Abstract

Selection of Penghulu carried out simultaneously and surging throughout kepenghuluan in the region Rokan Hilir district. pemerilan pemulu here means the election of the village head where the village rokan hilir called the village with kepenghuluan and village chief called penghulu this is based on the efforts of the district government in order not to loss of unidirectional value for the society rokan downstream.The author conducted a research background on the election conducted in kepenghuluan sekeladi where in followed by five candidates, where each candidate to get a sound that is almost balanced there is only one candidate who get very low when compared with other candidates. Candidates who get a very low vote earning here is an incumbent candidate. This is what makes us as the authors want to conduct research to cause low incumbent candidate votes in the selection of penghulu.This study we as the authors review with two indicators of voter behavior and political marketing (strategy kompanye). Choosing Behavior Simply defined as the decision of a voter to vote for a candidate or a particular in the election. While Political Marketing is a political campaign strategy to form a certain set of political meanings in the minds of the voters.This research uses "multiple method" that is merging between quantitative and qualitative methods, in this case is the spread of questionnaires and interviews. Types of research data are primary data and secondary data, Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews, Data analysis techniques used in this study using quantitative descriptive methods Data analysis techniques in this study is also reinforced by qualitative data.The results show that incumbent candidate is seen from the aspect of voter behavior and kompaye strategy has not been able to influence society to choose it. This is seen from the variable and indicator that the author set when doing research dikepenghuluan sekeladi.Keywords: Selection of Penghulu, Voter Behavior, Political Marketing (Strategy Kompanye)

Abstract

In this research using descriptive qualitative research method, there is a purpose to know how the role of Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) in tourism development of Nagari Tuo Pariangan in Tanah Datar regency. Besides this research also try to know what factors that support Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) Nagari Tuo Pariangan to develop tourism and do its duty as a driver of regional tourism along with know what factors inhibiting Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) in doing development tourism to carry out its function as a community representative who plunged directly into the field. Based on the results of research that has been done there are results that show Group Awareness Tours (POKDARWIS) Nagari Tuo Pariangan still has shortcomings and constraints faced in carrying out activities based on the scope of its activities. Knowledge and insight about tourism is known to be inadequate for some of its members, other than that the group members also still do not have the capital and ability or experience enough to be able to manage the business related to tourism and organizational management, in addition to the factors that support the Conscious Travel Group (POKDARWIS) Nagari Tuo Pariangan to develop tourism.Keywords: Pokdarwis, Scope of activities Pokdarwis, Development Tourism.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Waroeng Steak & Shake Melati Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is declined the number of transactions and declined number of sales within the last 5 years. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction at Waroeng Steak & Shake Melati Pekanbaru. In this research data analysis used descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program. The sample in this research totalled 100 respondents, with sampling method using a purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are primary and secondary data through observation, interview, and questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used a simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression From the results of tests conducted indicate that the brand image and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in Waroeng Steak & Shake Melati Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the involvement of people with disability in the form of decisions, and what are the obstacles to disability in the election process of Mayor and Vice Mayor of Pekanbaru 2017 in Tenayan Raya District. The form of political participation from persons with disbailitas is like. Participate in campaigns, and join in community organizations. The method used in this research is using descriptive quantitative approach. Against a total of 20 respondents with disabilities in Tenayan Raya District determined through accidental sampling. Data analysis was performed using cross tabulation analysis through SPSS program. Based on the results of the study indicates that political participation by persons with disabilities, in the election of Mayor and Vice Mayor of Pekanbaru in Tenayan Raya Sub-district, has not shown full and effective participation based on equality with other citizens. Where 50% of respondents who participate in politics, is joining in community organizations. However, in the participation of voting rights in the TPS, and following the campaign activities in the electoral process, the participation of respondents is still low. Some findings also indicate the obstacles of the Mayor and Mayor of Pekanbaru 2017 are in the form of administration, accessibility and assistance. Abstract

Telegram application is one of the new media in Indonesia. Telegram is not only effective for communcating, but also effective when used as a online information providers either general information or special information. One of the users who use telegram app is PT.Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru as employees information media. The Theory used in this research is new media theory. The purpose of this research is to investigate how big the effectiveness of Telegram application as an employees information media.This research uses quantitativ research methods, the technique of collecting data in this study is using questionnaire to PT. Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru employees with 82 sample counts that are determined through random sampling techniques the analysis techniques data in this research using descriptive statistical techniques.The results of this research indicate that the level of Telegram Application as Employees Information Media PT.Pos Indonesia Pekanbaru classified as very effective. This has been proven by result of collected data that have been measured by six indicator, each indicator reaches a scale of 3,30 on the receiver or user indicator, scale of 3,33 on the content indicator, scale of 3,42 on the channel indicator,scale 3,40 on the format indicator, scale 3,44 on the source indicator,and scale 3,22 on the timing indicator. The conclusion obtained by using the average formula of all indicator is 3,35 which is included in a very effective scale range. This indicate that Telegram Application is a very effective as a information media to employees PT.Pos Indonesia pekanbaruKeywords: Communication Effectivity, Information, Telegram

