Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of financial performance at UD. Vicko in Samarinda in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios based on 2014 financial report data up to 2016.The basic theory used is financial management. Financial management is all the activities of companies that are related to businesses to obtain funds and allocate funds efficiently.  Analysis tools use financial statements in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss. In addition to using a measuring instrument that is the liquidity ratio (current ratio) solvency ratio (debt to asset ratio) and profitability ratio (return on assets). The results showed: UD financial performance. Vicko in terms of liquidity ratios (current assets) decreased by 40.20% in 2015 and 11.88% in 2016. The solvency ratio in terms of the debt to asset ratio increased by 5.17% in 2015 and 4., 69% in 2016. Rentability ratio in terms of return on assets decreased by 4.12% in 2015 and 1.09% in 2016. Hypothesis (1, 2 and 3) was accepted

Abstract

Alvin Nurul Anggraeni: Effects of Consumer Behavior on Cinema Ticket Purchase Decisions on Tix.id Site (Study of Tix.id Application Users in Samarinda City). Under the guidance of Ms. Mardiana as the first lecturer and Ms. Nurfitriani as the second lecturer.          The purpose of this study was to determine cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors on the decision to buy cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. The theory used in this study is consumer behavior, cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors and purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Tix application users, id in Samarinda City, with a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data collection by distributing questionnaires online using the Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.         The results of this study indicate that cultural factors have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. Social factors have an effect not positive and not significant on the decision to buy cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. Personal factors have an effect not positive and not significant on the decision to buy cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. Psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. Cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors together have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the Tix.id site.

Abstract

Kebijakan dalam hal menyewa ataupun menjual aset perusahaan merupakan keputusan manajemen dengan perbandingan penghasilan atau keuntungan sehingga dapat melangsungkan kegiatan perusahaan dengan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Salah satu strategi yang dapat ditempuh oleh PT Armada Samudera Raya untuk memperluas usahanya adalah dengan melakukan analisis biaya deferesial dalam pengambilan keputusan sitem time charter atau menjual tug boat. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis dalam memilih alternatif menjual tugboat dibandingkan dengan alternatif sistem time charter tugboat pada PT Armada Samudera Raya periode tahun 2016.Hasil analisis berdasarkan analisis baiaya diferensial dalam alternatif sistem charter atau menjual tug boat selama 10 tahun ke depan dengan menggunakan nilai sekarang diperoleh selisih yang mengutungkan sebesar Rp 15.756.009.351. apabila perusahaan memilih alternatif menjual tug boat dibandingkan dengan sistem time charter tug boat. Alternatif sistem time charter tug boat mengakibatkan arus kas keluar sangat besar yaitu biaya asuransi sebesar Rp2.734.105.500, biaya reparasi sebesar Rp 13.167.276.000 dan biaya gaji awak kapal sebesar Rp 11.344.517.550 dibandingkan biaya - biaya Pengukuran pendapatan diukur dalam hal alternatif menjual tug boat yakni biaya komisi penjualan sebesar Rp 488.000.000.000 sedangkan untuk biaya notaris dikenakan sebesar 0.8 % dari harga jual tug boat yaitu sebesar Rp 195.200.000.000.Hipotesis pernelitian ini ditolak apabila  alternatif sistem time charter tidak menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan alternatif menjual tugboat pada PT Armada Samudera Raya.

Abstract

This research is conducted on the basis of the movement of capital markets that are influenced by macro fudamental factors namely exchange rate, interest rate and inflation as things investors need to know before making long-term investment decisions. The state of the economy and the ups and downs of macro variables within a country can affect stock prices. Stock price fluctuations influenced by external factors or often referred to as market risk (macro fudamental) have properties that can not be controlled company.There are several findings in this study. First exchange rate has a positive and significant effect partially to stock price, hence can be said that hypothesis accepted. Secondly, interest rates have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, in this finding the hypothesis is rejected. The third inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on the stock price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, then the hypothesis is accepted. The four exchange rates, interest rates and inflation simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices, these findings suggest that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

