Abstract

Centralized develoment has led to disparities between urban and rural areas from different perspectives. One of the government’s strategies to establish to reduce disparities and make villages more autonomous and self-reliant is to allocate village funds which then involve all members of the community at every stage of the activities resulting from this policy.The pupose and research is to identify; 1. Know the infrastructure development in the middle village in 2016; 2. Analyze the factore that development in the middle village by 2016. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data type is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techiques in the study are interviews and documentation. Tachniqu and data analysis used is desciptive qualitative data analysis.Based on the result of the results of this study concluded that the particiption of the community in the development of the village is through the use of village funds, overall sosiety is still low public participation, this lavks the opportunity that is owned as a sciety to participate with the ability and willingness of the community is still not able to reach a higher stage.The village apparatus is being linked in the aducation of the village apparatus is considered minimal, the training and education only once in 2016.Keywords : Development, Community Participation, Villages Fund Allocation

Abstract

This research explains the Impact of United States arms trade cooperation against Taiwan economic improvement. The consequences of the Korean war brought the United States into an agreement with the Taiwanese government of the Mutual Defense Treaty (1954) to assist Taiwan in tackling the threat of Tiongkok. Since then the United States has provided much economic and military aid to Taiwan for defense and security and the future of Taiwan's development. Over time the United States supplied large quantities of military equipment to Taiwan in anticipation of Tiongkok. The method used in this research is descriptive, qualitative. The data obtained comes from books, journals, theses, articles, internet sites and other sources related to research. The focus of this research is on whether the impact of US and Taiwan arms trade cooperation on Taiwan's economy. The perspective I use is a neo-liberalist perspective, the theory of international political economy. The impact of the US arms trade cooperation with Taiwan on an increasing investment that could allow Taiwan's industry in developing weapons, the renewal of the armaments. The Americans also provide Taiwan with enough military weapons and communication devices. Gun sales are an important component in maintaining peace and stability in cross-strait relations and across the region.Keywords: arms trade, defense equipment, Taiwan, economic

Abstract

Islamic Defense Action volume III (Aksi Super Damai 212) on December 2, 2016 in Monas Jakarta followed by Muslims from all over Indonesia became a historic event for the nation. Action backdrop of religion by the Governor of DKI Jakarta. The action led by GNPF-MUI with the theme "Tabligh Akbar dan Jihad Kebangsaan, Merajut Ukhuwah Islamiyah Menuju Indonesia Damai dan Berkeadilan" colored with various stories of struggle as a Muslim jihad to maintain the honor of Islam. This study aims to find out how the motives, meaning jihad and communication experience of FPI Riau members in Aksi Super Damai 212 in Jakarta.This research uses qualitative research method with phenomenology approach. The subjects consisted of five members of DPD FPI Riau Province selected by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. To perform the validity of data, the authors use extension opt-in techniques, observational persistence and triangulation.The result of the research shows that the motive of FPI members to follow the Aksi Super Damai in Jakarta consists of because motive which includes ghirah and persistence, obedient ulama, love of Al-Qur'an, jihad and family support and in order to motive include self introspection, law enforcement and ukhuwah Islamiyah. While the meaning of FPI members to jihad in action is divided into several categories of meaning that are (1) spiritual jihad, (2) jihad treasure, (3) jihad of soul and (4) jihad constitution which entirely boils down to jihad fi sabilillah. The communication experience of FPI members in action generates a pleasant communication experience based on their interaction with Allah (habluminallah) and interaction with fellow human beings (habluminannas) covering the interaction of fellow Muslims, non-Muslims, the security forces and the government.Keywords: defining, jihad, action 212, FPI

Abstract

Climbing the mountain is an heavy activity and generally doing by men. But also was interested by women right now. This activity not only doing by men but also women. Nowadays women mountaineer could seeing from the media aplication is instagram account @pendakicantik. The purpose of this research is to find out the motives. The meaning of women mountaineer who showing by instagram account @pendakicantik.He method of this research is with kualitatif reasearch. Informan of this research consist of five women which is came from Komunitas Penggiat Riau who was choosing by purposive sampling. The technique of data's collection is by deeply interview, observation and documentation.Result of the research Komunitas Penggiat Riau show the motive consist of because love the beauty of nature, as an entertainment, love the challenge, and as adding the experience. The other motive is in order to motive, that purpose is to dispense hobby and looking for other friends. The meaning of women mountaineer by Komunitas Penggiat Riau is strong women and independent. The meaning women mountaineer by instagram account @pendakicantik is the pretty women and motivate the other women to do that activity.