Abstract

The reform era marked by the rise of the mass media as a means of mass communication and public opinion-forming tool, it helps in human life to exchange ideas, experiences and information in a relatively large volume. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of management functions are functions of planning, organizing, and monitoring.This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The research was conducted at Graha Pena 3rd Floor Room Editor Pekanbaru Riau Pos located at Jl. HR Subrantas Km. 10.5 Panam, Ex. Sidomulyo West district. Handsome, Pekanbaru, Riau. Pemelihan infroman done by using purposive.As for the informants of this study is the editorial director of Riau Pos, coordinator rubric Zetizen Riau Pos, two crew Zetizen Riau Pos and loyal readers Zetizen Riau Pos. Data collection techniques used for conducting research is by observation, interview and documentation. While the validity of the data that researchers use is extended participation, triangulation as well as the adequacy of reference.The results showed that, in describing the application of the editorial management functions Riau Pos Zetizen in attracting interest in reading among adolescents in the first Pekanbaru City planning, planning is divided into two groups: strategic planning and operational planning. Meanwhile, the second management function is the organization that is the organizational structure and job description. Then the third management functions namely mobilization, mobilization divided into three groups: news reporting, editing and writing news. Last management functions that control the shape of the oversight conducted Zetizen rubric Riau Pos namely evaluation and feedback.

Abstract

With magnitude potential owned tourism by Kampar, then Local Government District. Kampar do an important step by organizing tourism potentials owned by Kampar Regency. The main steps that should be carried out within the framework of the development of the tourism sector Kampar District is preparing a Plan Regional Tourism Development Master Kampar, then expected able for improve development tourism in Kampar. By because that aim research this is for knowing implementation Plan Regional Tourism Development Master Kampar.The method used in writing research this is approach qualitatively. Informants of this study were chosen purposively based on characteristics or specific characteristics based on research needs. That is 7 people.As for results research RIPKD implementation Kab. Kampar are: 1) lack of work same government with developers tourism, 2) has not existence promotion done government constrained because inadequate budget and source power human, 3) formation group conscious tours this not yet accomplished. Abstract

Serombou Stone House is one of the existing attractions in Rokan Hulu district. Serombou this is due to problems in the existing facilities in the tourist attraction Serombou stone house. Serombou Stone House has the lowest rate of visits in comparison with other attractions in rokan hulu district. This research was conducted to determine the response of visitors to the facilities contained in the tourist attraction. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this research includes all visitors who come to the Object of Batu Serombou House of Rokan Hulu Regency in 2016, which amounted to 1,806 people. The researcher used an accidental sampling technique to determine the number of samples. Methods of data collection are questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. . The data measurement technique uses Likert Scale. Research shows that the facilities in the tourist attraction conditions are not in accordance with the expectations of visitors. Abstract

This research is based on the shift of lion dance tradition in bagansiapi-api city. Problem formulation in this research are: (1) "How is the social system of lion dance tradition in Chinese society of town of fire?" (2) "How is the shift in lion dance tradition in the city of fire-fire?". This research aims to Know Social system in Chinese tradition, This research is done at Buddhasakyamuni Buddhist temple and Buddhasasana in june 2017. This research is qualitative research which become population in this research is young character of Chinese and Chinese society figure. the sample in this study was taken based on interview technique. Where the place taken into the sample is where the lion barongsai training in the monastery and interviewed him with questions that have been prepared in accordance with the formulation of the problems that have been determined. based on the results of research indicates that there is a variety of knowledge about beliefs that have different opinions about history, previous beliefs and get a response about the shift that occurred in lion dance. thus the hypothesis that there is a social system within the barongsai is very influential for each other so that a shift can occur in the city temple bagapiapiapi.Keyword : Barongsai tradition in the life of Chinese society

Abstract

This research was conducted at Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. The purpose of this research is to know the effort of society to maintain the continuity of Bara'an tradition at Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. The purpose of this research is to know the effort of society to maintain. The focus of this research is the essence of Bara'an tradition implementation by society at Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 8 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted, the authors found that there are two great essence of bara'an tradition that is the relationship and cultural life. Research conducted found that the timing of bara'an tradition is after completing solat idul fitri, Bara’an done for the longest for a week and the fastest for four days. the series of bara’an implementation starts from the gathering of the community in the mosques every village after the solat idul fitri, then the community will jointly crush first house that will be addressed in Bara’an, after determined which house will be addressed first then the head of the entourage will turn on siren mark Bara’an begins, then the entourage will move to the first house and so on. When they reach the targeted house, the community will be led to read prayers and sholawat. After that will be served a variety of Eid foods such as wet and dry sponge cake variety, various crackers, durian leaf, vegetable lontong, ketupat and various other meals. After eating the dish served by the owner of the house then the group will leave and go to the next house. Efforts made to maintain the existence of bara'an in Bantan District is, Growing Enthusiasm Community Participation, Not Limiting Membership Bara'an Tradition, and Cooperation Government in Keeping the Meaning of Bara'an. Keywords: Tradition, Bara'an, Essence, Effort
