 ( hypothesis 2) received then means working performance has significant effect in the incentives gifts. 3) The  results showed that H3 (hypothesis 3) received then meaningful work pride and performance achievement simultaneously significantly effect the incentives administration.

Abstract

Branch image is a set of assotiation (perception) appears on costumers mind toward the brand, ussualy organized to a meaning. Quality means the appropriateness with the specification, phisics, producer and qualification. Price is goods value stated with money. Generally, price is the amount of all values exchanged by consumer for owning of using the goos and service. Purchasing desigion is on evaluation level, consumers set the brands in selected group and form purchasing value. The hypotehesis of the research is brand image product quality and price influence positively and significantly toward costumer decision making to buy Amplang Bengalon in Sangatta. The research is quantitative research, in which the data source shawed in number. In this research researcher destributes 75 questionnaires to costumers of Amplang Bengalon by using Acciental sampling, a method to examine sampling coaecudentaly, to whom the researcher meet coaccidently can be data used in for sampling, if he is appropriate to be data source and for 3 mounths researcher decides 75 respondents.Model of analysis used in this research is multiple regression model. The linear of regression result is Y = 0,449 + 0,317X1 + 0,314X2 + 0,311X3 + e.The result of anaylisis test t shows that there’s positive and significant influence among brand image, product quality and price toward the cunsumer decision to buy Amplang Bengalon

Abstract

The investor invest to a go public company in a form of stocks, by their aim to get profit from the company that they invest in a form of dividend. The investors like companies that are able to distribute dividends well (stable), therefore before investing the investor is have to do an analysis about a ratio to divide the dividend by analyzing the finance ratio such as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets and Current Ratio toward Dividend Payout Ratio in manufacturing companies listed on BEI period 2013-2015 The purpose of this research is to analyze and to find the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) either partially or simultaneously at manufacturing companies listed on BEI period 2013-2015.The Population and sample in this research are all manufacturing companies listed on BEI period 2013-2015. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 27 companies. The type of data used is secondary data. Methods of data collection using documentation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that: (1) Debt to Equity Ratio has significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio. (2) Return On Assets has significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio. (3) Current Ratio has significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio. (4) Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets and Current Ratio have significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio.

Abstract

This Formula research internal issue" Is ratio of net margin profit, asset on return, equity on return, and earning per share have an effect on signifikan to share price which enlist at BEI sector sub of industry (ceramic, Porselen, and glass) in the year 2011-2015?This research aim to to know influence of ratio of net margin profit, asset on return, equity on return, and earning per share have an effect on significant to share price which enlist at BEI industrial sector sub (ceramic, Porselen, and glass) in the year 2011-2015.Research method by using obtained data of Effect Exchange Indonesia. Population is all company of ceramic industrial sector sub, glass and porselen which enlist in BEI 2011-2015.