Abstract

Unlicensed mining (PETI) is a serious problem, so the supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) in Cerenti Sub-district requires the integration of resources or involving many parties in Cerenti Sub-district, especially the sub-district government apparatus. Various methods have been undertaken in the supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) by Cerenti District Integrated Team. The problems of this research are (1) What is the capability of the sub-district government apparatus in the supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) in Cerenti Sub-district Kuantan Singingi District? The purpose of this research are (1) to know the capability of sub-district government apparatus in supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) in Cerenti Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method is qualitative research method with phenomenology approach.The conclusion of this research mentioned that the implementation of supervision of Unlicensed Mining (PETI) in Cerenti District is not yet maximal, but the implementation of Unsecured Mining (PETI) supervision has been in accordance with the Decision Letter of Regent Number 13 Year 2013 regarding the establishment of Integrated Team. However, the lack of follow-up done by the kecamatan is due to the absence of special budget and other supporting training which can assist in the implementation of Unsecured Mining (PETI) supervision in Cerenti Sub-district.Keywords: Supervision, Unlicensed Mining

Abstract

This study was conducted at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the strategy of motorcycle taxi driver to fulfill family economic need. The focus of this research is the characteristics of motorcycle taxi drivers at Kecamatan Tampan. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 5 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted, the authors found that the strategy of adaptation of motorcycle taxi drivers at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru in meeting the family's economic needs include: Adaptation, Research Subjects in fulfilling their needs as much as possible to familiarize themselves with the current economic limitations. Goal Attainment, Research Subject has a certain motivation in balancing the economic life of the all-well-off. Integration, the subject of research relies on the relationship and solidarity with fellow motorcycle taxi drivers at the motorbike base. Latency, the subject of research in an effort to keep customers looking for a good relationship. Characteristics of motorcycle taxi drivers in Tampan District are as follows: Knowledge of Traffic Rule, Research conducted found that not all research subjects know the traffic rules. Driving Skills, The general subject of research is skilled in operating the vehicle when mocking. Abstract

Customer Relations is a front liner in charge of serving every visitor who needs information around SKA Pekanbaru mall. Various forms of service are given customer relations is to make visitors feel comfortable and satisfied with what they receive. The following indicators of the quality of services to be tested, including physical evidence, reliability, ability to respond, assurance and empathy. It is assessed to see how much influence the visitor satisfaction, which the indicators themselves include suitability and expectations. The theory used in this research is S-O-R theory. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the quality of customer relationship service to the satisfaction of visitors in SKA Pekanbaru mall.This research uses explanative quantitative research method, with data collection technique is distributing questionnaires to 384 visitors in SKA Pekanbaru mall, with accidental sampling technique that is choosing anyone who happened to be found to be sampled. And the technique of data analysis in this research using simple linear regression analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that the value of regression coefficient in this study is Y = 3.856 + 0.250 X. The constant number (a) of 3.856 and the coefficient of variable X of 0.250. Meanwhile t count 34,090 bigger when compared with t table equal to 1,966, with significance level 0.000 less than α = 0,05. Based on the statistical calculation, the hypothesis for this research is Ha there is influence between service quality (X) to visitor satisfaction (Y). Then it means Ha accepted Ho rejected. And based on the table "Model Summary" shows that the value of R = 0.868 and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is 0.753 result of the correlation coefficient correlation 0.753 x 0.753. This number indicates that the contribution of variable quality of service (X) to visitor satisfaction (Y) is 75.3% with STRONG category. While the rest of 24.7% influenced by other variables not included in this study. This means that the quality of service has an effect on the satisfaction of visitors in SKA Pekanbaru mall, and the influence of the strong category of 75.3%.Keyword : Service quality, Customer relation, Visitor satisfaction