I. A Moies hospital is a government hospital that has several problems in providing health services to patients, including some patients for speed in consolidating long waiting patients. And at least the completeness of the supply of medical equipment and some bad news about the I.A hospital. Moies.This study aims to find out: 1) Physical evidence (X1) has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, 2) reliability (X2) has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, 3) responsiveness (X3) has a significant positive influence for patient satisfaction , 4) (X4) has a positive influence on patient satisfaction, 5) empathy (X5) has a significant influence on patient satisfaction.The population in this study were all outpatients in the hospital (RSUD) I.A Moies in samarinda. The results concluded: 1) that H1 which was done correctly had a significant effect on patient satisfaction, 2) that H2 carried out had a significant effect on patient satisfaction, 3) that H3 was received had no significant effect on patient satisfaction, 4) that H4 was accepted as meaningless significant to patient satisfaction, 5) that H5 is willing to have no significant effect on patient satisfaction and H6 is spoken simultaneously with independent variables on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The Influence of Empowerment and Social Support on the Performance of Employees of the Public Works Agency for Spatial Planning and Public Housing of East Kalimantan Province "under the guidance of Ms. Theresia Militina as Advisor Lecturer I and Ms. Suyatin as Supervisor II.            The analysis tool and hypothesis testing in this study used multiple regression analysis or multiple regression consisting of simultaneous tests (simultaneous tests) and partial tests (each test). The process of analyzing data uses SPSS statistical tools.             Empowerment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Public              Works Office for Spatial Planning and Public Housing of East Kalimantan Province. So it is known that Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on performance.            Social Support (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Public                        Works Office in the Spatial Planning and Housing of East Kalimantan Province.  This is because there are positive and significant  influences between the two variables. Through multiple  correlation it can also be seen the effect of social support on performance and indicates that there is a positive relationship between the two variables.          The results showed that Empowerment and Social Support had a positive and significant influence on the Employee Performance of the Public Works Agency in the Spatial Planning and Housing of East Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) financial performance of PT. Bank of India Indonesia Tbk period 2012 - 2016 is measured from Liquidity Ratio consisting of quick ratio and asset to loan ratio. 2) financial performance of PT. Bank of India Indonesia Tbk for the period 2012-2016 is measured by the Sovability Ratio consisting of primary ratio, risk assets ratio and secondary risk ratio. 3) financial performance of PT. Bank of India Indonesia Tbk for the period 2012-2016 is measured by the Profitability Ratio consisting of gross profit margins and return on loans.The analysis tool used is liquidity ratio which consists of quick ratio and asset to loan ratio. Solvency ratio consisting of primary ratio, risk assets ratio and secondary risk ratio. And profitability ratios consisting of gross profit margins and return on loans.The results of this study indicate: 1) Quick Ratio has decreased in 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016 and experienced an increase in 2014. 2) Assets To Loan Ratio decreased in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 and experienced an increase in 2012.   3) Primary Ratio has decreased in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and has increased in 2015 and 2016. 4) Risk Assets Ratio has decreased in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and has increased in 2015 and 2016. 5) Secondary Risk Ratio decreased in 2012 and 2013 and experienced an increase in 2014, 2015 and 2016. 6) Gross Profit Margin experienced a decline in 2012, 2014 and 2015 and experienced an increase in 2013 and 2016. 7) Return On Loans decreased in 2012 and 2014 and experienced a decline in 2013, 2015 and 2016.

Abstract

Veronika Nini: Budget Analysis and Revenue and Expenditure Realization at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Panglima Sebaya Kabupaten Paser. Under the guidance of Mr. Robin Jonathan and Mrs. Ida Rahmawati.The role of the budget is very important for every hospital, including the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Panglima Sebaya. This research was conducted to determine the level of income growth, the level of growth in expenditure, the cause of the difference between the budget and revenue realization, as well as the causes of the difference between the budget and revenue realization of the Peoples Commander in 2015-2016.The ratio of income growth has decreased which is due to the increase in revenue realization in 2016 is not as high as the previous year. Then, the ratio of shopping growth has decreased due to the increase in the realization of expenditure in the 2016 fiscal year, smaller than the previous year. From the analysis of variance (difference) income, in 2016 experienced a more temporary difference in 2015 experiencing a less difference. From the analysis of variance (difference) of expenditure, there is a less difference in the realization of expenditure compared to the budget.The income growth ratio has decreased which indicates that the budget performance has decreased. The expenditure growth ratio experienced a decline which indicated that the RSUD could control spending, carry out spending efficiency, and reduce budget. There is less difference in realization of income compared to the budget in 2015 fiscal year, but in the 2016 budget year there was more or more difference in the realization of revenue compared to the budget that showed the revenue performance of RSUD which experienced an increase caused by internal and external factors

Abstract

This company has been done the export to various countries. Since the company tries to achieve the production targets, the company often does overtime work and if demand is large, the company will operate on holidays. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the suitability of work overtime wages for contract employees at PT SLJ Global Tbk to the Decree of the Minister of Manpower No:KEP.102/MEN/VI/2004. The method used is a comparative method which is comparing the calculation of contract employee work overtime wages of PT SLJ Global Tbk with the calculation of work overtime wages based on the Minister of Manpower Decree No: KEP.102/MEN/VI/2004 on article 11 which contains the calculation of work overtime wages. Calculation of work overtime wages for contract employees experienced a difference of underpayment of 91.28% and testing of hypotheses, the hypothesis was accepted because the calculation of work overtime wages of contract employees was not in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Manpower No: KEP.102/MEN/VI/2004. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the calculation of work overtime wages of contract employees at PT SLJ Global Tbk does not reach the standards that have been applied by the Government which refers to the Minister of Manpower Decree No: KEP.102/MEN/VI/2004. The difference lies in multiplying hourly of work overtime wages. Seeing this situation, the company is suggested to provide fair and wise welfare to all employees.
