Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence of the BI Rate, the Money Supply (M2) and Exchange Rate have on Direct Investment in Indonesia. This study uses independent variables consisting of the BI Rate, Money Supply (M2) and Exchange Rates, with the dependent variable being direct investment. The data used in this study are annual data from 2000-2019. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and analyzed in the long and short term with an error correction model (ecm) which is processed using E-Views version 11. The test results show that the short-term Money Supply (M2) has a significant positive effect on Direct Investment in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the exchange rate in the long term and short term has a significant positive effect on direct investment in Indonesia. In addition, the value obtained from adjusted R ^ 2 is 90.95% in the long term and 74.72% in the short term.Keywords:BI Rate, Money Supply, Exchange Rate and Direct Investment

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the factors that affect the performance of the Government's Internal Auditor. Factors tested in this study are Locus Of Control, Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Understanding of Good Governance. The data source used in this research is primary data and data collection is done directly using a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all internal auditors at the Inspectorate of Riau Province, amounting to 47 people. The total sample of this study was 47 respondents which consisted of middle auditors, young auditors, first auditors, advanced executing auditors and executing auditors using a census sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression processed with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that Locus of Control, Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and the Influence of Understanding Good Governance have a significant effect on the Performance of Government Internal Auditors.Keywords: Locus Of Control, Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Understanding of Good Governance and Performance of Government Internal Auditors

Abstract

Sungai Paku Reservoir is a reservoir located in Sungai Paku Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. This reservoir is used for various needs, including for irrigation, tourism objects, fisheries activities, both capture fisheries and aquaculture using the floating net cage system (KJA) or the ground pond system. Utilization of the Paku River Reservoir has not been measured economically, so it is necessary to conduct a study on the economic value of the use of the reservoir. This study aims to calculate the total economic value of the use of the reservoir for floating net cages and ground ponds. The method used is the market price method.The results showed that the total economic value of the use of the Paku River Reservoir for the benefit of fishery activities was Rp. 3,670,637,000,- year, which consists of on the utilization of floating net cage fish cultivation (KJA) of Rp. 957,296,000, /year and a land pool of Rp. 2,713,341,000 /yearKeyword: Economic Value, Benefits of Reservoirs, Floating Net Cages, Ground Pool

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of digitization on the tourism industry in the mining district of Kampar district in the revolutionary era 4.0. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. Quantitative descriptive analysis is a study that uses numbers. The population in this study were 118,125 visitors to the Agro Nadiin Sungai Pinang tourism in 2019. Determining the sample in this study used the random sampling technique. So the sample in this study were 100 visitors to Agro Nadin tourism. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using a descriptive percentage. Based on the research results, it can be seen that digitalization has an impact on the tourism industry in the mining district of Kampar district (Nadiin case study) in the 4.0 revolution era. This is because visitors know Nadiin's tourist attraction from digitization such as social media, Instagram, Facebook and so on. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze about (1) The influence of owner’s education on the use of accounting information (2) The influence of business scale on the use of accounting information (3) The influence of lead time on the use of accounting information and (4) The influence of business age on the use of accounting information. Population in this research is MSMES in Pekanbaru district. The method that used to the sample selection was purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this research were 86 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques used survey techniques by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0 for Windows as data processing software program. Results of hypothesis test using statistical t-test showed the significant value of owner’s education variable 0.000> 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted, the scale business variable 0.000 < 0.05, which means that H2 is accepted, lead time variable 0.029 < 0.05, which means the H3 is accepted, and age business variables 0.039 > 0.05 which means that H4 is accepted. The results showed that owner’s education, business scale, lead time, and business age has effect on the use of accounting information.Keywords: Owner’s Education , Business Scale, Lead Time, Business Age, and The Use of Accounting Information

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of developing keramba fish farming in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency through the SWOT method. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. Quantitative descriptive analysis is a study that uses numbers. The population in the study were all of the Keramba Fish livestock business industry in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency in 2019 as many as 41 business units. The sampling technique used census techniques, so the samples in the study were 41 business units. The data in this study were analyzed by means of a SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that as a whole, based on the results of the research and analysis of the percentage descriptive data, it can be explained that the condition of the human resources in the cage fish farming in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency is in bad condition. The condition of the tools for processing the cage fish farming business is inadequate or can be said to be bad. Capital condition is in good condition. Marketing conditions are in poor condition. SWOT analysis, a strategy that can be carried out to empower cage fish farming in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency is to expand the market so that goods are more popular and improve tools for managing fish cages appropriately.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Cage Fish Livestock, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource competence, organizational commitment, information technology, availability of infrastructure and the availability of incentives on the preparation for the implementation of PP number 12 of 2019 in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all Regional Apparatus Organizations in Pekanbaru City, amounting to 45 OPD. The sampling method used in this study was saturated samples. The data source of this research is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 180 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence, organizational commitment, information technology, availability of infrastructure and availability of incentives affect the preparation for the implementation of PP number 12 of 2019.Keywords: Human Resources Competence, Organizational Commitment, Information Technology, Incentive Availability, Infrastructure Availability, Implementation of Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance and product quality. The population in this study includes all the employees at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama. Primary data was collected by questionaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using path analysis (path analysis). The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique (118 employees at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama). The result showed that: (1). Total Quality Management (TQM) to have a significant positive to employee performance, (2).Total Quality Management (TQM) to have a significant positive to product quality, (3).employee performance to have significant positive to product quality, and (4). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect and significance of the debit card/ATM and e-money against the money supply in Riau province. The data used in this research is time series secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Error Correction Model (ECM) technique which aims to find the long-term and short-term balance regression equation and whether or not a model is consistent between the independent and dependent variables studied and calculated using E-views application software 10. The results showed that debit cards and electronic money had no and significant effect on money supply in the long and short term.Keywords: Debit card, e-money and money supply

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of independent commissioners, Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR), audit committee, leverage, company size and managerial ownership on Earnings Management in Islamic Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority in 2016 – 2019. The research was conducted on Islamic Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority in 2016 – 2019. The total population was 28 companies, while the total sample was 28 companies with a data period of 4 years, from 2016 to 2019, so the data to be collected presented as many as 112 data. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study conclude that the variables of Independent Commissioner (X1), Financing To Deposit Ratio (X2), Audit Committee (X3), Leverage (X4), Company Size (X5) and Managerial Ownership (X6) affect earnings management in registered Islamic Banks. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority in 2016 – 2019.Keywords: Independent Commissioner, Financing To Deposit Ratio, Audit Committee, Leverage, Company Size and Managerial Ownership.