Abstract

Policy of Education Office through strategic plan Pekanbaru City in improving quality of quality of educator and education personnel of budget year 2015 is doing program or activity as effort of improving quality of educator and educational staff through formal and non formal education and attempt to rehabilitate damaged buildings or school spaces for improve the quality of education with the construction of school facilities and infrastructure and competent educators. The problem in this research is how is Pekanbaru City Education Office policy in improving the quality of Educator in Primary School year 2015. The purpose of this research is to know the policy of Education Department Pekanbaru City in improving the quality of Educator at elementary school year 2015, and obstacles in its policy. In this research, the researcher uses descriptive research type with qualitative method approach. This research is located in Pekanbaru City Education Office. To get information needed in this research, research using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation. For data analysis is done by descriptive method obtained from observation directly on the object of research and indept interview by connecting qualitatively.The results of this study can be concluded that the policy of Education Department Pekanbaru City in improving the quality of Educators in Primary Schools in 2015, has not run well on the aspect of the attitude of implementers in which the lack or not realization of the executor attitude expected in improving the quality of educators, are at managerial level, while at the executive level still lack awareness. Obstacles in the policy of the Education Office in improving the quality of educators in elementary schools in Pekanbaru City, namely (a) lack of teachers in the field of technology and communication, (b) teacher motivation is still low to improve Human Resources, (c) inaccurate data in complete certification files, and (d) lack of budget allocations for teacher development and development.Keywords: Policy, Quality of Educator, Elementary School

Abstract

This research is intended to know the evaluation of society to responsiveness of Mayor of Pekanbaru in overcoming the problem of relocation of street hawker in lotus street and waste management. This study focused on the response of Mayor to the public on the complaints of the services provided. Based on the background of the problem, this study aims to know and analyze the responsiveness of the mayor to the problems that occurred in the city of Pekanbaru 2015-2017. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques used is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the field study showed that the assessment of street vendors in the lotus street and the people of Pekanbaru city to the responsiveness of the Mayor still not fully in accordance with the wishes society, This can be seen the results of research, observation and interviews that have been done by the author of six indicators of responsiveness by Zetihaml. The mayor has not met the indicators properly. From the results analyzed the authors pointed out that the lack of maximum service given by Mayor is due to lack of seriousness, speed, timeliness, and accuracy He in providing services to street vendors and people of Pekanbaru city. while for indicators of attitude and communication, as well as access provided by Mayor has been considered good because of his hospitality and the provision of access for people who want to complain to him. So in this study the authors concluded that the level of responsiveness Walikota Not fully responsive in responding to any complaints from the community for services that have been given.Keywords: Responsiveness, Public Service, Mayor

Abstract

This Study aims to determinate the effect capital structure and Profitability on on the value of the company on ceramic porcelain and glass companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009-2014 .The capital structure is used as independent variables with indicator Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio ( LDER), and Profitability with indicator Return On Equity (ROE), and Return On Investment (ROI). While that is used as the dependent variable is value of the company is Price Earning Ratio (PER).This Study uses secondary data from the financial statements of companies ceramic porcelain and glass companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009-2014. Sampling is done by purposive sampling that used is 5 ceramic company of porcelain and glass.Technic Analysis using the simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, test the coefficient of determination, t test and f test. Analysis of data using linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.The Result Shower that the variables ROI partially (t test) affect the value of the company on Ceramic Porcelain and Glass company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), while the variable DAR, LDER, and ROE, ider no effect on the Value of Company on Ceramic Porcelain and Glass company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The Result of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable DAR, LDER, ROE, and ROI ider on firm value on Ceramic Porcelain and Glass company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keyword: Capital Structure, Profitability, Corporate Values, DAR, LDER, ROE, ROI
